- Accessibility: While the base can be easy to see, considering it was constructed in the massive pit leftover from the destruction of the Sundari Palace, it is extremely well guarded and access is restricted. Only personnel with the expression permission from the Triumvir of Power can access the base, anyone else attempting to enter the base would be shot on sight.
- Description: At a glance, the base is constructed in and around the immense pit that was the palace of Sundari, dominated by the central cocoon that is steadily growing. A complex series of barracks and research laboratories that monitor and contribute to the development of the specimen and guard it until it is ready to emerge.
The Cocoon - The central focus of the base, the creature being grown within the massive cocoon is the largest specimen created to date by the Triumvir of Power and the Sith alchemists of the Sith Empire. Towering over the base that surrounds it, when the creature is finally done growing and is unleashed from the base, it will truly be a city-sized monster capable of untold levels of destruction.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Soon after the fall of Mandalore to the Sith Empire, the Lady of Secrets and Triumvir of Power Taeli Raaf had an idea for a project. Sharing the details of this project only with the Emperor himself, and no others, she established Lernaean Base within the massive pit leftover from the destruction of the Sundari Palace during the invasion. A special legion of Sith soldiers was dispatched to guard the site, and only select members of Spaarti Creations and the Empire's alchemists were allowed to join the project.
It remains to be seen what is being grown within the cocoon that has come to dominate the base, but many acknowledge it cannot be anything good considering the current stance of the Empire towards the Mandalorian population. What is known, and rumors have been allowed to propagate, is that the researchers at the base have been excavating fossils found in the ruined mines and capturing creatures native to the world. Rawl sightings have been curiously low within the region...
