Operation Concierge

If the Trandoshan guest wanted to go for seconds, after three servings of what would, for a normal human, be a main course, then it was likely that, was he at the dining room, he would have taken the table d'hôte that contained the most courses. Varindar knew that she would be happy with a normal three-course meal whenever she does eat a table d'hôte at a restaurant, but often these menus could range up to nine courses. Speaking of dining at the hotel's restaurants, she prepared four loyalty cards and punched the first hole in all of them so that, should they eat ten times at the hotel's restaurants in their lifetimes, the eleventh meal will be free of charge. As for Trandoshan tribal music, this was the first compilation she could download from the HoloNet and, from there, make available to all the rooms. It didn't seem that different from what was put as ambient music back in the restaurant at her first hotel. Yes, to some of the neighboring guests, it may as well be composed or performed by a caveman barbarian, or a group thereof, but [member="Chekīta Awaud"] knew that one's caveman barbary was another's refined music.

"Before we continue partying, let me hand you some loyalty cards for the restaurant cluster downstairs: these cards are valid at all restaurants on-site, points may be accrued for using room service and your current balances are 1/10"

Loyalty cards? that was certainly something of interest, though she did not know if regular visits here would be a thing. She had mainly accepted the room stay due to the whole sting operation and convenience, along with it being free and all. Aside from that Chekita was not certain if coming her just for the restaurant would be worth it all the time, unless she had business nearby.

Regardless it was a nice gesture, herself taking the card with no hesitation, her date on the other hand, well his situation was a little more complicated. "Well I don't think I will be here anytime soon, after a job in the next few days I'll be heading over to Nal Hatta for quite some time and probably go back home". He didn't have the same luxury as Chekita, herself being a royal guard for Faith Organa and a bounty hunter on the side, keeping the Mando's working are to the core.

Though for the Trando he went were the money was, which mean away from the core worlds and thus this entire complex.... unless. "Hey Vary, you run a hotel on this guys home world right? are these cards valid there or only for this place"?

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"I just handed out these cards as a customary measure because you were new guests" She then turned to the Trandoshan. "As for the card's validity on the other property I own, this is interesting for the Trandoshan to ask about since it's only today that I started running this one"

But... it was due to happen sooner than later. Especially if there were satisfied guests from either property wanting to go to the other property if they traveled to the planet it was on. Then again, Corellia was executive-intensive, while Trandosha was serving a different kind of guest, a more nomadic one. So, while it was plausible that at least a handful of guests would travel to both worlds at some point, most of these guests would eat much more often at one location over the other. [member="Chekīta Awaud"], on the other hand, made it clear that she had no short-term use for the card, even though these cards had no expiry date. As for dancing to Trandoshan music? The Trandoshan started dancing to what amounted to traditional, tribal dances. And it was good for the Duro since he got to experience different dancing styles that he would never have had experienced in Teeno Village nightclubs. Like it or not, each region has its specific preferences for dancing styles, Varindar thought, while these dances stretched well into the night. She was eagerly awaiting the request for seconds from the Trandoshan...

Customary made sense, like wet whips in a take out meal or a sauce packed with some nuggets, it was just 'something' you got regardless of if you planned on coming back to. Maybe she would come back here soon, or many some person on the street could give her a small sum of credits for it, such a small card had many uses no point in just trowing it away. Maybe a friend could use it, but for now it was back to working up a sweat, the meal was good an all but dam her if she wasn't going to work off those calories in some manner.

"Hey why don't you show me how to do this tribal dnacing hon"? She replied, walking over to their date as he was mid motion, was kind of funny to see the bounty hunter so into the music. "Just watch and copy, I am no teacher, should be simple to pick up, even for a human like yourself". "Oh dems are fighting words, you are on big guy", Chekita never could turn down a challenge.

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

And now was time for Varindar to dance with this Duro date while [member="Chekīta Awaud"] did the same with her Trandoshan one. It was getting a bit awkward for both the Duro and the hotelier, but well worth listening to this new music. For now, however, she accepted that it wasn't an instant process to just learn a new set of dance moves. It was also going to have her burn some calories, hopefully just enough so that they can go to sleep without any issues. Yet there was one more thing on their mind: it was about swimming. She wondered which suit she would be, in fact, buying: she didn't bring the tech suit with her, and her other suits have clearly seen better days. Sure, she doesn't swim as much as she used to in her early days as a hotelier, but that doesn't mean she can't go for swims every now and then. Just that any consideration of swimming suits, in her mind, came from the image she had of the traditional Trandoshan attire as used for that sort of tribal dances. Which happened to look like swimming suits. And she saw herself being comfortable dancing that in a swimming suit once she gained more comfort dancing it.

It was hard not to give a small laugh at the other two's dancing pattern. Sure she wasn't much better though could follow her dates leader much easier, it came with her job, needing to take in a persons every detail and movement. "Maybe you should see about getting some dance lessons" she retorted, didn't Jedi have some sort of skills to help them with learning moves fast? That could have just been urban myths or maybe Varindar wasn't that type of Jedi, she seemed more business orientated. "I think we are going to sleep well tonight", drink food and a heap of dancing was certainly something that could tire even her out if done enough. She had to wonder how long the Jedi women would last, the next few days were going to be packed with activities and late night fun. Soon it would be time for both of them to put their past and training o the test, who knew, perhaps they would both outlast their dates and wind up having some more girl time together.

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"It's just that I'm better in water when it comes to using Art of Movement: on land I'm still using it mostly for speed boosts"

Her date was embarrassed to learn that: he, too, expected better of Varindar, at least at the onset. Speaking of date, the lactose-intolerant Duro began to get exhausted about 45 minutes in, and went to take a jacuzzi bath. But these 45 minutes were crucial for her to learn the moves of the dance, and she could last well into that duration. She suspected [member="Chekīta Awaud"] could last about that long, and probably longer, but even they would need to go to sleep at some point. Just that the music ran out soon thereafter, and the Trandoshan seemed pretty unhappy that the music suddenly ran out - even though the tunes didn't come to a screeching halt. It was just the size of the soundtrack and its contents. But maybe, just this once, there could be another kind of music to be played to help the other three relax. Especially since she knew the Duro would need some to sleep. The music being played now is a lot more soft than the other two styles of music being listened to. And yet she was awaiting the Trandoshan's request for seconds, if any, so that he could eat a bedside meal if desired.

"Art of movement, isn't that one of your fancy force things"? Something that made them able to perform all those floating moves with out screwing up if she recalled. Not that Chekita had really been close to any force users, even in the FWC she had always kept her distance from them, she never really knew why, perhaps her less then glamours past and certain 'deeds'she had done. As the music came to a stop even she started to feel sweet leave her head, certaly was getting a bit warm in here. "I'm going to open a window and let some air in, probably have a small rest after this, then maybe bed, need to be up early to snag something good on the streets, early bird gets the worm". Giving her date a small pat on the back Chekita went over to open the window, turning the aircon on and letting some cool night air flow through the hotel room. "I could go for some more food after that, is room service still going"? Pipped up the Trando as Chekita walked back over, sitting down on one of the beds.

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"Just make sure your order is placed on the same bill as the Trando's. I'm sure his seconds will be well-appreciated" Varindar answered [member="Chekīta Awaud"]'s query.

This late into the night, room service had a shorter lead time because most guests that wanted to dine in-room already did it. Of course, it also had reduced staff, and what staff it does have at this point of the day was mostly prep cooks, so that the ingredients would be ready for the following day. Now that the window was opened, the guests could have some fresh air - well, as fresh an air as was possible when there were a poodoo-load of heavy industries in the same city (albeit in a different district). Meanwhile, the Duro was off to bed while the time for desserts have arrived. Of course, she wasn't Polydroxol so she wasn't using food as a sleep pill, but eating some dessert was still a good idea since she only had the main course the first time. Before the tribal dances being made. Now, she was perusing the dessert menu, knowing that two near-identical recipes can, in fact, yield results that are quite different. So her eyes perked up when she saw that pie à la mode was the cheapest of the gang. The hotel on Trandosha sold it regularly, so perhaps a different set of cooks and ingredients would yield different results.

"One slice of pie à la mode, please"

She quirked an eye brow at Varindar for a second, she hadn't requested that her 'date' had done that, but what ever, no skin off her knee, the Trando picking up the phone and going to the corner to make some more orders. While that was taking place Cehkita watched as the deserts arrived, but declined to have any, though she didn't mind a nice treat every now and then keeping her figure and muscular body was or more importance, and she hadn't gotten much time to do her regular exercise routine. "Hey Vary, does this place have a gym of some sort? need to stay in shape, even on such a sudden holiday". Or if not a gym a pool would be a decent idea, she was a little interested in seeing how well the Jedi hotel owner performed in thee water, she certainly was vocal about her time as a swimmer.

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"The gym is in the basement, while the pool is on ground floor"

Now, she knew that, in major cities on Core planets, hotel pools weren't typically used for meets, so the pool would likely have all these curvy shapes as well as a staircase that slopes into the shallow portions of the pool. [member="Chekīta Awaud"] was right that Varindar seemed to have talked quite a bit about her past as a swimmer, so a trip in the pool tomorrow morning shall come, but for tonight, it was a bit much. Once the order placed by the Trandoshan arrived, alongside the pie à la mode Varindar ordered, it was past midnight, and yet the time to sleep soon arrived. Just that the shower would need to be taken after the dessert was served. But this time around there was no loud music to prevent them from hearing the room service waiter knocking at the room's door. It seemed the Trandoshan ordered a rather large sundae as part of his meal, with fried ice cream for the top scoop. That was going to be an expensive stay, but she could always chalk it up to quality control costs. For now, however, she stayed quiet while she was seated at the same table as the Trandoshan. She thus ate this pie à la mode.

"Neat, so we could go for a workout in the gym and then have a nice dip in the pool, plans for tomorrow", she wondered if her date would be up for it, trando's were good swimmers right? At the very least she could count on the man to be a good weight lifter, she could spend the morning pushing him to the limit. "I'll probably have to buy a swim suit then for tomorrow, unless you would have a spar lying around". Once again herself going on the bet that since Varindar was a swimmer she was already prepared for a dip in the pool. The only problem with that was the two women's size and bust difference, Chekita being larger in both areas, she hoped her suits were flexible. "Anywho, I will be hitting the showers and then bed, gotta be up early to stay in routine, 6am isn't to bad a time for you lot right"?

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"Good to me"

Yes, back in Varindar's day as a hippodrome swimmer, early morning training sessions were part of the day-to-day grind. However, Varindar knew that swimsuits that fit her will not fit [member="Chekīta Awaud"] because of size differences. The Duro, on the other hand, was already in bed and she couldn't know whether he would go for a swim, or just hit the gym, tomorrow morning. Or even stay in bed while the ladies would be doing such. Now, the Trandoshan would likely order room service for breakfast if he did remain in bed, and that's understandable. But then, since Chekita was a guest, she let her take a shower first, and then she would simply let the Trandoshan, whom she knew was tempted to call her a soft thing, use the headphones so as to not to disturb the other guests and listen to more tunes, albeit different ones and by different artists. It was then and only then that she would realize that maybe both hotels are similar to each other in actual guest experience. The hotelier knew the guest was key to running a five-star hotel and she would probably leave a lasting impression of the hotel on these three guests.

"Nice see you in the morning then". With plans set in motion she decided to call it a nigh, taking a quick shower and getting dressed in a simple singlet and lose pants for the night, relaxing on her bed while waiting for the others to get ready and shut the lights off. Which may be a while as her date had only just finished up his second meal, needing time to get ready for hitting the sack as well. In the meantime Chekita setting an alarm for 6am, making sure to have it on vibrate and keeping it in her pocket as to not awake any of the other guest in the wee hours. "Guess I will say night now, much planned for tomorrow".

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

Varindar wanted to test the bubble bath for herself: after all, it was a five-star hotel, and, even though she owned two of these luxury hotels, it has been a while since she took a bubble bath. Oh, does it feel so... good to be taking this bubble bath! she thought, while she was in it. She did take the bubble bath well after [member="Chekīta Awaud"] went to bed. And after the Trandoshan went to bed, too. But the Trandoshan went into the bubble bath before the hotelier did, so she should ask him about the bubble bath whenever she can. For now, anyway, she made use of the automated wake-up option on vibration mode, which was also the one Chekita used. And yet, when she went to sleep on her date's bed, she made sure not to have any physical contact with the guest, because of health concerns. Even with a pajama, even with the sheets being replaced at check-out (or, for long-duration stays, replaced every three days until the guest either checks out or requests a new set of sheets), even with the finest sheets that can practically be used in a five-star hotel this size, made of eco-sensitive linen, better safe than sorry. The following morning, at 6 AM...

The hotel beds were quite comfy, the following sleep was probably on of her best ever, to bad she had to get up, but duty called, in what felt like no time her vibration alarm going off, waking up the Mando from her deep slumber. "Well up and at them, may as we order breakfast", going over to the menu she searched through the different dishes, settling on some single bacon and eggs, mainly for their protein but also adding some waffles in for a nice treat, a little bit of sugar never hurt anyone. In the mean time while waiting for the room service to show up Chekita go busy with a simple morning routine, 100 push ups, sit ups and squats, stating with the former, getting onto the ground with her hands. She started the routine easily, showing no sign of stopping upon reaching the 50 mark, such a small number being nothing to the harder work out she did back on Alderan.

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

The Duro was fast asleep in that comfy bed; then again, what else could he expect from a five-star hotel? Or Varindar, really? Varindar ran five-star hotels, she ought to know what guests expect at that level of luxury. Meanwhile, Varindar did warm up her body; however, she knew that she shouldn't hit the pool until about 20-30 minutes after eating. Not so much because of the water, but of the effects on her body. So she did some push-ups right next to [member="Chekīta Awaud"] before hitting the room service. Sure, bacon, eggs and waffles were part of the game in breakfast, but Varindar was more one for omelette and baguette bread. Probably because she cooked that stuff when she was doing breakfast cooking back on Trandosha. And breakfast at a five-star restaurant would not be complete without either tea or caf, she would expect as much from a five-star restaurant's breakfast menu. But there was one thing she wanted to drink that she never had a chance to: Skor caf. Much like Skor grew cocoa, coffee beans were also grown there, and she ordered a cup of that stuff.

"One cheese, ham and asparagus omelette, one baguette of gluten-free bread, and one cup of Skor coarse caf, two sugars, two creams, please"

Chekita was just about finished her push ups when the Jedi hotelier joined in giving the mando time to watch her for a bit before changing to the next task. It was clear Varindar was fit, retaining a good amount of upper body muscle mass. It was probably safe to assume such a figure came from all the swimming she does in the off time, still it did not seem to be over the top, another quickly glance did show the Jedi to still have a nice almost hour glass like shape around the waist, something she lacked a little having a six pack and more abdominal muscles. She'd be quite the wife for most men, a bit of both worlds if she had to sum it up in a few words, not bad, not bad at all.

As breakfast came she contuined to the routine, only sitting down to eat once she reached her 100th mark on the squats, wrapping a towel around her neck to catch the small beads of sweet coming down her neck. "Nothing like a nice meal after some good muscle stretching". The protein rich foods right in front of her were just begging to be gobbled up, Chekita not wasting a moment in for-filling their request, wolfing them down in a very barbaric manner. "By the way, what times are the stores usually open? I'd like to pick up a bathing suit of some sort, also give some time for this food to digest before swimming".

[member="Varindar Asyt"]

"The fitness boutique opens at 8"

Varindar came to the realization that much of the basements' space (there were two of them because of the pool's deep end) had not only a gym but also boutiques. So while she knew [member="Chekīta Awaud"] wanted to hit the upscale fitness boutique, because it was that boutique that sold the swimsuits, she also knew that the fitness boutique sold more than just swimsuits: clients often came to that sort of boutiques to buy things such as exercise bikes, rowing machines, weights, and other sports equipment. Sure, Chekita ate much like a Trandoshan would, but the Trandoshan was amused to see a "soft thing" eat like Trandos did.

"8? so at least and hours wait, also a boutique, guess I don't have to leave the comfort of the hotel to pick out some new clothes", not really surprising, after all this was a money making hotel, best to keep all your customers in the same place and thus spending their credits in the same place. Still by now it was only 7am, and she had quickly polished off her breakfast, leaving Chekita with little to do in the room, and drinking was out of the question for the time being. "Yo Vari, any early open places to check out while we wait for the shops to open"? There should at least be one activity to do around here for early birds, or really really light night goers.
