- Initially coming to Lur to find home, the two found the got on well and with much flirting and sparring have found a friendship.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Cool and Analytical - Isla has a cool mind and is able to analyse a situation and make considered decisions even under pressure
Polymath - While performing well above expectations during academy training she additonally managed complete doctorate level training in computing and also spent time learning with Jedi to increase her understanding of the force.
Combat training - skilled in military close quarters combat and two martial arts.
GATTACA child - with expensive tailor written DNA she is resistant to diseases, had an excellent physical and mental state
Vengeance - sometimes allows her emotions get the better of her and finds it hard to allow crimes to go unanswered.
Vanity - she values appearance, sometimes to the point of spending too much time on it.
Concerned with her legacy - she has been thinking more and more lately of her legacy, as the child of traditionalist parents, she is expected to have children, she also wants this and it is on her mind a lot.
Cats Paw - Isla is addicted to these sweet treats and has a regular subscription for delivery. A culinary weakness that could be exploited to win her favour.
Very compassionate - Isla cares a lot about the troops under her and the people of the galaxy, whilst she tries to remain calm an analytical, she sometimes loses her temper over it.
APPEARANCE:
Isla is an attractive Caucasian human with straight blonde hair and blue eyes. The pays a lot of attention to the way she dresses as she considers her very appearance a tactically important factor. She is usually wearing glasses, not for poor eyesight but she favours a light touch HUD display system that keeps her face uncovered.
Dresses very well but wears an armoured skinsuit under her outfits during combat.
BIOGRAPHY:
Isla was created 33 years ago in a private lab that allowed wealthy parents to have genetically superior babies. Her genome was edited to improve her disease resistance, intelligence, problem solving and physical attributes. Her parents were very pleased with their purchase and nurtured her gifts as she grew.
At 15, she had her first encounter with the Sith. Two sith, coveting the secrets of the gene lab she was grown in, broke in and stole a lot of the research. This included 3 developing babies. Isla felt this keenly as she had come to see other gene-spliced children as distant siblings.
She decided to enlist in the naval academy and rapidly achieved most of the objectives set to her, she also took several other courses on the side, adding advanced computing to her qualifications. During this time she befriended a Jedi padawan who helped her deal with her strong emotions regards the Sith, and also introduced her to other Jedi who helped with her own development. This was when her second encounter with the Sith occurred, her Jedi friend, dispatched to a negotiation on a sith held world, was temporarily held hostage and killed.
After graduating the academy, Isla spent a brief time as a ship first officer, then captain, before being picked our and promoted as Admiral, they told her she was the best candidate for the role, but it was no secret that their options were severly limited.
So that is where she is now Admiral of an inexperienced fleet, working for a war mongering government about to head to war against all manner of evils. #livingherbestlife
Isla is beginning to pick up combat experience and has worked her way up through the ranks, now holding the highest military rank in the Ashlan Crusade and having the ear of their leader Cedric Grayson.
She has just had her greatest military action, the battle of Korriban commanding the full fleet on the Ashlan crusade, more than a million sailors flying under her flag, waging war against the maw, one of the most brutal and unforgiving enemies she has known.
