- Extreme Stopping Power: Noah decided to use the 8.58x69mm cartridge in his rifle as the cartridge is known for its extreme of stopping power
- Extreme Range: Besides its extreme stopping power Noah chose the 8.58x69mm cartridge because of its aerodynamics that lend it to having a extreme range as well

Finding that one piece of his equipment his armory was in sore need of was a sniper rifle and so he began development on one that would suit his needs. Noah's time in the Galactic Republic Army had made him extremely knowledgeable when it came to what a sniper needed in a rifle, having been originally trained as a sniper and having spent many a hour behind the scope, and all this knowledge went into the construction of the rifle. While similar in appearance to the FHR-01 produced by his company Noah developed his own rifle independently of his company.
As with All his weapons he first began by choosing the materials he'd use. He choose his, and his company's, standard Titanium-Alusteel alloy for the action and bolt for its lightweight yet durable construction. He used Quadanium Steel in the barrel for its increased durability compared to the previous alloy and it was also for this reason that Noah reinforced the action and bolt with the metal as well. The barrel was lined with Chromium to reduce wear and tear from repeated firing, the stock was made out of Plastoid to keep weight down without sacrificing durability and lastly the rifle recoil pad was made of Rubber. Finally after construction he plated it in CeramiCoat to reduce wear and tear.
After finish the materials and basic construction of the rifle Noah began to add in the features of the rifle. The obligatory ambidextrous controls were added so Noah could easily use the rifle with either hand. A scope rail for mounting a wide variety of scopes, an accessory rail for mounting a wide variety of accessories and a bipod rail for mounting a bipod for stabilization. He included a spiral fluted straight pull bolt which makes the process of operating the bolt smoother. He installed a heavy barrel in the rifle to reduce upward recoil, threading it as well to allow for muzzle devices such as suppressors to be used. Noah finished of the features in the stock by adding a adjustable cheek rest to aid in aiming, a folding monopod to increase stability in the prone position, a recoil pad to reduce felt recoil and lastly he made the entire stock foldable to make transportation easier.
