Solstice of the Mando'ade is the celebration of the Mandalorian Enclave's anniversary, August 1st. In character, it is a celebration where Mandalorians honor those past, remembering their wars, their sagas, and their legacies. Solstice of the Mando'ade is an opportunity to explore the connections, ties, and history that bond Mandalorians together beyond their arms and armor.

This year's solstice is an unusually magnificent affair; the date of the solstice has lined up with the ancient Vormur Feast, a rare custom that accompanied the once-in-a-century event planetwide super bloom of Mandalore's Vormur flowers. The last time Vormur flowers were in super bloom was after the Second Mandalorian Excision half a century ago, ushered by the terraforming technology that had resurrected the broken world. Mandalore was razed once more, by the Sith, during their campaign of genocide by the people, with many presuming the Vormur flower was rendered extinct as a result. However, a small seed crop was preserved and planted in the garden of Kestri's Manda Square, in the capital city of Tor Valum.

Now once more, on Kestri, the Vormur flowers are in super bloom. Mandalorians across the Enclave and even beyond rejoice at such an auspicious sign, and make preparations to celebrate the solstice and Vormur Feast alongside each other in a massive celebration. In homage to the traditional Trials of Iron that accompany the Vormur Feast, Akaan'alor Kranak Vizsla and Dral'alor Romul Saxon have declared a Tournament of Iron: a massive event preceding the feasts in which Mandalorian warriors can test their steel against each other and prove their strength.

Generations will tell the tale of these glorious celebrations, as the Mando'ade feast to honor the past and drink towards the wars of the future.
