Pledging & Maleficara (Planet Dev Thread, Faction ReIntroduction)

• Pledge allegiance to the new Queen
• Begin traveling to the new planet, Maleficara
• Have forces land on planet to secure a LZ
• Attempt Mining of the Distortion Ring

Eclipstica came into view as Romeo's ship, the Eths, came out of hyperspace from a long journey. The world seemed just like it had when he last saw it a few years ago, burning with the red aura around from the gases the atmosphere bent, and compressed. The moon, and the planet was already in it's eclipse phase, which meant that the day was night now, and almost over. People would be getting ready for beds, and putting things up for tomorrow for a new day to begin once more. They were calm now, content with their lives, but the threat was still there, somewhere out in the darkness of space waiting to take away what they gained from their hardships.

The Eths swirled into the planet's air space, and began it's descent moments later, with Romeo in his chambers, meditating on what to do. The Vahla had heard about this new queen that had got her self the crown, sat in his once throne, and was preparing to get things ready for a rejuvenation of the system, not just the dynasty.

War was always threatening the borders, and he wondered if the Shadow Queen would be able to handle it on her own, but he really did doubt this, and knew she would need his help to keep the peace set where it was, and to make enemies towards that freedom back off.

"My lord, we are granted access to land, and have a speeder waiting to take you to the keep. The queen...she is waiting for you as well. It appears word has already gathered that you were coming."​

Romeo heard from the intercoms in his room.

He sighed, and stood up to get dress.

Xelda arises from her slumber rather abruptly and remembers that she has a meeting with Romeo Sin today. She has had her squires do a bit of light reading on him to see what they can dig up. She's not sure if she's looking forward to meeting him or not. She's not sure if she wants to put her trust in someone who seemingly has done very little for themselves. However, she is young and she does need help and wisdom to get her through the hard times she will undoubtedly face in the very near future. Her handmaiden washes her face for her and drapes her royal robe on her shoulders, and Xelda steps into the great hall to begin her day.

In the waning descent, Romeo, now draped in all black with a purple accent on his clothes, and jacket, adjusted his white hair to stay out of his face. Lately it was irritating to have such a color in front of his eyes, blocking his vision. He would have to cut it soon. Romeo grabbed his weapons, a lightsaber he personally designed, and hardly had to use anymore. He clipped it to his belt, and then placed a mask over his face. He didnt want the people to see he was still alive, least they panic something was happening once more.

As the ship landed, and waited for the return of it's owner, Romeo found a speeder. as the captain had said, waiting for him. Romeo slid into the back of the speeder, an droid watched as he made himself comfortable to the seats.

"Are you ready sir?"​

Romeo nodded, and the speeder took off.

A few moments later, and a few memory flashes, Romeo was now at the keep that he himself once lived in.
Another sigh escaped his mouth.

"We are here sir."​

Romeo got out of the speeder, and made his way to the large double doors that lead to the hall where the queen was waiting. He took a deep breath, opened it, and stepped in.

The hall was just as he remembered, and thought it nostalgic to see the pillars that rose way over his head to touch the ceilings, while his mind rushed to how once he had dressed the people from the balcony above that they were going to war.

Good times. Romeo thought to himself.

There she was, the queen, young and beautiful, just like the report had said. The robes seemed to make her eyes brighter than normal, and her skin shine. Romeo stopped a few steps away from the throne, and bowed before the queen. In the back of his head, he winced. He had to get over the whole bowing thing.

"Queen of the Shadows, the planet of Eclisptica, and the system Shadow Realm...I am Romeo Sin. Master of the Darkside, late King of the Shadows, the planet of Eclitpisca, and not the system, Shadow Realm."​

Romeo stood up, straightened his back, and took much higher than he realized than the queen. His recent black eyes studied her sternly, and wondered what she would think of his entry.

"I have come back home to pledge my allegiance to the new Shadow Queen."​

Malik stood at the foot of the throne and looked at the bowing figure. Interesting, I heard stories about this man. Malik had his left hand on the hilt of his sheathed vibroblade, having it ready in case hell broke loose. He swore to protect the queen with his life and he planned to do just that. Malik's mask shimmered from the the windows in the castle as he thought about how to deal with the force user if it came to that. I have to be prepared for everything, royals are the main targets of assainations he thought to himself. He had seen many kings and queens fall due to assassins or uprisings so he needed to prepare for it all.
