• Species: Skraal

 • Appearance: If you ever wondered what an elderly skraal looked like, then King Krazs is likely what you imagined: His once brown fur is almost entirely white and falling out in some places, while growing wild in others. His eyes are clouded, and his back a little extra bent. His joints are swollen and creak like old doors when he moves. His voice is a hoarse rasp, and every word makes him spit and drivel a little more than a skraal tends to do. On top of his head, his followers have bolted a pair of curled horns. This operation is something many leaders never survive, and yet, Krasz was lucky. His body is decked in gold, iron, copper, and silver ornament, as well as glass beads and scraps of fine cloth that has been pilfered on the many raids. He ostentatiously shows off his personal wealth and the items through which he has made his claim to fame; a blaster and the lightsabre lay in his lap, and many, many shiny objects are strewn at his feet. [*]
Personality: There is nothing nice about King Krazh the Hordefather. He is a filthy, cruel, selfish and cowardly skraal warlord whose reign is running on overtime. Any great deed done by anyone close to him, he will claim for himself. Any bad thing will be blamed on a nearby bystander. He bows to the strengths of others while badmouthing them behind his back, and he only fights when he thinks he has the upper hand. As a ruler, King Krazs has used his simple cunning to make himself indispensable and crush any other potential ruler with his personal technological superiority (his blaster or lightsabre). His combination of luck, cunning and cowardice might just be the recipe to his success.

COMBAT FUNCTION

 • Weapon of Choice: Voice, blasters, running away.
 • Combat Function: King Krazs is too old to fight his own battles now, but he rules the field as a strategist and a motivating figure for his children as they vye for his favour in becoming the next Hordefather. His command is law and his law inspires courage in the most cowardly of skraal. Under threat of violence to his person or when the tide turns, King Krazs is prone to running away to fight another day.

Strengths:
- Horde Father: Having had many, many children and even more grandchildren, and displaying a lifetime of weird fortune, King Krazs is able to inspire his spawn to feats of courage otherwise inconceivable to skraal.
- Brilliant!: One of Krazs greatest achievements as a young Skraal was working out roughly how to use a computer. This has branded him a genius among his kind. He really does have a knack for figuring out how to use alien machinery. You should have seen him when he figured out how to work a blaster.
- Crunning Plans: Unlike many skraal, King Krazs can be attributed with a simple, but cruel cunning in battle and in ruling. While some would all cowardice, he sees opportunity for himself and his many children.

Weaknesses:
- Old Bones: The king has already lived longer than what is expected, and age has taken a toll on his body, making his bones brittle and dry and his eyes dim. He is not a fighter any more, yet, he does not seem to be dying any time soon.
- Power!: Like most of his kind, King Krazs is easily swayed by shows of strength and cruelty. Once strength is displayed, threats of violence against his person is likely to make him retreat.
- Cheese: When King Krazs was a young skraal, he had his bouts with cheese-addiction. To this day, he has a weakness and occasional relapses as his children try to curry favour from him or distract him with illicit cheeses (See Skraal species weakness: Cheese).

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

King Krazs the Hordefather, like many of his people, was born deep in the underground of Coruscant, where they kanive and plunder for personal gain. No one knew then that little Krazs would have five great claims to fame in his lifetime:

1: taking part in one of the marauding sessions of the plundering band of Brusk the Brawny, young Krazs was hit in the head with something hard and vaguely L shaped. He picked it up, it had a a moving part, so he moved it. The blaster went off and killed one of the other skraal. Brusk the Brawny decided he should have the shooty thing, not Krazs, so Krazs shot him. This made everyone think that Krazs should lead the band. He was a moderately successful marauder, it also lead to his first encounter with cheese-addiction.

2: During the One Sith’s occupaton of Coruscant, Jedi infiltrators were trying to find a way into the Sith Temple in order to surprise the Sith. One of these Jedi stumbled upon Krazs' cheese-stash and was promptly shot in the back, then beaten to a pulp by a cheese-high Krazs seeking to protect his goods. He then claimed the Jedi’s shiny weapon and brown cloak for his own. This was when they started calling him King Krazs. Surely, a skraal with such luck was bound to greatness.

3: During the Galactic Alliance’s invasion of Coruscant, Krazs had decided to launch a raid upon the surface on that very day. It was not something the skraal had attempted in millenia, and everyone thought Krazs was the very first to do it. As part of their raid, they swarmed a battleship, thinking it was a fortress. During the battle on the bridge, Krazs accidentally engaged the hyperdrive and shot the ship all the way into the Tingel Arm where they simply floated for a while. The Skraal Horde thought King Krazs had done it all on purpose and was leading them to a new dimension. Knowing his life depended on it, King Krazs figured out the ship computer just enough to get it to crash land on the planet Oricon.

4: While many died in the crash, it was unanimously decided that King Krazs had brought the Skraal to a new world that would belong to the skraal. It was also decided that he should be their leader because his luck was infinite. Horns were ceremonially bolted to his cranium to proclaim his pseudo-divine status as King Krazs the Hordefather. It was after this his breeding truly began. Just when it seemed like Krazs' luck was about to turn into stagnation and fall, The Sith Empire arrived on Oricon and displayed an ability to disintegrate seemingly anything and anyone that opposed them. The Skraal Horde and King Krasz unanimously bowed to their new overlords. This brought new faith to the luck of Krasz as he was in fact not disintegrated.

To this day, everyone is waiting for King Krazs the Hordefather to run out of luck. Some believe he never will and that he will also never die.
