Of Demons and Darths

Onboard of the Valedictorian orbiting the planet Atrisia, a week prior to the current events
"Have we located it?" Kredius stood atop the bridge well, peering outside through the transparisteel viewport, his gaze fixated at the planet below, the planet Atrisia, which the Valedictorian was still orbiting even after the crisis seemed to have died down and the number of infected among the populace was dwindling. The threat had been abated, but among those seemingly fallen, was the Viceroy of Eriadu; Credius Nargath. The Droid wearing the viceroy's visage let out something akin to a sigh, a mere sound as the droid did not need to breathe, but was well versed in the every act of living through the memories, the mannerisms and the intellect of its master having been imprinted upon it during its creation. The Tetha protocol it was called, a protocol which dictated that if the viceroy were to be incapacitated in any kind, he'd be replaced publically by KRONOS in the guise of Kredius, to further establish the ruse and image of the unbent, unbroken, immortal leader of the Eriadu system.

"There's no doubt that the cypher we are tracking is located here,"
The ensign looked at the sattelite images on the display, not aware that what Kredius was searching was not just his cypher, but his master. The man who had sworn not to die before all the knowledge in the galaxy was his...he would not, he could not have died so easily, not at the hand of such filth like those mindless infected beasts. Letting out another sigh, the droid walked back towards the viewport, peering outside of it. "Send a team to fetch it."

Atrisia, planetside...
A screech came through the darkness of the cave, an infected jumping out of the darkness, running from someone or...something. From within the darkness, a growl could be heard, followed by a quelching sound of something slithering within it. Before the infected could escape the darkness, three long, black tentacles slithered with blinding speed towards it, piercing its skin, it's bones, it's chest. The infected squirmed as the tentacles coiled around it, a final screech escaping the infected as it's symptoms of infection seemed to eb away, revealing the man it once was prior to the blackwing virus for a moment. Yet that was all it was, a single moment of sweet release from the virus, as what got hold of it, was far more terrifying. Before the man could scream, one of the tentacles slithered into his mouth, his hair gradually thinning out as it turned gray and brittle, his skin started to wrinkle and became leathery, convulsions and spasms ran through the man's body, until all that was left, was a mere dried out, lifeless husk, dropped to the floor like pointless garbage by the tentacles.
"Feed...me..."

A voice, course and rough, shallow and weak, emanated from the darkness. It could feel it, it could sense it, the dwindling food, the dwindling number of creatures which could serve as its nourishment. It could smell a few more infected outside the cave, but it dared not leave the darkness, as it was still weak, still hungry, still...incomplete. A red light started to pulsate within the darkness, the sound of something moving within that very darkness when from outside of the cave, the sound of boots began to drown out all other sounds, a cadence of military precision and unity. Something was coming and that which resided within the cave could smell it, it was life, it was...nourishment, sustenance...Food.

"Feed me...I'm so hungry..."

Planet V'shar, present day
A single ship, using a cloaking device, soared through space, a long, dagger-like interceptor, piercing through the layers of atmosphere which shielded the planet from the most harmful radiations of the star at the center of its system. The man sitting within the small, dagger-like vessel let out a sigh, he could feel it, he could sense it. There was something strong, something powerful on the planet. He hadn't been there before, but if that which was rumored to be located here was exactly what had been said about it, he would be needing it to remove the affliction which was burdening him.

Obsidiant claws scratched a metal-covered face, a deep growl escaping through the well-crafted electrum lips of the mask veiling the man's face. "I need some nourishment, let's hope this place is at the very least populated."

Her ship had landed some time ago and for some time she had been exploring this planet V'Shar, it was in a word mundane, unremarkable as far as the rest of the galaxy would consider it but it did have one unique characteristic it was home to an artifact that had come to her attention if she could reach it. Of course like all artifacts they were shrouded in myth and rumor and a simple glance or a scan from a ship would not find the well hidden ones, this one she would need to rely on the force and in that she was confident.

She moved away from the ship as night was already falling she removed her mask and stowed it on her belt for now, she was on the trail of an artifact that would undo much of the damage done to her by the stasis chamber and even beyond. She wandered through the brush and undergrowth of a forest following the pull of the dark side of the force, the artifact she sought was powerful that was clear but then something caught her attention and she spun around her blond hair following suit as she cast her eyes up to the stars, something was they approaching V’Shar she closed her eyes a moment and loudly cursed her luck. “Nothing is ever simple, no matter I just need to be faster.” she sighed before turning and hastening her movement through the underbrush while the most a human could manage was meager at best she tapped into her natural ability and speed through the forest as quickly as she could manage safely, whatever was approaching if she could reach the artifact and divine it’s secrets quick enough would have to deal with a much stronger Sith than otherwise.

The ship lowered itself near the edges of what seemed to be old buildings near the large forest that seemed to house the very thing the man who piloted the ship was looking for. A way to remove the mutation which was afflicting him was the only thing he would be searching for, even if it granted him such a vast increase in power and potential, the burden, the risks, the hunger was just nearly too much to bear, even for him.

Jumping out of his ship, the masked man suddenly noticed a few native lifeforms emerging from the buildings, coming towards him with what seemed to be forms of rudimentary weapons in hand, probably alarmed by the fact that his ship had been invisible up until he landed. A sigh escaped his lips, the sound slightly muffled by the mask. As he came closer to those natives, his eyes, laced with a sinister orange and red glimmer, glared at them, his pupils narrowing until they were no more than thin slits.

"Dinner has been served," Before the natives could even fathom the meaning behind those slightly slurred words, getting a bit defensive by raising their weapons...in vain. Instantly, the air around them grew thick and heavy, the light of the stars blotted out by a seemingly endless void swallowing them whole and that, was not even the worst. From the left, someone screamed, the sound of the panic dying out rather quickly, now someone screamed from the left. This process repeated until there was only one native left, standing right in front of the masked monster. With a loud yell, the native leapt forwards, only to have his weapon break upon the armor hidden underneath the red robes.

"So pointless," The native could feel how the man's hand gripped its face tightly, instantly feeling the life drain out of him, until all that was left of the native, was dust in the wind. "This might cause some commotion, better to move on for now."

Hastily, the masked man started to move through the forest, hoping to find some temple or cavesystem, given that usually things like the one he was looking for were stored in places like that.

Reyida bounding through the forest at inhuman speeds felt the death of many through the force and it hastened her all the more she was sure she had left a trail through the forest but that mattered little at this point. When finally she arrived at the mouth of a cave. Only pausing enough to sense it out she was feeling the pull of the darkside from it and even a cool air flowing out of it, immediately she stepped into the cave and drew her lightsaber the crimson blade bathed the darkness in the color of blood and slowly she descended, such places of darkness could not be rushed even as she felt something approaching and it urged her forward. Speed could very much prove fatal, Sith were after all masters of all sorts of ways to kill others. Her descent continued for some time the cave felt artificial but so far nothing in the way of traps, her mind reeled whoever left it was either so confident it is well hidden or was simply foolish. Regardless the dark presence assured her that her quarry was yet ahead of her, yet her pace was careful and deliberate not to rush foolishly and be lulled into a false sense of security.

When finally she arrived at a long corridor which opened up into what appeared to be a large cavern likely directly beneath where she came in, her lightsaber barely did any good at this point and she put it away closing her eyes for only a moment they opened again and her eyes brightly shone in the dark, and all was clear as day, she glanced into the void before her, a long fall down awaited anyone who was not careful she could see movement far below, water perhaps that would explain what had eroded away the floor of the main cavern over untold eons, staying to the path around the room of the void she made her way to where the dark side was concentrated, seeking out her quarry.

The density of the forest was quite an issue to make up any speed or momentum, but luckily the Masked monster possessed such exquisitely acute senses due to his force mutation that a few trees and shrubberies would not pose any issue during his run. However, as he was trying to focus upon the distinct force signature of that which he was looking for, the masked man was forced to stop in his tracks for just a moment, as he could sniff it in the air, the changing ripple through the force, something was off, as if he was not the only one looking for the artifact which promised a way to gt rid of the mutation which prevented him from appearing in public and which chained his personal life to the constant consumation of other people's essence and force.

Though it could've been explained as just another person strong in the force residing within the range of his senses, it was quite odd that he could locate it so close to his own position. the force was at work here, pitting people together and against eachother for the sake of maintaining its balance. Credius knew the balance was already shifting dangerously, with the jedi orders all bonding together, the sith slowly preparing for what could only be called an eternal war, the ever expanding genocidal wars of the Bryn'adûl. The galaxy seemed to be heading for another era of chaos beyond belief.

"Perhaps if I am lucky, I might have enough sustenance no matter if this artifact works or not," Letting out a chuckle, the monster started running through the forest again, pinpointing his destination through the force, as he reached what he thought to be an open spot in the forest. Yet, his senses started tingling, telling him something wasn't right. Alas, the masked man was given no time to respond, as the ground buckled under his feet, dropping him down a considerable length within a shaft. Almost in a panic, he braced his arms and legs against the smooth edges of the shaft, slowing down just enough to launch himself to the side when it became clear that the bottom of the shaft was littered with stone spikes.

Rolling over a cold, stone floor, the man's momentum only stopped when hitting a wall. Slightly groggy, the man could only see his direct environment, with him having landed into what seemed to be a dark, long corridor.

On first inspection, the walls seemed to be made with great effort by great artists of the far flung past, with bas-reliefs all over the stone. Carvings and etchings depicting long forgotten wars and conflict. Deciding to just follow the path provided to him by the long, straight corridor, the masked man started to walk on, using his accute senses to try and avoid whatever traps there would be now, but for the sake of being certain, he reached for his mask, activating the built in sensors to aid him a bit more. After all, he surmised that where there was one pitfall, another had to be present as well.

Reyida’s eyes narrowed as she approached a platform that extended out and perilously close to the void below, upon she saw a raised section where the artifact whatever it was, was carefully laid out in the open daring somebody to foolishly rush toward it to grasp it, she knew better than to give in she walked forward a few steps, eyes scanning the floor cautiously, she felt the presence was closer now she would have little time still caution would keep her alive. Kneeling she touched the floor everything was saturated in the dark side, whoever put this here had left it long ago so long that only darkness dwelt here her eyes found now trap on the ground so she stood and advanced her senses keen as she ascended the steps up to the plinth she reached out with the force and pulled the artifact to her, chancing it rather than further exposing her and it gently landed into her palm.

She glanced to where Credius was she heard the disturbance, she could not see anything yet, but her eyes strained even at this distance to see. She still had time, but it was dwindling by the second she would have to hurry this along. Quickly she turned the artifact over in her hands studying it making quick note of symbols and markings, she found pattern as she looked at it and finally she found the key and the artifact activated a massive amount of force energy left the artifact and hit her, fusing with her and reversing thousands of years of force corruption and more importantly the damage done to her in her long stasis.

The corridor seemed so long, the etchings and reliefs seemingly going on forever. However, when the masked man reached a staircase, the sound of the man inhaling the air in short spurts resonated from beyond the mask. A concentration, a deep connection with the force was moving, dark in nature, strong in its connection, determined and unwavering. The man's eyes opened, the mixture of deep red and bright orange around a slit pupil looking at something in the distance. "No...no...don't you dare," The callous, concerned hiss escaped the man's lips, slightly muffled by the mask he wore as he started to ascend the stairs, his feet reaching the ground faster and faster with each step he took forward. "No...no...it should be mine, it is mine...MINE!!"

His hunger was growing, his senses sharpening. The rumoured artifact, he needed it to turn back the changes brought upon him by the mutation, even if the mutation may have been a blessing to his own considerable powers, the drawbacks were too severe, too numerous and too painful to endure. The closer he got in his haste, the more definitive the smell, the sensation he could feel through the force. The concentration of force was not unfamiliar, perhaps not as familiar as that of the nightmother, but he recognised this...signature within the force, it was of one he had meet not all too long ago, maybe but a few weeks prior to the invasion at atrisia. Yes, this was that woman who came from a bygone era, who had insulted him and who had decided to choose the paltry offerings of the witch over his most magnanimous offer.

Just when he managed to reach within a dozen yards of the force signature, his senses were momentarily overwhelmed and from a distance within the darkness, he could see it, feel it and lose it. The artifact and all the immense power within had been activated, all that nourishment, all that strength vanishing, absorbed and used up by someone so unworthy, so small and petty compared to himself. "unacceptable...unacceptable..."

The air began to thicken, become stiffling and cold, with the darkness and the shadows seemingly conglomerating and condensing around him, so much so that perhaps only the mask and the raging eyes beneath it were the only thing left visible. A single arm was raised, the raw, unabated crackle of electricity audible but a moment before tendrils of black lightning tore through stone and air towards Sabine Delacroix Sabine Delacroix . "Your have taken what should rightfully be mine..." A woosh could be heard as the lightning stopped, the air seemingly being sucked towards the darkness for an instant, before stone shattered and the corridor to the outside started to rumble as a shokwave of force and air rolled towards the ancient sith lord with blinding speed and unnatural strength. "I shall take what you have stolen, I shall drain the very light of your miserable soul."

Reyida had been knocked to one knee by the overwhelming power that came over her, the force swirled around her gradually growing weaker as it drained away into her body, the sensation that overtook her was simply the unbridled raw power of the force energizing every cell in her body and reinvigorating it with the life giving nature of the force. Slowly she rose then turned to face toward the creature facing her. She knew not who or what it was but knew that it was a threat, her prior weakness obliterated by the artifact she would be able to survive this. Taking a couple of steps forward as the first tendrils of Credius lightning stretched out to strike her she lifted one hand and watched as the tendrils evaporated and a shock-wave of force power rushed toward her, her tactic changing in a instant she pushed a bubble of force energy in front of her and the ground to either side split with the force of the impact as it was directed away from her to either side.

“You have no more claim to it than I, the only difference is I reached it first” likewise she began to draw on the dark energies of the cavern a chaotic storm of power swirled around and in each hand lightning arcs split the darkness of the cavern she lifted both hands toward him and unleashed a powerful surge of lightning. “As for my soul, if you think you can try it monster you will find I am not so easily killed” she grinned at this and for a split second her blue eyes flashed yellow as she poured out power into the lightning intent on overwhelming the threat.

Had there been an observer to this contest of the force it would be only in shades of black as both parties were obscured and only the occasional force lightning arcs split the darkness, and the air burned with power on all sides, in a contest of the force she would not be outclassed easily and if he thought otherwise he would learn a costly mistake.

FALL

The female...sith was it? Yes, she was a sith, or at least one of the olden days, of ancient times so far back that it probably was a miracle that she was still alive, albeit trapped in a box, held in stasis for so long that she had retained issues with her pattern brainwaves, her connection to the force so diluted and fickle that it almost seemed like a joke. Yes, this was the woman he had offered power and she had turned it down, in favor of knowledge. He did not hate this woman or the choice she made, as he knew that the state she was in did feed into the desire of knowledge and here she was, somehow having managed to get to the artifact faster than Credius had managed and right before his very eyes, she had drained the artifact, one of the few possible ways to save him from the terrible mutation which had befallen him. Sure, it had made him stronger, faster, more powerful with the force than he had ever dreamed of being, but the cost...the cost was high, the drawback very steep, the price for it all, very demanding.

"Pitiful girl, it seems that though the artifact has healed whichever was ailing you, it has not granted you insight nor hubris," One hand continued to fire off enormous, bkack tendrils of insurmountably strong force lightning, the sparks and crackles ripping through air and stone alike, catching the tendrils of the woman's own force lightning. He had to admit that she was indeed powerful, well trained and well versed it seemed. If anything, he was more likely to believe her claims of having been a member of the original dark council, certainly now that her powers had been seemingly restored and whatever crippled her had been washed away. However, he had managed to slake his thirst, driven away his hunger only a bit earlier. He was younger now, faster and much, much stronger. If there was any time to truly test this mutation's limits, it would be now...now that she had locked herself into a competition with force lightning, the very thing in which he himself was more than just a master in.

"You pressume limits to my power..." He started to take a step forward, followed by another one and another one, the output of the black lightning crackling in vicious, sinister tendrils out of his fingers steadily increasing. The closer he got, the colder the air became, the thicker and the deeper the shadows grew. A soft, sinister sounding chuckle left his lips, his free hand raising while sparks of black electricity crackled around it. It was time to show this woman the true extend of his own power and efficiency within the force and the use thereof. "There are none."

A torrent of black lightning now erupted from his second hand, ripping through the stones like a knife through butter, the force lightning only intensifying even further with every step the masked man took forwards towards the woman. "You disappoint me, Darth Phral."

The blonde woman stared unchanging, her very presence defying his will at every turn. He was correct though the damaged broken creature he had met was gone what stood in its place once again wielded the power of a dark councilor and the mind to back it up. Her eyes narrowed and she began to draw even greater strength from the dark side an unflinching resolve for what her goals were galaxy be damned. While he was busy with his boasts, she shifted one hand away and immediately her footing slipped it might even seem like he was winning but while her other hand maintained the lightning, just enough to not lose ground totally though she did cede some. It was a gamble but one that must be played.

She spoke plainly but over the lightning and the howling of the force he would not hear but she was saying much. Like his own darkness she too suddenly began to be wrapped in a shroud of darkness and like his it too chilled the air further still. The power she was unleashing was ancient and forgotten this was not the force, not exactly her eyes flashed yellow and at once stayed, the shadows became a storm whirling around her and she held out the her right hand and spoke, if he were still capable he should perhaps feel fear every fiber in his being would scream alarm.

“You think yourself superior, you think everyone is beneath you. That there can be nobody greater, allow me to educate you. There is always one greater” hers was not arrogance or boast, it was said with cool certainty there was a reason for her confidence, she had only begun to tap the well of her power one did not live as long as she without be able to endure and overwhelm.. It would come to him, she was using magic, not just magic but Sith magic and what followed was a potent blast of pure darkside energy a force blast of incredible power, far beyond that of a force push or a wave this was raw ancient and dark power enough that lesser beings would be annihilated like the creatures he had slaughtered on the surface, only they would have been erased completely.

Something was happening, his vision slightly blurring, his mind seemingly telling him to run, to hide, to cower before this woman. Even as he was certain that his own infallable mastery within the power of his force lightning would be enough to beat most, if not all in a sheer battle of strength within that very ability, it seemed this woman managed to hold him off, she managed to hold HIM off. The intentions backfired, the summon fear ability only amplifying something hidden deep within the masked monster's mind. Fear only amplified frustration, frustration bred anger and anger lead to hatred, the most powerful tool of any selfrespecting sith lord. No matter how ancient, no matter how good this opponent was, she seemed to lack the basis of any proper sith: tools to elevate one's own power beyond the very limits considered naturally possible.

His lightning stuttered, he had to take a step back, his eyes peering at the ancient sith with a mixture of disbelief and somehow a certain sense of amusement. She was pointing out the obvious, ofcourse there were still those more powerful than him. There were monsters even more terrifying than himself among the ranks of the sith and even the confederacy itself, but one would not be able to call themselves a sith if they did not work hard, learn a lot and found ways to further themselves and the power they wielded to go beyond these so-called obstacles, these 'greater' people.

As her words called him out, the immense expanse of raw force power shook the very temple on its foundations, even managing to throw the masked man into the darkness, vanishing completely out of sight. For a moment, it was silent, with only the resonation of that impressive display of power still coursing through stone and rock, the cracks in the walls and floors visible.

"There is no death...only the force and I...am its master," Flashes of red could be seen within the darkness, a sickening pulsating red light. The sound of the air itself splitting, cracking and collapsing onto itself, like nails on glass. There was no warning besides the fact that rather than air escaping the tunnel, it seemed to go inside, the temperature dropping so low that every breath almost immediately crystalized with each exhale. "You have indeed educated me, you have shown me your strength, your passion...your folly. It is all meaningless, it is all futile and for nought. You try to poison me with fear, it matters not. You try to show the extend of your power to dominate me, it matters not.

The entire temple shuddered alarmingly, until suddenly out of the darkness, the masked man arose yet again, first his eyes, a deep red and bright orange surrounding a slit pupil becoming eerily visible before the rest of his form was revealed, both hands at his side steeped with swirling energy, sickening darkness emanating from him as he raised his hands towards Darth Phral, slowly coming closer, until the booming, crackle of lightning erupted from his hands yet again. "All you think to know, all you think to be, it matters not...you are but food and sustainance to me," Without restraint, without any misgivings or remorse, the force lightning surged through the corridor, almost like a jet black laser of densely compacted tendrils of crackling, sinister electricity. Rocks, stone, air, it mattered not to him, nor to the force lightning he now displayed. "Time to go to sleep, child."

Music

For the first time he truly tested her the sudden burst of power had surprised her she shifted quickly to contend with the renewed lightning from him, clearly he was beyond a mere monster and was capable of great power a mistake she would not make again. Reinforcing the force into her hands she held the lightning of his at bay feeling the heat from it she slowly moved to one side altering the angle as she stepped aside, flesh burning as she directed the lightning letting it surge past and she moved clear. She glanced at the black hands she had now and looked incredulously at him, if he wanted anger, she would show it to him.

Her amber eyes narrowed sharply portraying power and her hands balled up into fists the black flesh slowly repairing itself from the heat of the lightning, not the work of the force but rather that of her innate ability for the first time she truly was angered she began to draw in every vestige of the force around her and laughed “Darth Halcyon, only the one arrogant enough to call me a child. But on that world of Nathema you would have been correct” he would notice the canines of the woman’s teeth had elongated at some point a testament to her anger, showing for the first time what she really was a creature ancient in its own right never mind the time spent in stasis. Power flowed from her now she was pulling from the cavern, the air around them even the depths of her own well of power she channeled the force into her hands as much as she could gather quickly and brought both hands down hard into the cavern floor, it shattered, and the cavern trembled the impact was severe enough force to knock nearly anybody to the ground but more than that a ripple of force energy emanated from the center of the impact in all directions few would be able to stand in its presence it would not kill just unbalance.

The very ground they stood on would buckle with large chunks breaking away and falling into the abyss below, part of the cavern wall fell away forming large cracks in the cavern overhead the place in which they stood was quickly crumbling now. “Congratulations you have succeeded in angering me. I give you a choice, flee with your miserable life or I end you here.” she lifted both her hands toward him a crushing darkness forming again she was calling on ancient Sith magic, this time however it would obliterate him the cavern and possibly the way out. No matter she would have time to search for a way out.

RISE
With every step the masked man made as he came closer and closer to the female sith, it looked like her defenses were faltering. Even at his distance, he could see how the flesh of her hands started to burn, granting him a certain feeling of delight. However, when she finally managed to get out of the hold his magnificently powerful force lightning had on her, staunchly sacrificing her flesh for this feat in the process, the masked man lowered his hands, ending the massive torrent of electricity which had been raging within an instant. Only to watch carefully, as the woman's flesh regrew and rejuvinated, thus yet again insulting and defying this monster with the fact that she had gotten her hands on the artifact before him.

When she actually mentioned his name though, the man's eyes did slightly shimmer behind his mask. It was...unexpected that the very language he used was what made her deduce his identity. She was sharp, he had to admit that at the very least, probably a bit too sharp for her own good.

He could feel how she drew upon the force yet again, showing him her canines, her fangs, longer and sharper than that of a human, most likely in a way to intimidate and defy him, making herself seem as unnatural as possible. Alas, had she done this months ago, it might've worked and he might've felt at the very least intimidated by this new knowledge that she belonged to the obscure and ancient Sanguinus Vampirica race, but now...now he could only audibly chuckle at this revelation.

When she let loose the enormous amount of force upon the ground, resulting in a mighty tremor which spread fast an in an almost uncontrollable manner, the masked man's eyes shimmered again, perhaps in surprise, perhaps in interest, before he dropped to one knee, seemingly having some issues to keep himself straight, letting out a grunt as he was compelled to stand down. "How...perceptive of you...child," His hand touched the ground and if the sith woman was any good at sensing the vibrations, the shifts within the force, she would be able to feel the cold which spread not physically though the air, but through the force itself, more specifically her own implementation of it. "But I reiterate it again...You may pressume limits to my power, but as I am now...there are none. You may have seen the passing of milenia, yet through my blood I have seen them too, through my knowledge I have seen the birth of the galaxy, through my will...I have seen its end."

With the ground breaking and cracking, chunks of the temple floor and foundations falling and sinking away around him, the man took another few steps forward, until he could feel the grass beneath his feet. His single hand now raised towards the female sith as she started to conjure up the large amounts of darkness through the force, through her sith magic, though yet again, a coldness would spread through the force and by the fact that this time, there was an even larger concentration of it present, the cold was harsher, sharper and the direction in which the force was being pulled was more clear.

His free hand reaching towards his mask, the man chuckled when hearing her talk about having angered her, threatening him to flee or to be ended. Calmly, he simply removed his mask, revealing a swirling darkness underneath it, almost as if it were a shadow in liquid form, until it finally formed a face or at least the closest thing to it. Skin was torn, with the darkness visible underneath, deep red and orange eyes stared defiantly at the female sith, while silvery blond locks of hair adorned the man's head. He was visibly younger than he should've been, but anyone strong with the force could be able to peer into the depth of his depravity, his darkness if they only wished to do so.
"I would suggest ending this farçe now...Lady Phral, the more strength you expend, the stronger I become...you see, we do have a few things in common. We are both sith, we both have to drain others for sustenance and we both crave the endless power provided by knowledge...Just like before, you might think of me as but yet another sith wanting to control others, but I am no such sith...So rather than trying to continue this pointless charade...why not join me?

Stopping the force drain with his free hand, the man now turned his hand upside down, palm facing upwards and held it towards the female sith. "the nightsisters may have the artifacts to entice you, but I have the power to show you things you have never seen nor experienced..."
