Question about staff

How do we know who they all are, and how can we go about contacting them? I mean I know Tef, and teg, and moridin are all staff but it would be handy to have a list somewhere for new people. For instance what does one do if they need to contact a roleplaying judge. Of course if there is a list somewhere and I am blind, I apoligize for my ignorance

The best way for anyone to get a hold of a staff member is posting a thread with the word "staff" in it. That catches our eyes pretty quick.
