APPEARANCE:
Squibs are a cross between rodents and canines. This one leans more to the rodent side. Usually dressed as a space pirate might be, lots of colors, exotic fabrics and textiles from his travels or plundering. Big rodent-like ears, his teeth are very canine and chest broad and thick, for a ratman. Claws extend from his hand as you might expect on a wolf, and his bite is fierce. This one's bark is not worse than its bite!
BIOGRAPHY:
The Rat pack are a fearsome known group of Zann Consortium pirates. Underestimated because of their size, it allows them to arrive, assess a location then bomb it from orbit happily. This is a routine, nobody takes them seriously and rather than hate it, they LOVE IT. Amassing easy plunder when freighter captains mock their arrival, walking right into banks, giving them the once over then walking out without being even questioned as an example.
How he was born doesn't matter. There are thousands of Squibs living on the largest Triad run station, most of them in squalor and in packs. Arising from out of this filth and Triad decadence a few Squibs rise to the top of the Zann Consortium, chosen for their ability to steal or act as thieves that work below the notice of others. The Consortium wants to gain a monopoly on space piracy, a hearty goal. At a young age Squeeb was noticed because he was twice the hoarder of his fellow pack, amassing the largest pile of garbage you ever did see on the lower levels of his home station. Though Squeeb is not a Pirate Lord yet he will tell you he is, because haggling is the Squib way of life and haggling for titles and power are no different. He has little to offer in the way of physical strength, technical knowledge, or grand ability, but he has cunning, stealth and sleight of hand.
Ambitious to a fault. Some in the Consortium think him too big for his boots; to be or not to be, Rat is the question; but the opera ain't over till the Rat lady sings, or indeed that he has too many bad puns for one simple analogy. This is the mark of a great man, and an even greater rat!
Plotting from the shadows, one-day Squeeb will own it all....
