CORPORATION INFORMATION

Corporation Name: Old Empire Holdings Group
Headquarters: Mobile, no brick and mortar location.
Locations: Does not offer public services as such, retains no location.
Operations:
Old Empire Holdings is a common tax-exempt type holding group which is responsible for the allocation and reinvestment of funds from held business across the galaxy. Businesses held typically take on one of two forms Public Holdings and Silent Holdings. All holdings are privately owned by the Old Empire Holdings Group

Public Holdings: The goods and services produced by these groups fully acknowledge their ownership by Old Empire Holdings.

Silent Holdings: These groups are owned by Old Empire Holdings though are not publicly acknowledged with no discernable legal or paper trail being made to tie them together.

Held companies opperate fully within the legal parameters of the world upon which they exist with post-tax net income being handed over to O.E.H.G on a monthly basis as though they were a sole proprietor. These funds are then reinvested to acquire additional holdings, improve profitability of current holdings or distributed to the owners of the group. They prioritize holdings which which have a reasonable return on investment and are unlikely to be hindered by the risk of drastically changing political environments as well as those which improve the productivity of other holdings.

Business decisions are made by an undisclosed team of ‘experts’ in a variety of business matters who help ensure that the individual holdings are enabled to succeed. The holdings group is not directly involved in policy for individual companies after they are founded, and their treatment of employees differ drastically from company to company being as kind or villainous as the situation demands.

Parent Corporation: None

DESCRIPTION

Old Empire Holdings (frequently shortened simply to ‘Old Empire’ as a brand name) is a Holdings company. Internally there are two notable groups. These groups are the owners and illusive ‘experts’ who are responsible for most decisions which the organization makes in starting up businesses with their locations and identities carefully hidden from the public eye.

Owners – The owners of the Old Empire Holding Group are the founders of the organization. These are Dyre Redwave and his men. Should a payout occur, it occurs evenly among them, and most wealth which they acquire

Experts – In the process of raiding numerous planets across the galaxy Dyre and his men recruited hundreds of ‘unpaid interns’ (read as: slaves) who were in desperate need of work. Instead of selling those with considerable business knowledge to serve as unskilled labor or dancers, those with good heads on their shoulders were offered (read as: forced to take) luxurious positions on Old Empire’s crack team of business specialists. In this role they are provided with fine luxury accommodations which include such features as running water, fine food (read as: not just nutrient paste) beds, monthly bonuses (read as: not being executed if they fail to do their job properly) and inbound only holonet access. Truly one of the most desirable jobs in the galaxy. This crack team of business experts carefully researches the prospects of all potential purchases and advises the owners who make the final decision.

RATIONALE

Following a conversation with a traveling companion on Abragado-Rae Dyre Redwave founded and registered the company name with he and his men as owners. While his original plan had simply be to save up enough money for all of them to retire, he adopted a much better solution. A business would generate regular profit forever whereas banked money would only generate a small amount of interest. With this in mind, he and his men agreed to invest their present funds and future intake into the organization until such a time as they were generating enough money to comfortably retire.
