Living in a town where tourism and rich people coming helps a lot more I can say it would be helpful. The casinos, tanaya and Elderberry house provide more work then a lot of the smaller places that reduce activity and hours come the off season. We can make some things like medical facilities and given the medical teams with Sasori have been working on implants and gear to help soldiers or locals there is a good amount of things that could be built up. Maybe even design a rehab facility on the beach that caters to the rich to fund a county style hospital to give botht he rich and poor some places to go.
