It was just another busy day in the northern hemisphere of Kessel, Silver Jedi workers slaving away in the spice mines to provide for their families with gangs extorting them out of their finds. Dock workers patrolling one of the planet's main spaceports and logging the various cargo containers that came and went. That was until one of the workers, doing his usual rounds, came upon a neatly stacked grouping of about a dozen unmarked containers.

"Hey, boss!" He called back, watching as his manager jogged over.

"These containers aren't on the manifest, they just came in on the ship of some hutt." The man complained, showing the boss his datapad.

"Well crack one open, let's see what's inside and if it's worth snatching." The boss ordered, gesturing. The worker stepped forward and unlatched the doors, before pulling them both open at once. Daylight spilled into the newly-opened container, revealing a silent platoon of Imperial stormtroopers.

"What the-" He started, but didn't finish his sentence before a blue ring of ionized energy stunned him and his boss unconscious.

"Go go go!"

The stormtroopers filed out of the container, the others surrounding them blasting open and having their own platoons deploy into the cargo yard. Security guards that attempted to quell the threat were quickly dispatched with a few blaster bolts to the chest, while the civilians were allowed to run or were stunned if they tried to fight back.

"Capture the spaceport and secure the spice shipments! Inform Lord Morcus and the privateers that Operation: Spice Flow has begun!"

They had been waiting for a short while in complete silence. Kessel would be a motherload haul if they could do this correctly.
Two men began to converse outside, then a clank at the opening of the container. Max tensed, raising his blaster along with the others crammed in there.
A brief dazzle of light hit his sensors as they re-adjusted to the light now pouring in. Blaster-fire and shouting was the sign that it had begun.

"Pack out, men. Let's strip this place clean, and do it well."

Keeping his blaster on lethal for the time being, Max fired upon any armed resistance that would stop the surprise fighting force.

"Assigned teams can start moving to the control centers and stockpiles. We need to keep an eye open whilst we wait for the rest."

Max knew he needed to prevent himself from letting his guard down. This was still a valuable area to the Silver Jedi.

“What the-” Was all the poor dock worker could manage before the stormtroopers cut him off with a flurry of blaster fire.

“Go, go, go!” And with that the stormtroopers began charging into the breach.

Causstik inhaled deeply from his ciggara then hefted his B.F.G. He usually prefered a verpine pistol, but this job required something a little more… Explosive. Causstik ran out of the cargo container lugging the giant minigun around with both arms. The sun was beating down on Kessel in full bloom. People were screaming in panic and utter fear, Trampling those that weren’t quick enough to get away, and already the wails of the dying could be heard in the midst of all the chaos.

It was music to the lizards ears.

“Oh what a day... What a glorious day!” Causstik roared and brought the minigun to bare as a pair of first responder units appeared on speeders.

The pack on Causstik’s back began to whir as the Trandoshan’s jury rigged minigun spun up. The grinding of the gears and the turbines that fed the belt made a horrific noise as the barrels of the minigun spun into full gear and fired. It only took a split second.

The B.F.G. fired literal grenades.

The results were… Messy. The two speeders erupted in a raging inferno. Shrapnel pinged off the Trandoshans phrik plated, beskar chain armor. A man completely engulfed in flame threw himself out of the fiery speeder and screamed in agony. He rolled on the ground in a futile attempt to stifle the burning sensation, but the pain did not stop.

The smell of burning flesh made Causstik salivate.

“Grahahahaha…” The Trandoshan’s guttural laughter came out like a long slow growl.

Kessel. It was a quiet and quaint planet. Miners mostly lived on the planet, making an honest wage from hard working hours. Yuroic had been on the planet for a few days, he was attempting to gain some experience as a Jedi Watchman, interacting with the locals and understanding some of the issues that they were suffering. Typical minor gang interference, however, little could be done all by himself. Stop on issue and a dozen more turn up. Yuroic had sought out his Padawan, [member="Asani Windsong"] to allow her to see the more peaceful interaction that Jedi had with people.

Yuroic was chastising a dock worker for allowing illegal spices to be smuggled onto the planet. I am sorry that you think we are not paying you enough for your work, but bringing in illegal goods is not the way to do this. It will cause great problems down the road. Yuroic was using his diplomatic voice, but after ten minutes of arguing with this dock worker, his patience was waning. No, no. We cannot increase your pay. With the Galactic Empire and the Sith Empire attacking our borders, we are very unfortunate in having to tax everyone under our protection to afford necessary weapons, ships and armour. I hope you understand.

Yuroic shifted his helmet of his new armour, it was still taking time to get use to the armour and slight claustrophobic helmet design, he had been without armour for many years so it felt odd. His torn cloak was all he had from his robes still on with the hood over the helmet. However, when he started hearing shouts and stun shots going on, he was grateful for his armour. Then the explosions of grenades being shot out. Looking to his Padawan, he knelt down and ordered. Asani, you take the workers and civilians to shelter, then try and contact anyone from SJO in the system for help. We don't know if this is the beginning of an invasion or bigger attack. Telling them Kessel is under attack by what appears to be stormtroopers. Origin as yet unknown.

Leaving his Padawan to take people to safety, Yuroic leaped into action. Using the Force, he attempted to pull the grenade launcher out of the hands of the lizard, while igniting his interlocked lightsabers. Stop this attack now, this is SJO territory and I will use deadly force if you continue! Yuroic shouted, knowing it was likely futile but he was figuring that they might not be prepared to face a Jedi Knight.

Kessel was a place of money power and spice, it was unfortunate that the SJ had to resort to underpaying its staff to continue the war effort, but in her him Imperial control of the Militaristic Jedi government was better then the Sith Empire. She too came along with the storm trooper, though slightly put off by the presence of [member="Causstik Rahn"], it was people like him that cause chaos and destruction, that main cause she fought against, but they had a job to do, hopefully the mercenary would not cross paths with her during the operation.

She was about to leave quietly along with [member="Max Fel"] and leave the mini-gun wielding lunatic to his work and hopefully eventual death, but that was stopped when a Jedi appeared on the scene. If he got to close the entire operation could be blown, "This better be worth my time", with an annoying grunt she un-clipped her saber and raced to the confrontation between the two.

The blade activating, its red hue illuminating her black and purple robes, "I couldn't care less about your life Trandoshan, but the other teams need to stay hidden, go do what ever you want, but leave the Jedi for me". The inquisitor entered a form 2 stance, and awaited the Jedi, all she had to do was hold them off while the other completed their objectives.

Kaiza Pawaro

Do, or do not. There is no try.
Gear:

Kaiza Pawaro’s starfighter touched the spaceport’s landing pad before the first barks of blaster rifles. Sent to investigate troublesome reports concerning Sith activity on Kessel, she had expected slavers and thugs hired by Sith to be protecting the illegal Sith operation rumoured to be within a mine re-opened by slaves. Devoted to liberating those enslaved by Sith and their Imperial allies, yet aware of the incredible danger awaiting all who dared to face such powerful adversaries, Kaiza sported her battle armour, worn beneath a long, billowing robe. This level of preparation proved quite crucial, as she soon realized. Red bolts struck several sentients and rained death upon more before the Mirialan even disembarked her ride. So much for investigating; the young pacifist knew she had to act. Her heart raced, hands trembled slightly, yet nothing in the galaxy had enough power to stop her from unclipping the silver cylinder, seizing its familiar shape tight.

Sure enough, Sith and their Imp allies worked on eliminating all evidence concerning their foul deeds. The Mirialan’s heart sunk upon seeing the massacre, anyone brave enough to stand against the stormtrooper commando cut down. Like a beacon of hope, her azure lightsaber sprang to life with a snap-hiss, announcing the Jedi’s presence to all. Similarly to projectiles, she shot forward in a Force-enchanced leap that put her between the attackers and their fleeing prey. A foolish decision, perhaps, but ultimately the only one worth taking – when innocent lives were at stake, Kaiza could not afford to hesitate and try to sort the situation diplomatically. Putting her own life on the line represented the aspect of sacrifice all Jedi had to be ready to make.

Fully immersed into the Force and letting it guide her hands, becoming the eye of the storm as Soresu’s core tenet dictated, Kaiza’s blade clashed against both blaster bolts and stun charges. Never meant to keep it up, she lasted only as long as necessary, buying the fleeing civilians and workers enough time to escape the madness before she, too, tossed herself out of the harm’s way, finding cover behind one of the containers. There, the armoured Jedi shed her cloak, rushing alongside the container and slipping behind another, knowing all too well the Imps would try to flank her just as she desired to flank them.

The Bareesh Kajidic had managed to smuggle in the Imperial soldiers, for a price. But it wasn't just about the money. It was about the spice. The glitterstim on Kessel hadn't been operating in years due to the Silver Jedi's crackdown on crime. The time for that was at an end.

Narbo the Aqualish strode out of the freighter - the same one the stormtroopers had been smuggled in on - and kicked over one of the barrels. He yanked off the lid with some effort and out hovered a dented, old TA6 droid.

Humming to himself, the gangster, pulled out the obscenely large pistol from his waistband and followed after the rest of the Imperials. The large fire support droid hovered just behind his shoulder.

The spice must flow.

Following the stormtroopers and Causstik out of the crate, the cat almost looked like one of them. Standing at 6' even her height allowed for this, one bit difference was she wasn't wearing the leg armor they did. Taking off the helmet as soon as she could, Ailuros kept the armor on her chest.

Moving deftly out and into the battle, she separated herself from the main confrontation. The others had come here for something called spice and while she appreciated the sentiment, she wasn't interested in that particular vice. Hers were more natural and she wanted the chance to explore the options here.

The familiar sound of a lightsaber, she heard it deactivate just on the other side of the container. While she did not see who wielded it, the trianni took a leap no human could and jumped on top of the container. Falling to her stomach so she wasn't a target, she crawled on it over to the edge to look down at the Jedi that was taking her cloak off.

Her presence unnoticed, she hoped, Ailuros gathered up a push with her legs and jumped off the side to face Kaiza. This would be a test to see if the training she had would be a challenge for the Jedi. Not being able to use the Force put her at disadvantage, but her hand to hand training might work out for her.

Giving her a smile, a friendly one even, the cat extended her claws on her left pa, "would you care to test me Jedi?"

A small nod and her right paw extended to offer a shake, "I am Ailuros. Figuring if we might spar here we should know each other's names."

Causstik watched as the burning speeders crashed into the ground with a terrible screech. Civilians attempted to run from the wreckage, but a great many were crushed beneath the debris. This only further delighted the Trandoshan as he watched the poor sods become blood smears on the pavement. He smiled with glee as a Jedi finally appeared to halt the carnage, but alas the poor man would be caught blissfully unawares by Causstik and his toys. Their was a slight tug at Causstik’s grenade launching minigun, but little else.

“Grahahaha….” Causstik’s laughter came out low and menacingly. “Stupid Jedi..” He hefted the gun up and the barrels began to spin. “Voidstone’s sure is a queen ain’t it?” He said to the man though he doubted the jedi would hear him over the roar of the gun as it began to fire.

Then a Sith approached. She said something to Causstik that sounded like an insult. Causstik had fought Sith lords before and won. What made her think she would be able to do anything to stop or boss him around. In fact it infuriated him further and the sweet voices that whispered blissful nothings in his head began to speak again.

“Here they come… Worming their way into the grey matter of my brain…”

What a pretty little Sith spit. She is quiet annoying though. Kill her too. We can blame the Jedi…

“Yeah… I like that idea…” Causstik whispered to himself and while he held down the trigger to his B.F.G. he spun wildly so that the explosives detonated everywhere.

Several buildings had holes blown in them the size of small cars. A small convenience store completely collapsed as the Trandoshan continued to fire whilst shifting his aim. Masses of civilians attempting to flee the massacre erupted in gouts of gore, giblets, and shrapnel. Then Causstik finally managed to get the gun to bare on his new target. Iturizu, but the gun clicked empty as Causstik finally managed to get her in his sights.

“GRAGH!” Causstik shouted in a fit of rage and threw the weapon to the ground.

He clicked a button on his gauntlets and they sprouted Phrik claws.

Causstik regarded the Sith “Get in my way again Sith and luck won’t be enough to save you!”

He turned away from the girl and began to run towards where he last saw the Jedi.

The operation had begun. At the edge of the system, Morcus had arrived aboard the Imperial Flagship with the rest of Death Squadron and a vast privateer armada in tow in preparation for a most daring raid. They had arrived to launch a campaign of piracy and destruction within Silver Jedi space, starting with a daring heist of the Spice Mines of Kessel and the surrounding facilities. Many imperial loyal privateers and formerly independent cartels and pirate groups had eagerly signed up to partake in this new opportunity. They would be able to loot and plunder as they see fit with full Imperial backing, provided they give the Empire it's fair share of the profits for such aid.

Morcus stood proudly aboard the bridge of the Pellaeon, gazing out at the massive Imperial and criminal presence gathered before him through the bridge's frontal viewport. A lone imperial officer approached him, bowing his head politely before he spoke. "My lord, all Imperial vessels are present and accounted for, and we're detecting the arrival of many more pirate vessels. Many have come to take up your offer, it seems.", the officer said confidently. Morcus nodded his head in agreement before replying. "Excellent, excellent. Move the fleet in orbit of Kessel so we might provide protection and reinforcement to our forces already on the surface."

Asani was pretty excited to be traveling with Yuroic and learning from him ‘in the field’ as it were. As Yuroic tried to deal with the problems of crime and gangs she observed how he interacted with the people, and was happy to help in any way he asked her. She never could have guessed however that things were about to get a lot more exciting. Hearing the shots fired and explosions, Asani promptly looked toward Yuroic for direction, and nodded as he gave her an order.

She turned to the workers and other civilians and tried to speak loud enough that they could all hear her. “Please everyone, follow me to safety.” She then began heading toward a building complex in the distance, which she guessed was where the miners who stayed here lived. Looking back to make sure they were following, she noted that a few seemed a bit reluctant, but as the sounds of battle grew louder, they finally obeyed her request and all together began to hurry toward the nearest shelter.

Once there, she began looking for a communications station where she could send a message out for help. Asking a few of the workers proved to help as they pointed her in the right direction. Moments later she was ready to send a message. Pressing the transmit button, she gave her message. “This is Asani, Padawan to Knight Yuroic of the SJO. Kessel is under attack by what seems to be stormtroopers of unknown origin. Please send aid as soon as possible.” Now all she could do is hope that someone would get the message, and that Yuroic was faring well in the battle. She considered returning to him, but knew it was dangerous and if he had wanted her to, he probably would have said so, so she stayed put and began talking to the civilians to try and keep them calm, which wasn’t easy considering she was afraid herself, giving her fur an orange color.

Explosions rung out all around the area. This caused Yuroic to duck behind some containers, the smoke and dust from the grenades was making it harder to see. Thankfully his VI started to kick in, highlighting targets in the smoke. Surrender was definitely not on the Trandoshan's mind. What was worse was how well equipped this alien was. Voidstone weapons and likely had voidstone armour. This would be a test of his lightsaber skills. Thankfully he had plenty of that. Leaping out of cover once the explosions calmed, Yuroic looked at both the Sith and the Bounty Hunter. You could just surrender now?

A Sith using Makashi, interesting but not completely new. It wasn't going to be difficult to counter the Sith. He could sense her arrogance, however there was a mix of fear, something else was going on during this raid. He was thankful that Asani kept back and listened to his commands, meant that there was a chance she could find out any hidden agendas. Yuroic reignited his sabers and twirled them around in a flashy but meaningless manner. He didn't want to show off but he was ensuring that they knew he was skilled in combat.

Taking his stance in Niman, Yuroic coldly gazed down at his opponents. Even with his double saber, he decided to wait on them to attack him. The Trandoshan was racing towards him, however, he could have easily handled the alien without the Sith there. Two on one provided a much more cautious Yuroic. Taking a slow deep breath, Yuroic waited for the fight to begin.

She could feel sinister thoughts from the viodstone weapon wielding Trandosian as he fired wildly at the Jedi, she shuddered to think of what power and destruction they would be able to bring if force sensitive. When the mercenary started whispering to himself this unsettled Yuvie, he was insane, why on earth would the Empire hire someone so down right insane.

She was shoved to the side by mentally strange creature as the the Jedi came out of cover, from the look on there face it seemed as though he was unimpressed with her and more concentrated on the Trandosian. Yuvie hesitated, her loyalty was to the Empire, but that... thing was a rage filled and crazy person, and she had a sick feeling they didn't intended to let anyone within a mile radius life, friend or foe.

[member="Causstik Rahn"] lanched forward in a fit of rage as the Jedi twirled their light-saber around and prepared for combat, Yuvie looked around making sure no one else was around before slowly approaching the two as they dueled. She gripped her saber firmly, shooting daggers with her eyes at the Trandosian, "Some one like you does not deserve to live". It may have been seen as treason, but letting a monster like that loses went against her personal beliefs.

The Verpine had already warped into system by the time the distress call was sent. The SJO sensor net had picked up the opposing fleet even before they entered SJO territory. On patrol with his Lucerhulk, the SSV Ungul, he'd quickly altered course. Popping into the system he immediately began to have his ship maneuver to block off Kessel. Any ships that wanted to close in on the asteroid would have to come through him. There was something nagging at him though, why would anyone attack Kessel. It had stopped pretty much all spice production once the SJO had taken over. Otherwise there was nothing of any value here, possibly it could be in a good strategic position however but that didn't matter to much at the moment. Right now he had to get his fighters launched and set up to defend.

"Any targets that enter range will be engaged immediately, prioritize their large vessels with our long range cannons. I want the space around us to be turned into a wall of fire once they get close enough. Fighters shall deploy in a pattern outside of the range of the worse of out fire. Also contact the ground to see if they need support." As he said this he began getting up the local space on his tactical map. Touching the hologram to the points where he wanted his Wasps and B-wings to deploy. He was fairly sure he could fend off just about anything the enemy fleet could bring.

Already the fires of battle had begun to fill the surroundings. A few of the buildings that had suffered damage from the Trandoshan’s previous onslaught had caught aflame while others quaked dangerously. The screams of the dying mingled with the voices within the Trandoshan’s head until they became one. Black smoke filled the air and the Trandoshan’s heat sensing eyes quickly adjusted to find his prey.

Kill them…

Another scream.

Burn them all…

Several screams.

CRUSH THEM!

As Causstik strode towards the Jedi he left a trail of bodies in his wake. He dismembered and slaughtered those who got in his way or were to slow to move. Stormtroopers, civilians and the local defense force. It made no difference to him. He cut them all down with ruthless efficiency. His mind was focused on one thing and one thing only, reaching the Jedi and killing him. Everything else had become background noise in which the precious voices reigned supreme. When Causstik finally had a clear path to his target he began to charge.

His powerful legs pumping him forward at first. When he was sure he could run no faster he got down on all fours and began running like a rabid animal. In his frenzied state he roared and growled like a feral beast. Their was nothing left of the being known as Causstik Rahn. All their was was the need to kill. Causstik Launched himself forward in a tremendous leap then activated his jetpack, propelling himself at ludicrous speeds in an attempt to torpedo the jedi with his massive frame.

“DIE!!!”

Yuroic was baffled by the change in battle. While the Trandoshan was still intent on killing him, the Sith decided to fight the quite insane lizard. Yuroic could feel a short pang of sympathy, the Trandoshan needed help likely, he had seen a great deal of refugees on Nar Shadaa with similar afflictions. However, it was short lived as Causstik was upon him quickly. He saw the jetpack activate and ducked hard before jumping out of the way.

Still intent on killing me when your Sith friend here betrayed you? Yuroic gestured to the Acolyte. Mean, she's attacking you while you provided quite the effective distraction. Sure that my colleagues are yet to be fully onto the Empire's scheme, can't be spice you want as we stopped all mining and trade of spice when we took over this asteroid. Though he wasn't scared of the Trandoshan, he thought that any chance of talking down the combat might be helpful. He was definitely going to be a formidable enemy.

Also, since a distress call sent out to the SJO, how do you guys plan to leave the asteroid and not be under arrest? Just a thought? Having not heard Asani contact him stating that the signal had been blocked or comms were down, he knew that she had been successful. If we stop fighting now, we can talk about your terms of surrender. Even be generous, however, there has been civilian lives lost unnecessarily so there will be some punishment.

His eyes darted from Sith to Hunter. Curious on what their take on this would be. Could he possibly talk them down or would the Sith fight him knowing that there was the high chance of being captured now?

The container was dark and cold, to some being stuck in such a space would be uncomfortable. Being smuggled in a shipping crate wasn't perhaps the greatest method of transportation for any man, woman or child. The contents of the crate, however, never stirred, never piped up for idle conversation nor did they move a muscle, or even cough. Their asset had delivered them, their trap was set and was ready to be sprung, now was the simple waiting game. Voices echoed from outside before the seals of the container were loosened and the doors allowed the faint crack of light to enter the dark interior. The armor of the figures within concealed them within the pitch blackness before the doors were fully pulled open. Much like all over, the screams of pain and the sound of blasters began to ring out from all around, the element of surprise letting the caged troopers spring the advantage of a well placed surprise attack. As this particular crate was opened, the very same happened. Light washed over black armor, revealing the Death Troopers hidden within. The sight alone was enough to send the workers assigned to open the crate running in panic, only to enter the cross-fire and mass rout that seemed to already hang over the dock workers... Although that wasn't what these Death Troopers were here for.

13 Death Troopers filled out in a methodical manner, setting up arcs of security around the door that led to the sector of the spaceport they found themselves within. Various electronic crackles piped up from their helmets as they communicated, holding position until their Commanding Officer had assessed the situation. Thus far, the Empire had the advantage and had met with insignificant resistance. A few dock workers did try to resist, an act of pointless defiance against the rank and file of Death Troopers that had already began to expand their lines and make their presence known upon the battlefield; only to get incapacitated by the clearly superior force. Even with so many dock workers in line of sight, their prize was something greater, an order from Command to hit the HVTs that could be located, perhaps the most valuable asset of Kessel's defense; Jedi.

2417 scanned his surroundings, E-11D in hand as he scanned for any Jedi in his local vicinity, at least ones that were perhaps not tied down with an attacker. He assumed his assets upon the field would be able to handle themselves, leaving him and Pestilence to take on any stragglers. Electronic crackles and gibberish came from the Death Trooper's helmet, his 12 man team beginning to spread out and ready weapons. Today would be a glorious day for the Empire.

That monster was killing every thing its way, no discrimination, no care, even the Sith Lords she had seen and heard about had more compassion for life then this blood frenzied Trndosian, she could only stand their in silence as he kept going forwards launching into a ounce attempting to decapitate or skewer the Jedi on their first attack. Thankfully he missed the Jedi having good reflexes, but the merc would be back, to make that time span longer Yuvi launched a force wave against their Jet pack, attempting to send him flying further into the distance, giving both her and the Jedi more room to breath.

She turned to the Jedi with a scowl on her face "What makes you think I his friend", their was no way she'd ever work with someone like this. He was right this Trandoshian had ruined their advantage of surprise, he had blown the whole operation with his destructive will and hate, she looked at the Jedi, and gave a ling sigh, their was no real way to get out of this, no doubt the entire planet had been alerted to the threat and other Jedi would be on their way.

"I may not agree with Jedi, their teaching and ways, but I am not going to stand by and what that thing destroy live and endanger any one.... I... agree with your terms, but first we have to take care of, him". She slowly walked up to the Jedi, not completely liking it, but it would not be the first time she has sided with them, "don't make me regret my actions". She again took a form 2 stance ready for what the Trandoshian would come back with.

Causstik Rahn was surprised when he discovered the Jedi was quick enough to duck beneath his charge. It sobered the warrior slightly and he somersaulted in the air, positioning his feet so that he could slow down his descent with an arm and his legs. Causstik deftly spun around to face his opponents. Causstik’s hand shot to his hip and he withdrew a verpine pistol. It fired projectiles so quickly not even a lightsaber could block it, it could pierce Phrik plating and it was aimed right at the Sith who had sided with the Jedi.

“This is voidstone on my armor Sith spit! The force won't work on me!” Causstik shouted while he walked a methodical pace towards the Jedi and his counterpart. Causstik squeezed off rounds the whole time he moved.

“Grahahaha!” Causstik’s laughter came out like raking leaves “DIE!”

Then something unexpected happened. Causstik was charged by a mob of dock workers. They wielded pipes, plasma cutters and the like. The gun was knocked out of Causstik’s hand as a pipe wielding pedestrian attacked.

“RAGH!” Causstik roared as he swiftly spun to punch the man with his gauntlet’s phrik claws. Blood spewed from the man’s mouth as Causstik disemboweled him. Wrenching his arm downward Causstik felt the man’s innards churn and as he removed his fist a series of fluids and intestines poured from the wound. The man collapsed dead, but not before the rest of the crowd was on Causstik. They grabbed his arms, his legs, his back. All in an attempt to rip the Trandoshan limb from limb, but his armor held strong and he threw them off him in a terrible fit of rage.

Causstik’s wrists ignited as his flamethrowers came to life. He used his jetpack to fly into the air and began to spew molten death into the crowd of would be heros. Their screams filled the air and the smell of roasted flesh was strong. Causstik landed deftly on the pile of burning corpses and picked up his lost Verpine pistol. Ruined. He tossed the broken gun aside and once more looked to find the Jedi through the smoke filled haze.

“See Jedi! The longer you wait the more will die! Now come! Come face your doom!”

With the just recent privateer act by the Galactic Empire it attracted all kind of scum to serve the imperial government. Pirates, bounty hunters, mercenaries, and many others that pursued a shady profession. Amun couldn't say that this move made by Empire didn't attract his attention because it sure did. Not just for him, but for his Bounty Hunters' Guild too.

The pay and benefits were just too good to be true, and anyone in the Guild that didn't take advantage were deemed as an ignorant in the Kyuzo's eyes.

The Guildmaster and several others, which was a mix of stormtroopers and bounty hunters, were smuggled planetside of Kessel with the goal of causing destruction to Jedi bases. By putting a dent to it would bring hope to the severed spice trade. Not that the Kyuzo cares for spice. He only cared for his handsome paycheck by the Empire.

Conflict erupted very quickly between the two forces, but it left the Jedi dumbfounded as mercenaries and the such were mixed in with the Imperial forces.

Kessel would be great again.
