Your cipher decoded sounds like a whole bunch of propaganda and secret society stuff to me. Sounds awesome! Well then, guess I'm among the worthy then. 
I thought it was a Caesar Cipher at first, but no matter which direction it came up wrong. I eventually figured out what kind of cipher it really was. I loved the key, by the way. It should have been obvious to me from the beginning, took me a hot minute, but I eventually managed to figure it out. I put in a couple of tries for the secret key, but I eventually put in the right one.
That was really fun! (I love cryptography and I'm a big buff at it. )
