Extremely large amounts of grain. A Net's energy comes from the sun, because of this they need no food. However, seeing the value of the Neti people being able to create up to 3 times the amount of grain a standard worker could (due to their size), many Neti will become farmers and send their product off planet and instead of reaping edible things, they reap credits instead. Needing to take no breaks for food, a Neti can work 30 hours a day taking the energy from the sun and storing it for the night. Due to this, Neti Farmer's are very rich.

Affiliation: Independent, defended by the Alliance Of Netalians, or AON, a largely powerful military force.
Major Locations:

The Grand Leader

A giant, several kilometers high, tree is a major hub for trade. The tree itself is alive and has been since the foundation of the planet. The trade happens beneath the giant tree in an open area labeled 'The People's Market' it is a free trade area.

Naval Hub

The Neti's have traded their vast hoards of farming produce to acquire massive frigates and a dreadnaught. The Naval Hub is largely inactive due to the Netalians not being part of any wars, however the AON is prepared for one. The Hangar itself in multiple kilometers in height and length. The Naval hub is currently owned by the largest faction, the Gekorians.

Culture: All Neti's are part of an unamed religion celebrating the creation of life. Their deity is the Grand Leader. Sports are uncommon but present in the planet. Children will sometimes kick smooth rocks to see who can kick theirs the farthest. The major military force is the AON, really a contract between states that should war even dawn upon the Netalians, they will drop all conflict and fight for the bigger cause. A few small skirmishes revolving around grain fields and credit settlements have erupted over the years, but the Neit people are largely peaceful.
Technology: The Netalians are a primitive people in terms of technology creation. They rely on traders to supply them with weaponry and ships. Due to the vast bulk of the native Neti, special ships and weaponry are needed due to their height

History:
The Neti people's history is as old as time itself. Netalian was one of the first planets discovered by explorers 5,000 BBY and thusly was one of the first to be set up as a space port. The Neti people have always been peaceful, setting up independent states run by wealthy farmers. These states mainly serve as boundaries for grain fields. The head of a state pays his workers in housing and protection in exchange for their work. Around 3,000 BBY the AON was signed to protect all Netalians. Modern day Netaleon is little different than Netaleon in 3,000 BBY. Wealthy farmers still dominate the states and the AON still stands.

During the Gulag virus, the AON became very active and stopped all trade for the times the virus was most active. Needing little to nothing to survive that they don't have on their planet, the Neti were largely unaffected by their own blockade. When the all clear was given that the Gulag virus was over, the blockade was disbanded. What few cases of the Gulag made it to the planet were stopped due to quick planning by the Neti and their naturally strong immune system.

Less than 10% of the Neti population was taken away during the Netherworld event, still a devastating blow however. The Neti's rebuilt from this 'attack' and became stronger than ever.

Notable PCs: @Oodar Zelko
Intent: A planet for all Neti's to be able to say they came from. I hope for the planet to become aligned with a major faction soon.

This should be more or less good to go. I just have a few minor comments before I'll stamp this.

I don't see the need for a reserved spot. Could you explain its purpose?

This should be brought down considerably. For comparison, the population of Coruscant is about 1 trillion.

We require all planet subs to mention in history how it was affected by the Netherworld Event and the Gulag Plague. Please provide this.

Thanks

Might make a timeline of major events that happen on the planet. I don't plan to add to this every week, maybe once in a few months.

Changed the planet size to 2 times larger than earth and added in the Gulag Plague and Netherworld events.

I'm not so much concerned with the size of the planet itself, as I am with its population. I still want to see this number drop considerably. I see you've taken it down, but it is still much larger than the vast majority of the planets in the galaxy. For reference, Earth's population is roughly 7 billion. I find it hard to imagine such a population on anything but an ecumenopolis. I also find such a high population hard to reconcile with the Neti species' low reproduction rate (see notes below).

Neti reproduction only occurred once every few centuries. Seeds often remained dormant for more than a thousand years before germinating.

As a result of the Neti's infrequent procreation and long lives, their population always remained small and quite close to their homeworld.
