STRENGTHS
  • Singular: Every cannon is one complete unit, housing all components with optimized design for usage in turrets
  • Power: Each model gets stronger with the heavy cannon being able to inflict severe damage to targets.
  • Optimized: The cannons are specifically made to be compatible with almost any targeting system and mechanisms.
  • Ammunition: The cannons are able to fire any type of projectile made of metal, with the heavy model capable of even firing boarding pods.

WEAKNESSES
  • Huge: Due to the nature and operation of the guns, they are very large and use up a lot of space.
  • Power: Each gun uses up ludicrous amounts of power to operate, increasing with each unit linked up to another in a turret configuration.
  • Recoil: Aside from the medium model, each cannon suffers from heavy recoil. Serious damage can occur if this is not properly taken into account.
  • Ammunition: A reliable feeding system needs to be set up for the weapon’s physical ammunition requirements.

DESCRIPTION
After numerous reports and straining shipping lanes, the need for a locally produced type of mass driver weapon was soon explored and concepts for a new series of weapons was drawn up. The result of this new project is the Model 100-series of Railguns.

Relying on electromagnetic acceleration, the railguns can hurl any kind of metallic objects accurately at ludicrous speeds over large distances. The lightest model is tailored more towards small vessels, such as freighters and corvettes. The larger models are made to be used in anything larger, all the way from frigates to the biggest of dreadnaughts.
