In the Marshes [Training Mission] [Republic]

(OOC: sorry I haven't been posting, my internet has been down all week. :()

Tallia's dark form seemingly glided through the marshes as she used the force to harden the ground beneath her feet. It took some concentration, but was nothing she couldn't handle. There were a lot of things going on through her force aura as she progressed along, and she made no effort to hide herself. In fact, she was doing everything she could to be detected, letting her raw energy flow out from her and become unbearably strong for anyone near by. She did mask her identity though, Tallia didn't want to be recognized.

She took quick, little breaths and that made her wrinkle her nose in disgust. The scent of the atmosphere was one of the most putrid things Tallia had ever smelled. She put on her rebreather and sighed, soaking in the fresh air. Tallia would never be able to get used to working in a place like this, she wondered how the native creatures survived. Tallia pulled her datapad from her robe once again to check the time. She had roughly three hours of daylight left, give or take a half an hour, depending on the planets current season. She needed to hurry this up, being Hapan, she would be as blind as a mynock when darkness closed in, and she was sure she would be the target of predators.

Tallia stepped onto legitimately solid ground that lead up to a small rocky peak. She scaled the steadily rising hill and grabbed hold of the slippery, moss covered rocks towards the top when it got steep. Tallia was about ten meters up off the regular marsh-lands, and it gave her a decent view of the surrounding area. She smiled when she spotted two figures sixty meters away, @[member="Akodya Mune"] and @[member="Valx Raizod"]. She hoped they saw her too.

Valx sighed as he continued walking, turning around to face her. Everything finally seemed to be normal in the atmosphere around him, but little did he or @[member="Akodya Mune"] know, their position would be compromised by none other than @[member="Tallia Farn"], his master.

"Abregado-rae. You," Valx asked politely.

He was happy that she was finally talking to him, even if it was small talk. The holocron had to be around here somewhere. They had covered about 5 or 6 miles since they crashed down. He was sure the other padawans were farther along than they were, and that worried him. They would win this training exercise, and that was that.

The moment Rasu saw the man attack @[member="Vexander Graves"], her body switched itself onto high alert. Her body tensed as she saw the man now turn to her, bracing herself for an attack, she was surprised when she felt her foot slide out of position, sending her falling to the ground. However she was able to regain herself, by pushing her hands off the ground and back-flipping back onto her feet, where she fixed an icy glare at her attacker.

"You're gonna wish you hadn't done that." she said, whilst changing her form back to that of a Twi'lek. Bringing her lightsaber horizontally above her head, she waited for Vexander to stand up. The two of them would have to fight him together if they were to have any hope of succeeding. As long as the man made no move to attack Vexander, then Rasu was content with waiting for her friend and team-mate to rise and stand beside her. The two may only be Padawan's but both were extremely battle-hardened and had worked together before, making them a very effective team. Gripping her lightsaber a bit tighter in her sweaty palms, she kept her gaze locked on the man, waiting to see what his next move would be.

@[member="Roland"]

She was completely taken off guard by the plants springing to life in a matter of seconds. She had no time to react. She was grateful to have her friend there. Once cut down she fell down on her knees slightly. She stood back up, breathing rather heavily. She brushed the remainder of the plants off of her. She went and stood next to Nala as they both examined the plants that had out of nowhere became hostile. It was weird yes, because they weren't present within the hallway with them at the time. And Nala was absolutely right, they weren't the type to just come to life. Ru shook her head as she nudged them. She took another deep breath before looking around to see if anyone was around because it did seem like they weren't the only two present, but she could no longer feel the third party that she was suspicious of. She could only think to herself. "Thanks Nala. Lets get out of here. I don't think we want anymore incidents with the plants here." She said softly while adjusting her clothes.

"I was born on Corellia." She answered, very few people believed her when she said that since she really didn't have an accent. Since she left the planet so young to became a jedi, the manner of speaking hadn't really rubbed off on her. Akodya sounded more Coruscanti in the way she spoke and the words she chose to use. Another silence fell on the bare as a prickly feeling rushed down her body. Someone was watching them not to far off...she couldn't tell if it was friendly or not. Little did she know it was actually @[member="Tallia Farn"], who had been shadowing them for a while. Akodya's eyes darted around as they stomped through the marshy, moist earth. Her hazel eyes locked on a figure standing high up in the distance.

"Is that another Jedi up there? Stang, going up high is a good idea! Why didn't I think of that?! We could have found the holocron hours ago!" She said, slapping her own forehead.

@[member="Valx Raizod"]

The punch in his throat was definetely unexpected, he didn't think that he would just do that... he even threatened his armor integrity by such move... Inevitably he disengaged his lightsaber's blade which retracted itself while he use one hand to open his throat to let some air in, it was an unconscious move that every being did when something like that happened... however, luckly for Vex, he was a Jedi and knew techniques with the Force that allowed him to regain his breath quicker than most beings.

By the time he managed to stand back up, he noticed that @[member="Rasu Gan"] was with her saber out and battle ready. The young man once again ignited his saber and placed himself next to her "He is still not trying to take us down... he is up to something else..."

Looking closely he began to analyse the opponent, his stance, his attire, the way he was moving and even used the Force to find his intentions... although they were not clear Vex was still trying to find out why he was there.

Through the Force, the young man began to talk to the now twilek Rasu... something that he was not used to since the changes were dramatically different... in a way, in other ways they were quite interesting. Sync your attacks with me Rasu, and I'll do the same. We are one with the Force...

Vexander might still an apprentince in the ways of the Force, but he was an experienced combatant... Moving ahead with his lightsaber on hand, he went to incapacitate the enemy. Holding it in his front, he attempted to fake a downward slash at the shoulder already damaged of the man taunting them... but instead, he moved the blade to his own left shoulder and used the bottom part of his hilt to hit the man right in the face... taking the momentum and the couple of seconds that such move gave him, he turned to his left and rotated his whole body to perform a spinning kick with his left leg straight to the stomach of the man... the hit would inmediately make him lose his air.

Although the attack might be effective, he was just shadowing Rasu, who he expected to be following closely to carry on with the attack... knowing that this was her chance, he moved his body to his left and gave her room to strike.

@[member="Roland"]

It surprised Rasu, how fast Vex had recovered from the man's attack. Most humans would have spent much longer on the ground, gasping for breath as their windpipe would have shrunk. However Rasu had learnt, that Vexander Graves wasn't like most humans, he was special and he had the power of the Force on his side.

The human Padawan had now jumped away from his attacker to land next to the Shi'ido where the pair discussed their next move. Through their telepathic link, Rasu was able to interpret what the man planned to do next. "I understand, I'll follow your lead." she said, still using their Force link. Watching the man's next moves, she slowly crept forward, hoping that man was fully focused on Vex to notice the Twi'lek sneaking up to him. Vexander hit their attacker square in the face with the hilt of his lightsaber, causing blood to slowly creep out of his now broken nose. Not wasting the opportunity, Vex then kicked the man in the stomach. Sensing through the telepathic link that this was her chance to attack, Rasu leaped towards the man, enhancing her speed through the Force so to not give the man any time to react, she swung her blade towards his right shoulder, intending to sever his entire right arm from his body. This would leave the man in such pain that he would hopefully give up the fight, allowing the two Padawan's to continue on their mission undisturbed.

Phil kneeled down as he waited for Aronis to make up his mind. He scooped up a pile of dirt and rubbed it in his hands. Folding the wet black mush over and over again. It was mostly embers, wet leaves, and splintered sticks. Nothing special at all. Just mud.

"Well. I'm done with this Swamp already. ...Vilgar? Do we have a heading yet?"

Phil tapped his faceplate as he stood up. He was ready to leave already,

"It's getting boring inside this helmet ya know. Haha."

Nala kept her saber out in front of her, as both a lantern and as a means of defense in case something else should happen. After moments of walking they'd reached one final room where, at the very end sitting on a pillar, was the holocron. Nala sighed with relief that she and Sochi had finally found the prize but it was brief due to the fact that there were likely traps all set about the room just waiting to be sprung.

"Look around." Nala said, not moving from where she stood and indicating for Sochi to stay where she was. "See for any traps. Any wire and odd looking floor panels. A button. Anything!"

There was no telling indeed what could be waiting for them, which was all the more reason to stay alert. Given the experience with the plants and the spikes for all they knew the next trap could release a hidden rankhor from out of nowhere. Whoever had built this temple long ago really knew how to lay a trap.

Valx walked back to @[member="Akodya Mune"]. He had no idea what she was talking about. He tried to search through the Force, but a cloud of darkness was descending over them. Valx reached of and took the other padawan's hand in his and pulled in the direction of a small ravine. Her skin was soft and warm. Valx's was cold and rough. He longed for her sensitive touch, to sooth him. Years of fumbling around with his hands had made him numb...until he met her.

"There's another being towards the ravine, up ahead," Valx said, "we need to hurry, I sense something wrong. Let's find this holocron and get out of here."

Arrol looked around too, to locate any signs of traps, he was going to be the only one doing that here to them, but he did not wish for surprises for them. Not immediately seeing any .. it was time to provide one of his own.

Using the force, he summon light around them, in the form of very small sparkling forms, akin that what might be fireflies. But thousands of them, the swirled around them floating gently at first, them they began to pester them, playing with their clothes and skin. The sound of them becoming louder as the small little lights became more rapid in movement around them, until they began form as one. Meanwhile .. Arrol looked more closely at the ruins. He felt through the force along the walls and discovered something, there is an antichamber behind the back wall, they would need to investigate it further to find their way through. He could sense no real danger within the chamber but .. there is no tell what he might do for them to make it harder to locate the holocron with is near by them now.

As the lights danced around them more and more, he turned back and with a flick of his wrist they formed a spear and hit the back panel in the wall to the ruin in a light burst.

Meta attempted to remain calm in their current situation, but couldn't begin to fathom away out of the situation. "Remain calm, if we are going to find a way out of this. We're going to have to THINK." He held onto his Glaive with his left hand, but kept it unextended. He reached out with the force, with the little understanding of it he had, it was hard to discover anything in the current situation.

Still staring up at the figure in the distance when Valx stole her hand and pulled her along, Akodya snapped around to face him and let out a sigh. She wasn't going to be able to get through to him, so why bother? At least the gesture hadn't been a rough one.

"Is this being giving you a bad feeling?" She asked, the darkness growing stronger as they moved on. This planet was beyond strange.

Cale would watch his brother's padawan along with the Kaminoian struggle against the ghost, he wouldn't intervene on their behalf, no the ghost wouldn't harm them, it was Jedi after all. When he leaped down before them, face concealed by hood, he expected a bit of jump when his saber ignited, and a spitting image of Darth Vader prior to his cyborganization appeared before them. "Run" The figure ordered, before drawing up a cloud of dust and disappearing, its signature in the force completely masked.

"To be honest, I'm not sure. A sense of uncertainty has impaired my mind," Valx said, slightly disappointed at himself.

He kept walking, gently letting go off her hand. He could tell she didn't want him touching her in the slightest. He scratched his head and suddenly lost all sense of direction. This cloud really blinded him. All his sight through the Force was gone.

"Alright, Akodya, I'm literally blinded now. You'll have to be my eyes," Valx said, a hint of concern panging his voice.

"A-Alright, what should I do?" She asked, not sure how she was going to be able to guide him along without loosing him. Sighing, she took his callused hands in her own, automatically switching to healer mode. Hesitantly she gave them a small squeeze to let him know she was there before turning around and placing them on her shoulders. "How about I lead you like a train, that way I can feel for any uneven ground and warn you before you step into it." She said.

"Alright with that?" She questioned.

They would continue down their current path. She had her lightsaber ignited as well covering their back, looking back every now and then to make sure their rear was fine. She was within this position when she bumped into Nala. When she turned around she faced a dimly lit room, which at the end of it held the holocron. In a way it was a relief, but also a pain that they had found it. Now they would have to duck and dodge all types of traps, and who's telling what else just to reach it. Well no one said the life of a Jedi was easy. Nala stated "look around." Indicating to search for traps, wires, anything near their current position. She searched the floor and the nearby walls. She looked over at Meta, "do you see anythin..." Her statement quickly stopped, as she was surprised by the stranger lights that had seemed to attach themselves to her. When she looked up they were all around the group, she didn't panic, but she figured they couldn't physically fight these things. They didn't seem like they were doing any real damage. They began to speed up in movement, and then formed into one. Without any seconds to spar they shot at a nearby wall. Sochi could only think to herself that she just didn't understand. After the group seemed to recover, and regroup they were greeted yet again by mysterious figure, seemingly appearing to be a ghost. It resembled the Sith Lord Darth Vader, which promoted Sochi to move her saber in front of her not knowing what to expect. She was completely thrown off, and hadn't anyway to deal with this. Then all of a sudden the ghost, or person, or whatever told them to run, and disappeared behind a cloud of dust. After covering her eyes, and moving her arms back down she couldn't find a trace of this...person. She looked at the group to see if anyone of them had an explanation.

Seeing everything that happened, from the lights to the two strange apparitions that appeared, Nala was both frightened and confused. Her look went from curious and cautious to more terrified than ever. She stood there still as stone, as she watched all these things appear then disappear. When it was all done Nala let out a shriek "GHOSTS!" She was almost on the verge of crying as she said "I'm terrified of ghosts!" She found the nearest corner and stood with her back to it, flat against the surface, and said "Sochi! Get the holocron and let's go! Please! Please! Please!" Her demeanor, no matter what it would be, would always become that of a scared child whenever ghosts were involved. That was a secret Nala tried to keep, but it was obviously out in the open now.

"That was...he is, well.." Meta had ignited his Jedi weapon as soon as the figure had appeared. Lord Vader, the most feared and dangerous Sith who had ever existed. A legend to all Sith around the known galaxy. "We should collect the holocron and try to find their way out. If anybody can, use force sense with me and see what you find..." Meta had only heard theories of this ability, but began to put it into practice. Yellow light shimmered through his visor as four traps lay ahead of them, and three hidden doors began to open, there three Jedi Proxy droids stood, then simultaneously they all became different Sith. One Darth Bane, one Darth Vader and another Darth Malgus. All three renowned Sith, from three different era's. Meta raised his saber, not looking forward to the oncoming storm.

(Good idea?)

(I would say its fine)

She felt rather bad for her friend Nala, though Sochi wasn't aware of her innate fear of ghost. It would seem she was within a corner possibly having a panic attack of some kind. Her voice went up in pitch, as she shrieked. Nala screamed for Ru to go ahead and grab the holocron. As much as Ru wanted to, she couldn't just approach the altar and grab it, there could be multiple traps that could end her then and there. "It's alright Nala! Just try and relax I'll handle this." She said trying to reassure her poor friend. At the time that seemed the be the only way she could help. It would seem to be just her and Meta.

His suggestion would be to use force sense to find all the hidden traps, it was a good idea, one that even she hadn't thought of this entire time. Once they were aware of the traps that they could sense, Doors began to open around the rather large room, and what came out of it, would be three Droids; proxy droids at that. When things seemed like they couldn't get any worse. It would seem they took on the form of three renown Sith Lords. They were only padawans, but they had no choice but to stand their ground. Ru didn't know if Nala was out of the battle, but if she was Ru was going to have to take on two of these current enemies.

She held her ignited blade horizontally in front of her. She was centering herself before the battle that was to ensue. After a brief moment of centering herself, and connection herself to the force she began the Makashi opening stance. She was hoping Nala would recover in time, or at least go for the holocron.
