- Affiliation: The public front for Ophidian Dusk, Ophidian Consolidated, is a subsidiary of Roble Manufacturing, and as such the syndicate has ties to the corporation.

- Description: The Ophidian Dusk Crime Syndicate is the mysterious, illegal organization lead by the Nomad. It's purposes and goals are unknown, outside out of the consolidation of power, and much of its activities are began or ended at the whim of the Nomad. It does do standard criminal organization activities such as the importation and distribution of spice in nearby Star Systems, and also develops experimental tech and weaponry for use by the organization. Publicly, the syndicate is known as Ophidian Consolidated, a subsidiary of Roble Manufacturing; and in the public eye, Ophidian is a backwater corporation developing experiment weather technology. In reality, the Ando-based crime syndicate's purpose is far more sinister than what meets the public eye.
- Headquarters: The Trawl
- Domain: Around the aquatic sectors surrounding the Trawl, the Ophidian Consolidated corporation has purchased the exclusive rights from the Andoan government.
- Notable Assets:
- Hierarchy: The Nomad sits at the top of the Ophidian Dusk hierarchy, and is the sole leader of all of its operations, and has the ultimate authority. Underneath the Nomad are the Reapers, the top-tier gunslingers, and enforcers of Ophidian Dusk. The Reapers act as collectors and top enforcers and are seriously dangerous to mess with. Underneath the Reapers are those who bear the rank of Viper, which serve as the average muscle of the organization. The lowest and most common are the Serpents, who serve in non-combat oriented roles, such as scientists, pilots, and other comparatively menial duties.
- Membership: Most members are directly recruited by the Nomad, promised that Ophidian Dusk is a pathway to a newer, better life.
- Climate: Ophidian Dusk is an exclusive, competitive organization where Nomad's word is the law. Please him, and you can see your wealth and reputation grow, but displease him, and you are putting yourself in a dangerous situation.
- Reputation: Ophidian Dusk in the public eye is relatively unknown, and they wish to stay that way. The only public interaction done is through the corporate face of Ophidian Consolidated, and even then that is kept extremely minimal to minimize the chance of any scrutiny thrown the way of the company and subsequently the syndicate. Among the underworld, Ophidian Dusk is a syndicate of a mysterious and sinister enigma. Relatively speaking, most consider it a syndicate to be best left alone, and it seems that it rarely tries to initiate contact, negative or positive, with other elements of the galactic underworld.
- Curios: Each member of the organization possesses an Ophidian Token, a pendant made of Trimantium that features the symbol of Ophidian Dusk.
- Rules: The only rules of the organization is that members must respect the hierarchy of the organization, not work against the organization, and perform the tasks that they are requested to do
- Goals: The goals of Ophidian Dusk are ambiguous at best, and often seem to conform to the wants and will of the Nomad.
The Nomad - Leader
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Ophidian Dusk is an organization with a past as mysterious as its purpose. Formed by the Nomad at least a decade ago, the crime syndicate has been sitting in the wings of galactic affairs, both publicly and within the underworld. Many of its members, recruited directly by the Nomad, are individuals with checkered pasts promised that Ophidian Dusk would give their lives a newer and better purpose, and in many ways, the syndicate is a cult of personality around the Nomad himself.
However, more recently Ophidian Dusk has begun to make more moves in the galaxy, and lead by the enigmatic Nomad, they are a true wild card in speculation for their part in upcoming galactic history.
