SETTING INFORMATION

[*]Demographics: The majority of the station's inhabitants are Human or Near-Human, with a small percentage (around 32%) of the remaining officers being comprised of alien species common to the Empire.
[*]Accessibility: The only officials allowed on site are those of the highest levels of the Sith-Imperial government and those possessing the corresponding clearance codes for anyone knowledgeable about Project Triumph.
[*]Traffic: Low
  • The only ships allowed in and out of the system are cargo vessels and personal transports of high-ranking Imperial officials, all of which have to transmit the proper clearance codes in order to bypass the perimeter defenses. These codes are randomly generated along a custom algorithm created by Minister Sakarbaal of the Sith-Imperial Corps of Engineers, and are randomized every galactic st

[*]Description: Constructed in secret for over several years following the successful execution of Operation Eclipse, Project Site - Triumph was to be the next step in the Emperor's grand plan for the conquest of the galaxy. The existence of the site was kept secret from the majority of the Sith Empire's administrative and military hierarchy, with only a handful of individuals being brought in on the secret of Project Triumph. Resources were pulled in from across the Empire to begin construction of the space station, designated Yvarro after Lord Admiral Fiolette Raaf's maiden name.

When it was at last completed, the station was one of the largest the Empire had ever constructed. Though bereft of offensive weaponry, an Armada taskforce was assigned to protect the site from any unwanted intrusion; though they, like the engineers who initially constructed the station, were not made privy to the true extent of the site's purpose. Most accepted this state of hyper-secrecy, with those who proved too inquisitive for their own good were silently detained and never heard from again.

In total, the Emperor and select members of his Inner Council have made over fifty unscheduled trips to Project Site - Triumph, locked away in total seclusion within the massive station for hours on end.

POINTS OF INTEREST
  • Command Tower: Situated near the center of the station, the Command Tower is the central hub for everything in the star system. From here, the overseers of Project Triumph can monitor the progress and ongoing status of the project with total impunity. Doubling as a security suite, they can even monitor and control the station's various internal defense mechanisms in the event of a breach. The tower itself is protected by a specially designed lift system which requires a multitude of clearance codes and rank cylinders to even access.
  • High Command Sanctum: Placed deeper within the station is a pressurized chamber reserved for the highest ranking members of the Empire to convene and discuss Project Triumph. In the event of extreme emergencies, the chamber can be detached from the station entirely. Unlike the rest of the station, the sanctum has its own sublight engines and class 1 hyperdrive.
  • Automated Facilities: Comprising the majority of the Yvarro station are massive automated assembly lines, smeltiers, slagworks, and resource extraction bays. Raw materials brought it from outside sources like cargo haulers and masticators are deposited in cavernous storehouses, where they are systematically collected and shipped off to refineries to be transmuted into clean material which are later reconfigured into whatever technical part Project Triumph requires. All of these systems are controlled by advanced droid brains.
  • Databanks: Almost as secure as the High Command Sanctum are the technical Databanks located deep within the station. From these the automated droid brains can access a thorough copy of the entirety of the Empire's schematic catalogue, recreating anything that the Empire has already created once before. This is used to build the machine components for Project Triumph. In the event of a breach, the databanks are automatically purged and flooded with liquid carbonite; the original catalogue safe and secure back on Bastion.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

With the Empire's territory stretching all the way into the very fringes of the Outer Rim, multiple worlds long thought lost to galactic society were rediscovered and charted by the Sith. Kadavo was one such world, once an outpost of the great Zygerrian Slave Empire and a site of one of their many processing facilities. When the Empire came upon it, the planet had become a haven for anti-Imperialist rebels and anarchist vagrants. An assault force was dispatched to Kadavo to eradicate the rebel presence, and a heated skirmish broke out at a former Zygerrian fortress turned rebel stronghold.

In the end, the Empire triumphed over the rebels and slaughtered them to a man. Since those blood-soaked days the planet had been transformed into a concentration zone for slaves and prisoners of war; multiple facilities erected to house a massive incarcerated population. Those who were sent to Kadavo were never heard from again, and the planet was eventually redacted from Imperial records and blacklisted completely.

Little did anyone know the true extent of the Empire's operations at Kadavo. Slaves were conscripted as laborers to mine the planet and surrounding satellites of raw material, thousands sacrificed in a seemingly endless and pointless accumulation of resources. The monolithic Yvarro construction yard was built in orbit above the planet, though it was impossible to know for what purpose. The number of officials who knew of the dockyard's purpose were slim to none, with actual knowledge of the station being reserved for the highest levels of the Imperial government; each and every one of them sworn to absolute secrecy.

But as vague shapes began to materialize in the ashen sky, it was a secret that could not be held for long.

Hey there! Lovely submission, just a few things I need edits for;

I've scoured the page you've linked to and I just don't see the image itself. I've been told that it's a screenshot from this link and that it no longer appears on that page. Could you please edit the image source to reflect the youtube link instead of the current one?

These two are suggestions. You do not have to implement them, but they would tighten the sub up just a touch more;

What is Project Eclipse? Is there a submission or link to a thread for this?

designated Yvarro after Lord Admiral Fiolette Raaf's maiden name.
I would recommend hyperlinking to character sheets here.

Give me a tag please once edits are done and ready! :)
