January's Capping Ceremony

I'm using it on both @[member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] and @[member="Shado"] to cap each of them to their respective Master positions within their Force User paths. We are down on RPJ's due to vacations, currently, so I've taken it upon myself to swiftly promote the both of them. I have thoroughly reviewed each's nomination and found them acceptable. I'd hate to see them win their faction's nomination vote by landslides (which they both did) only to be held up by a majority of what is now "two" RPJ's due to bad timing. Remember - this very situation is why the capping power was created. That, and it makes me even moar crazy.

As always, you may decline this cap voluntarily, and we will rescind the rank title and demote you back.
