I'm probably going to regret this for Victor, but they say experience is the best teacher.
I'd like to put Victor on Objective 1! It'll probably be a short fight, but it'd be nice to give Victor some incentive to uh... be more combat capable. Going to say he is apart of the teams of reconnaissance/spies that are already there.
