"But I would also warn against diverting too many of the Empire's resources from a flexible navy of capital ships and starfighters to massive projects that can bring the Imperial presence to only one system at a time."

DESCRIPTION
The Dissident Agressor, the 'Ironclad' Ferrata, Tregessar, Shadowbringer - All were infamous ships in the New Imperial Navy. Each was unique and brought certain tactical advantages to their fleets. They were also a necessity and instrumental in dismantling the tyrannical Sith Empire with each vessel powerful enough to hold entire fronts of the war on their own in the face of a never-ending tide of destroyers, battlecruisers, and Sith Imperial Dreadnoughts. Rurik also saw them as a symptom of the sickness he called Warlordism. Each vessel was unique and each vessel benefited their individual warlord but rarely did they serve the greater mission of the Empire he envisioned. With the end of the Imperial Warlords and the establishment of the Holdfasts he set Kuat-Entralla to work on a vessel meant to work with any fleet that would slip nicely into the new era of Imperial Might. The first three vessels would not see activation until after his death and the young Emperor would never see this part of his plan come to pass.

The Injunction-Class dreadnought was very typical of Kuat-Imperial design. Long sharp lines that ended in dramatic points, the wedge-shaped vessel took many lessons from across the Empire's fleet. Hundreds of powerful turbolaser batteries lined the hull with a varied weapons complement of laser cannons, missile octets, and ion cannons. It was not meant to be an exotic weapon but a blunt tool of war that served to remind the Empire's enemies of their might. Several wings of starfighters flew with the Injunction-Class, usually a combination of more advanced fighters such as TIE/VX Vanguards and TIE/HF Slashers which were supported by squadrons of TIE/INx Interceptors and the standard TIE/OT Outlanders. The true danger of this vessel though came not from its fighter compliment or its array of weapons, but its speed. Propelled by several high-powered sublight engines capable of moving it at speeds that belied its gargantuan size. While it could not maneuver well and thus sharp turns were virtually impossible, it could catch fleets and admirals that have grown complacent in this age of slow plodding dreadnoughts and turn their vessels to slag in a single volley of fire.

Despite their projected prowess in battle, the Injunction project would see extreme manufacturing delays for various reasons. On top of budget restraints, the extreme price skyrocketing of the common starship material Doonium and the general lack of the material meant new materials were required to construct the vessel. The main reason for both of these things would not be realized until after the Battle of Ilum when the Empire revealed a new prototype weapon capable of destroying entire fleets with a single blast or devastating planets from orbit. As a result of these budget restraints, the Injunction would not see service until several months after the battle. The first three vessels of the Injunction-class were christened and named for the three fallen leaders of the Empire; Tavlar, Fel, and Barric. In the future, the vessels would turn their weapons on the Rebels of the Tion Cluster and the Galactic Alliance in hopes of bringing peace, security, and order to the Galaxy.
