The Empire always pays its debts.
I'll be looking to making a 'loyalty' system for these contracts in the future i.e taking more contracts = more cash, like a percentage increase to whatever you're being paid out on a contract. So look out for more contracts in the future, we'll always be looking to hire mercs and offer story opportunities for that angle!
Ima say it rn -- next contract you take on and complete, y'all will get a 5% hike on what's offered as reward.
P.S: Grendel -- I assume no one has witnessed your character deserting, but even if they did -- take the cash as an OOC reward for participating as a writer!
