Designed for the Ranger's to be used either under the barrel of their weapons or mounted on the wrists. The ionic disruptor is an old Republic model designed to work against droids and vehicles. Compacted and made into a lighter hybrid plexisteel frame with everything designed to improve and help them. Willa took care to make sure it was slightly tweaked to work against electronic and not organic beings. The ranger's have standard disrupyors from Draco for that and the only danger these stronger ion weapons pose is against beings who have pacemakers or cybernetics.
