SPECIAL FEATURES

• When the trigger is pulled, a magnetically charged Beskar, harpoon is propelled down the barrel by several sets of magnetically charged coils. As the harpoon passes through each set of coils, it gains speed at an exponential rate.
• Each Harpoon can be tethered to a durasteel cable which can be anchored to nearby vehicles, to the Harpoon gun or in the ground prior to firing.
• The stun generator mounted on the weapon can send a powerful wave of electric shocks through the cable and the harpoon, effectively creating a taser-like weapon which can deliver in excess of 200,000 volts per shock

DESCRIPTION

The OS-143 Monsterjager Harpoon Launcher was developed by Obsidian Star Technologies in order to combat the increasingly large creature being used by the Bryn'adul. It uses coilgun technology to launch beskar plated harpoons at near super-sonic speeds, which limiting the amount of recoil generated. A stun generator located on the unit can send powerful electric shocks to the target through a reinforced durasteel cable.
