DESCRIPTION & RATIONALE
The Kobitana Foundation is a humanitarian-oriented non-profit that was founded by Marovik Kobitana, a millionaire and successful businessman from Coruscant. As He worked with his daughter, Tiresh Kobitana (Kalie Alverez) to raise billions in aid and relief for the displaced and the marginalized, they began to see a growing need for development in the manufacturing realm of humanitarian aid. There was also a growing desire to develop more militarized elements in an effort to better defend helpless planets and systems from the forces of darkness. Because of this, Marovik and Tiresh created Kobitana Industries to be the manufacturing arm of their growing humanitarian and business empire. Kobitana Industries is run and operated jointly by CO-CEO's Marovik and Tiresh, and it is loyal strictly to their own interests, however it is open to honoring contracts for the Galactic Alliance as well as other light-aligned allies.

The company is based in coruscant, which includes gigantic factories, research facilities, and private hangars primarily. It also has some offices, meeting halls, and private estates on the planet of Lujo, where much of the business between various customers and partners is facilitated. Most of the designs and manufacturing is exclusive and high-end, favoring quality over quantity. The only way to obtain a contract with the Kobitana Foundation is through either Marovik or Tiresh, who are very selective with who they accept contracts from. Their partners and customers must share their own values and ideals at some significant level in order to even be considered.
