- FAST AS *: This thing moves.
- STEALTHY: With its angular design and blacked-out paint, detection is at a minimum
- DECEPTIVELY LARGE CARGO BAY AND RAMP: Though not as big as the Mk I, the Mk II can hold a RONTO or a FIST depending on the mission and is capable of rapid deployment where the Mk I was not initially.
- EXPOSED ENGINES: A well-placed shot could disable either engine and effectively ground the ship
- HERKY JERKY: The ship is highly maneuverable, but without almost constant practice, the controls can put the Pegasus out of control.
- EXPOSED COCKPIT: There is only one pilot seat, and while there is an integrated droidbrain, it cannot fly the ship, kill the pilot, and the ship is grounded.
- SUPERCHARGER: The Supercharger allows for overclocking the engines, but after about ten minutes of use needs to cool down. Only for extremes
DESCRIPTION
Captain Mueller, on a recent mission (which success came at a heavy price), realized that a Special Forces team was becoming a platoon, almost a potential Battallion. The Annunaki was a strong ship and had its uses, but OS RARELY ever find themselves in the situation of using it, so the ship sits attached to whatever carrier Admiral Angellus finds himself on now. Well, maybe not literally, but there was too much to use and take when they needed so little. So when the Mk I's were destroyed he chose not to agree to the commission of two more and ordered the surviving Mk I's stripped down for parts. What resulted was the smaller, sleeker, faster, Mk II and a sister ship (kept in storage).
