Looking to expand IC friend base

Alwine is growing and developing as a character. However, all the people that are above acquaintance level for her are wrapped into the same two families in the CIS (+ one more), and I would like to expand her beyond that.

So right now, I'm looking to strike what will probably be IC friendships, preferably with characters that have a strong cultural background.

It so happens that this Character don't have to many friends either. Don't know how cultural one could call his background. An earlier noble from Balmorra, who had to flee from it in his teens, then became a smuggler.

Don't have any plans, but if you need a smuggler or some extra gunpower, just hit me up.

Amilthi is about to get involved with the CIS in... some capacity. Could be an interesting and challenging relationship, though she doesn't exactly meet "strong cultural background".
