STRENGTHS
  • Remotely operated via Droid Brain: Receives commands from nearby control points and intelligently executes commands.
  • Interlocking Module System: can link together with other modules magnetically to form community rows and columns. This allows for energy to be channeled through all connected units, as well as waste disposal to flow to correct waste disposal modules and for water to flow to all units from water modules.
  • Secure Biometrics for occupants. Each module is activated by correctly scanning occupants and entering their biometrics into droid brain. If droid detects unauthorized access to module or potential conflict occurring within, it sounds an alarm and notifies security forces and command regarding the disturbance. If threat is deemed critical, it will lock down the module and can only be unlocked via security personnel with appropriate access.
  • Reusable: Once they are no longer needed in a region, simply recall them and they will automatically disconnect from each other and fly back to wherever they originated from.
  • Cargo Storage: Each module contains an extensive supply of food, critical vitamins and minerals, as well as some entertainment options for occupants that can last up to three months and can be resupplied as needed.
  • Cleaning Droid: Each module features a cleaning and cooking droid available to the occupants.
WEAKNESSES
  • No Weapons: This unit is simply a habitation module, and therefore needs other modules and forces to help protect it from attack by enemies.
  • Unmanned Error: While there are benefits to having completely unmanned modules, there is also the danger that the droid brain cannot make human decisions, and troubleshooting is not the best. While they are programmed to error on the side of caution, this can cause slower than optimal responses.
DESCRIPTION
Kobitana Industries began to develop unique technologies and ships that could be utilized to create emergency humanitarian communities within minutes. These ships were modules that could link together for a variety of purposes and solutions. The K-HM was developed to meet multiple needs for these communities. The first need was a place to live. Each module has interior design modularity which allows for a variety of living accommodations and setups, from single families to multi-families to adult-only accommodations. Each module connects to those around it, allowing for entire rows or even columns to be formed. This allows for limited space to be effectively utilized, no matter what the terrain limitations might be. Some modules are dedicated for other roles, such as Disposal and Water Modules. As each module connects together, the waste can flow to the correct disposal module and the water can flow to the other modules from the water module. It creates a very efficient and automated experience.

The Modules are pre-programmed with a variety of designs which can be utilized to build different community sizes and structures in a variety of terrain conditions. They are also self-operated by built-in droid brains which offer a certain level of intelligent problem solving in the moment, allowing for minimal sentient oversight. This means that if the modules discover an obstacle that interferes with the programming, they can intelligently create solutions that allow for them to setup around the obstacle in a way that makes sense. The modules can be activated by their command source and will immediately take off and fly to the correct system. Once they arrive, they automatically descend to the surface and begin to set themselves up, interlocking with each-other and creating the community accommodations. The entire process is completely automated and does not need any human oversight.

The droid brain is programed to error on the side of caution when it comes to sentients, meaning that if it encounters sentients in its path, it will first release a loud audio warning and a request for the sentients to move as quickly as possible. If the sentients fail to move after a few minutes, the modules will attempt to alter their programing so as to set up the community in a way that will not interfere with the sentients. If this fails, the modules will send out a distress signal to command and inform them that they have an unresolvable situation and they need sentient assistance immediately to resolve the conflict. Once the modules are no longer needed, they can be recalled back to command. They automatically separate from the other modules and take off from the surface once there are no sentients in its vicinity, flying back to a programmed location for storage and maintenance.

Again a very nice and useful piece of technology.
  • The Image source is not good, please link the page where you found the art, not the picture itself.
  • And my question again in the same, this is spaceship or a vehicle? Please explain it.

Thank you! So because these are spaceships, I moved it into the Starship creation forum. Please modify the template with the proper spaceship template. You can keep the relevant vehicle template parts too, but please add the ship/spacestation template to it too.

Update on this? I have to move the thread to the Archive soon according to the Factory policy. I can give you a few more days if you need them, until Sunday (2022.02.13), to make the necessary edits or indicate that you are asking for a few extra days for this.

Thank you! Nearly perfect. Please modify like this, you know, ship is the first, the rest is special feature:
And you forget to add the "Standard feature" point, please add it to your list.
