The Avogwi had spotted it. A ravine of some sort had what was clearly antennas poking above out of the crack in the ground. Unless you were close it wouldn't be obvious but the fact that they swayed ever slightly in the wind was enough to give them away to Vitha. Turning her head side to side she roughly judged them to be about two or three miles out. Going into a swoop she began heading straight towards it picking up speed. The wind was favourable and she'd adjusted to a slightly diagonal course so the wind was on her tail.

The sensor gripped tightly and tailing behind her was suddenly swung upwards. The Avogwi had entered a steep climb turning the speed she'd gained into altitude. Beating her wings against the wind and gravity like they were her worst enemies she rapidly climbed to be about three hundred feet up. The wind battered her as she began doing a practical dance to compensate as she began to circle the structure. Diving, crabbing, and even flying away from the building she started to make a long circle around it.

Head bobbing down she tapped a com link with her beak. Wind rushing into the microphone she turned so her body somewhat sheltered it. "Found a structure, assume this is the target, permission to engage any guards?" she said quickly trying to be as clear as possible as the wind was undoubtedly quite loud on the other end. This did not however stop the excitement from showing through however as she asked for permission to eliminate any defenses they had.

Sorel nodded as Krass spoke. The Jedi Master reflected that she had been blessed with such proactive Padawans. They invariably took the opportunity to lead on missions and given Sorel was clear to give them clear parameters and only allowed them to take the initiative when she thought they were ready; she was never let down.

So she noted that Krass had done all of the appropriate homework and had access to all of the information they needed.

“Right, then we should dock with the space station and find our smugglers. Then we can deal with the creatures on the surface.” And with that she requested and received landing permission and left the controls to her astrodroid before leading Krass down to the cargo bay, ready to depart once they’d docked in the station’s hanger.

Krass was with Sorle on many of the things and docking the ship she could get with the droid. To let all fo them move around before her hands came up. Pulling at her hair when she was adjusting it to go into a ponytail away fro her robes so that all of them could move around. "I am ready master, we'll trust the force and our considerable skills to get us through it all." With a small grin on her face though she was prepared for anything that they might have going at them and anything that could ceom from this. Krass with her equipment, Sorel with her advanced knowledge and everythin that was being taught to them when she wanted to learn and be prepared.

The hangar was typical of any given station in the orbit of any given planet. Some were more pristine – those that were either Government or Military in nature – and others were more primitive – particularly those adjacent to planets controlled by crime syndicates. As Sorel looked around, she saw that this was somewhere in the middle, and the nature of the ships reflected the fact.

It was fortunate she was flying her own vessel, as it did not look out pf place and therefore drew no attention as the two Jedi exited it.

Sorel referred to a hand-held device she was holding in her palm. “We have a choice. We can head to the warehouse the smugglers are believed to be using, or to the cantina it uses as its informal headquarters. What would you recommend?”

Krass was looking at her there and the choice between the warehouse where they would have to fight possibly and searching in the cantina where they would be able to find out som things. There was a look on her face as the small padawan was thinking about it and gave a nod of her head. "The cantina is always a good place to go, it lets you sie of the locals and what you might find or discover." it was also a good way to learn about what went on. if they were doing well but served low grade swill then you knew they were making deals that were for other things. if it was only high end then you knew that the clients were rich and that would mean a lot of stonewalling if you were not careful.

Sorel nodded and led the way. Her experience of cantinas was limited, but in places like these, she’d found them to be consistent.

It would be a haven for spacers and smugglers and would be also frequented by gamblers who tended to play pazaak or sabacc. She’d even visited one with a fighting ring. Invariably they were the centre of criminal activity and Krass was right to choose to head there.

Finally they reached the establishment, one of three on the station, and the sound of live entertainment could be heard before they even entered.

She was about to warn Krass about the sort of clientele they might encounter and then realised she’d forgotten about how worldly-wise her Padawan was. So instead she simply opened the door and stepped in.

Krass was looking at her master thinking while they walked now. Allowing a few things but when it came to being in a cantina you dind't want to overthink things... you wanted to and needed to be able to react on instincts as non drinkings in a place like this were dangerous. Why even jedi knew how to handle their liquor for undercover and information gathering. Even with a lightsaber, with robes and with usually a hair style that screamed not one of us.... you could blend in a lot with a glass of something in your hand. Just the way it was while she was moving into the doors and the sound of a band with dancers around them was coming to her. Krass moved her hand pointing towards the stage and where most of the people were gazing to show it whil there were a few at the bar turned in their seats drinking as the music played. "The main focus is meant to be the stage, the bouncers will be looking for anyone not paying attention and being different from the crowd."

Taking off her boots and entering the gym where they were training, Akiyama glanced at the Atrisian woman and the apparently Jin woman, telling by the way she was speaking, training and crossed her arms as she saw the two. Interesting... so these were Jedi? Her force presence was radiating somewhat as she felt the force was indeed strong around here. No doubt they were Jedi of some sort. She held her vibrokatana observing the two. She watched at Wu defended herself and saw a few flaws in her defense. Not to say she was an expert of what those movements were, but Akiyama indeed had her own training in swordplay and those formations. It doesn't take a plaster science to know how it works. Either or, she was quite interested in how they were training, and therefore, said nothing and just simply stood there. It's good to see that there was a fellow Atrisian however, for the tragedy of their homeplanet was indeed something to remember.

As Kallukorus wound his way into the city, Audren began moving as well. While the Balosar's movements were intentional however, the Sephi's were very much not. He focused on not focusing, in effect simply letting his feet guide him. As he moved, he took in the sights. The city was truly unimpressive, the buildings cut from the same stone found in the mountains bordering it. The streets were unpaved and anyone who saw him eyed him warily. It made sense when he thought about it...most tourists were here once every three hundred years. There was no consistent inpouring of money and very little immigration.

The Jedi garb might do it too. Who knew?

Korus was not the only person that the Jedi had wandering the city. There were no fewer than a dozen actually, all acting as tourists or crew for tourist ships that happened to be visiting for the event. The tourists acted excited for it, the crews a healthy mix of annoyed and interested. Someone, somewhere, would let a piece of information slip that would allow them to track down the group. It was the benefit of having a reasonably-sized company: the employees were generally willing to branch out, especially if it was a company-sponsored vacation. Only a matter of time now.

She finally made it to the upper most point of the cliff and could look down into the rift valley. Coci took a moment to catch her breath, even though the force would aid her, her condition took more energy from her. High in the sky, no bigger then a dot was Vitha, as the communication came through. Coci turned and look for the target area and could just make out what appeared to be an entrance carved into the side of the mountain. "More closer and get a head count, hold on engaging them at this point, there is no need to alert them to our presence just yet. We are not in range to assist you".

Coci indicated to the rangers with her to move out and quickly. The reports from the scan indicated there had been recent activity in the area and images of vehicle tracks showed up on the visuals. She could not sense anyone on the outside, in fact the placed looked locked down as if abandon but looks can and will always be deceiving. She began her climb downward, much easier this time to traverse yet she kept a care foot fall.

The area provided much cover for the rangers and herself, finding good coverage behind large rock formations which afforded them a good view of the entrance. "Vitha, what can you see?", she asked the young bird through their link.

While Wu had blocked the first shot from the remote successfully, she had failed to respond to the very next one fired at her right flank. The remote would just continue zipping around the Padawan, letting off a steady clip of shots from multiple vectors from below the waist to above her head. Stray shots that threatened to hit Arisa were simply diffused with a precise application of tutaminis before they could reach their mark.

All the while, Arisa just stood there, quietly observing Wu in action. As the exercise was underway, she would offer no advice on how to deal with the barrage of non-lethal but painful bolts. She wanted Wu to try to figure out things on her own while in motion, which was one of the points of the exercise, not only just to showcase her burgeoning lightsaber skills.

The feeling of an incoming presence brought Arisa's attention to the gym doors, where she would meet the gaze of her guest Ms Sakoshi moments later as they slid open. She gave her fellow Atrisian a nod of acknowledgment before returning her full attention to Wu.

Minutes would pass, and the warm up exercise would come to and end, the remote taking position beside Arisa's head.

"Alright, exercise complete. Wu, how did you feel about that? Also, welcome, Miss Sakoshi! Feel free to gather around."

Vitha adjusted her flight pattern and moved in to almost directly over the base. Circling it tightly she held the sensor out slightly so it may get better readings. It lay in the widest point of the rift with landing pads next to a large main building. A fuel tanks was mostly buried as well and several smaller buildings were dotted around the valley presumably there as storage. She couldn't see anyone about and assumed most would be inside waiting out the wind storm.

"Think there is a door facing the landing pads, roof overhang prevents me from seeing if it's guarded. Otherwise roof seems to be clear other then the communications equipment and such. I can check the door if you want and get a better idea of the primary building. Only signs of life seem to be vehicle tracks and some footsteps going to the landing pads, main building, and storage. I think they are mostly human or near human though there may be some other species. No Wookies or Nuiwit though and those are the tracks I'm most familiar with."

The short ride over open country to the site was uneventful, and her probe deployed to the site wouldn't pick up anything out of the ordinary as she studied its feed from the back of her speeder. Just a rinky dink compound with a few guards. It reminded her of some remote First Order blacksite, perhaps some kind of refurbished military outpost from a bygone era.

She set the probe in a steady orbit to maintain surveillance as she came within the perimeter of the compound. There were a few other craft present, a combination of speeders and small starships. Exiting the landspeeder, she could see some people congregating around the vehicles. She could pick out several of them from memory as the who's who of intergalactic arms dealers, terrorists, and even a few Sith. More than a couple gave her cat calls, even as she stood among a throng of Dashade mercs. Most definitely not a chivalrous bunch, but that was to be expected when dealing with absolute scum.

She made mental notes about possible targets for extraction as she made a B-line right for the compound, guarded by a pair of burly Mandalorians armed to the teeth. She felt a gap in the Force from the Ysalamir each wore upon their back. It was to be expected dealing with Force Adepts, especially in Jedi country. It didn't bother her in the slightest, the agent quite capable with or without the Force. As with everything else in life, it was simply a tool to use for advancing her agenda. The Sith way was one of exploitation for their own ends.

She presented the guards with a code cylinder as proof of entry, and they took a biometric scan to confirm her identity within an internal registry. There was a small moment of apprehension, as her whole plan could be brought down if she did not clear the scan with her alias. However, that moment did pass as she was waved along with her guards into the hardened compound. Now she was in, and her mission still a go.

((I arrived a little before you all got onto the scene. Haven't noticed the SJO strike team or big bird. If you all could give me some time to mingle with the folks hosting the event, then that would be greatly appreciated.))

Wu was moving quickly as she could feel her master there around her. The chance to be impressive as another enetered the room and she was going rotating the saber around her as she had learned in the one class was helping. A way to properly keep her momentum to deflect the blasts away from herself and her master. She wasn't certain what there was going to e next but she would work at it. Then it was over and she was standing there prepared and breathing in and out quickly before they went around. "I feel alright, it was helpful to apply the skills master Soja was teaching in and class." She was able to do more with it while moving and keeping a small look on her face though.

The young male had been dozing off in the lower deck of the shuttle. Waking up from some slight turbulence, Freja reluctantly pulled himself out of the nice dream he was having. Looking around with his eyes narrowed, he slowly got adjusted to the light in the room. Yawning softly, the man extended his limbs out getting in a good stretch before standing.

“ Ahh.. might as well see what the rest of the crew is up to. “

Deciding to mingle for a while to pass the time. Freja made his way over to where the young Padawan and master were training. Once the man entered the room, he nonchalantly raised his hand. Waving it back and forth to gain their attention.

“ Yo, how long have I been out..? We almost there? “
He asked assuming one of them would respond to his question.

Adrenaline pumped through Aster's veins as she disembarked the vessel docked at the Caluula Station. On Csilla she was an obedient girl who did as she should but since her arrival on Voss, a strong desire for adventure - a rarity for her on Csilla, traumatic events excluded - filled her, sparking a sense of wanderlust within her.

Excited at the prospect of discovering the unknown (at least to her), the teenager bit her lip as she attempted to conceal a big grin that threatened to show itself on her delicate visage as she made her way around in the space station. Careful not to draw attention to herself in this foreign location, Aster had dressed herself in nondescript attire, wearing a simple light coloured dress with a hooded beige duffle coat over it, and a mousey brown wig to top off her unremarkable outfit. Though she was reluctant to admit it, the young Baelor was proud of her plain attire - a disguise of sorts that allowed her to elude Everly and embark on a trip to the Caluula Station alone.

Unfortunately, the true master of disguise was not Aster but rather, Everly who had turned herself into a middle-aged man through the power of makeup and was even bold enough to take the seat beside Aster's during the trip to the Caluula Station with the teenager none the wiser.

Carith awoke from his slumber aboard the frigate Norikura. Sitting up in his bunk, he looked to the other side of the room. A Twi'lek man who was assigned to share the room with him for the journey was still fast asleep in the other bunk. Carith forgot his name, but it's not like he'd see the man again anyways. He climbed out of bed and landed on the floor as silently as possible to not disturb his roommate. He put some clothes on, grabbed his pack, and looked at his lightsaber. It had been almost two years since he'd been on a Jedi mission. His membership of the Silver Order was still very young, no more than three weeks in length. Since arriving, he'd brushed up on history, the Force, and lightsaber technique, but was still very rusty due to his hiatus as a Jedi.

Carith grabbed his lightsaber and headed out of his room. The hallway was empty and quiet, probably due to the rest of the team preparing for the frigate's arrival to Caluula. He then set off in the direction of the mess hall to grab a meal. After standing in line and grabbing a nutmeat and jelly sandwich, a favorite of his from his time on Coruscant, he sat at an empty table and set his comlink on top it. While eating, he stared at the comlink waiting for it to go off. The Silver Order still hadn't found him someone to be an apprentice to, and so his time back on Voss was spent in classes and waiting, which became dull very quickly. On his daily visit to the front desk to see if there was an update on his status, the attendant recommended him to attend this mission while waiting. She claimed it would be a good opportunity to get out of Voss and see the galaxy. He was assigned to Arisa's frigate and assigned a room and told to await her call and fast forward a day later... thus he was... waiting on her call. Anytime now... He took another bite of his sandwich and glanced at the comlink.

Blissfully unaware of Everly's watchful eyes quietly observing her, Aster heart palpitated as she entered the cantina - whatever that was. Unaccustomed to the interesting characters in the cantina, she shrunk to a corner like a scared animal as she watched the rowdy patrons consume their beverages and engage in their loud conversations.

"Hello little mouse," a scruffy man slid into the seat next to her much to her discomfort. "Fancy a drink? It's on me," he winked.

A bit shy and very much scared by the newcomer, Aster softly nodded her head. "A cup of osmanthus tea would be lovely," she mumbled, her voice barely audible.

"Tea?" the man let out a loud, barking laugh. "This isn't a tea house, this is a cantina," he smirked then gestured at a passing waiter. "A blue milk for my lady friend and a shot of something strong for me."

"You're too generous-," she started. There was something she did not like about the man but she could not quite put her finger on it.

"Then accept my generosity gracefully, little bird," the man said and inched closer towards the teenager.

"I-I have to use the bathroom," Aster said trying to conceal the fear in her voice as she began to stand up.

"Surely, you can wait until the drinks arrive," he frowned, pushing her back into the seat.

"I suppose..." she trailed off, waiting for an opportunity to make her escape.

It'd been a month since she had done anything of real significance. Hapes cluster wasn't exactly glorious, but it needed to be done. After her return to Monastery, Elisea booked transport to Voss. There hadn't been any real thought to it, simply that Voss had been key to the Silver Jedi and Silver Jedi meant [member="Arisa Yune"]. There'd been something about her that Elisea couldn't quite put her finger on, but there was something that drew the Avalonian to the Jedi.

From the time Elisea landed on Voss, it hadn't been hard for her to track Arisa down and offer her services. Services of a counselor which had more to the brunette's formal training rather than the impromptu search and rescue of which she was glad to have had the education from FIMS. She now stood aboard the Norikua assisting the Silver Jedi. In fact, she was in her own private quarters enjoying a long, overdue bath. Elisea had brought with her bath bombs she had last purchased while on Bespin from the Grand Wardrobe. Relaxation had been her port of call for the day, at least before she got into any real work.

The Silver Jedi... To say the least Jakkor was surprised he would ever return. He never ventured back to Voss after the Omega Wars choosing to go into exile on the planet Lothal to become a simple farmer and a family man with his Wife and raise his daughters. He was heavily disillusioned with the Jedi of this time period as he in a way lost faith in the force feeling that the Jedi were too busy with wars of destruction blinded by fear and hate to serve the will of the force. He became somewhat of a Maverick if you will always looking at the Orders with disdain at how they fell into the same trap the Jedi Order of old did during the Clone Wars. He thought that his time of wearing his Jedi Robes and wielding a Lightsaber or even a Gaffi stick were over and he could finally be at peace. The Force seemed to have other plans by driving him to serve the Order of the Sacred Lotus in giving hope that the Jedi of today could seek redemption and serve the will of the force than wield they're sabers, and than he was called upon the Jedi of the Dominion calling upon him now that he was a Jedi Knight to teach a new generation of force sensitives into the next generation of Jedi with the same ideals of the Jedi that served the Old Republic as peace keepers and not as soldiers to be used against the dark side.

Why was he here on this ship enroute to Caluula some may ask. One Jedi by the name of Arisa Yune had convinced him to give the Silver Jedi a second chance as she believed they can become the peacekeepers the Jedi have always been. Jakkor was hesitant and reluctantly gave in as he felt he could trust the girl, now this Relic of the Old Republic was onboard her ship in deep meditation awaiting to reach they're destination. Jakkor now following his true path of a Jedi Consular devoting himself more to learning the force than wielding a blade of a lightsaber, as he had lived as a Jedi Guardian during both the Clone and Omega Wars and hated himself for all the pain that was brought upon him because of it. During the jump to hyperspace and not to long before he put himself into a meditation trace the Tusken Jedi had read the history of the world, and felt a deep sorrow for what he has missed during his years of stasis... All those years, those centuries of never ending conflict and the Force being brought out of balance. The Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War, Yuuzhan Vong War, First Order-Resistance Conflict. So many wars fought and so many dead not to mention the horrible Gulag Plague and somehow he was spared from it all, for what purpose he would think to himself carefully. Was it because the Force had use of him, was it to bring back the Jedi way into the Galaxy he could not say for certain but he did know is that big things had small beginnings and this would begin with these small steps. For now he would go with the will of the Force and accomplish the task at hand, he would only prey that he wouldn't have to wield his blades again.
