With Jairdain leaning against his arm, Jax slowly escorted upstairs secretly enjoying her scent of lilac and gooseberries. She was getting worse to the point where Jairdain informed Jax that she had difficulties maintaining her illusion. As a response, Jax took off his jacket wrapping it around Jairdain's body while making sure to hide her pointed ears under her hair. It was a wonderful night and Jairdain seemed to be happy well aside from the fact that she was sick. "You smell wonderful," Jax smirked careful to hide Jairdain's tail under his jacket.
He wanted to cheer Jaridain up hopefully it would help. As Jax neared the apartment room he made sure not to make any nosie It was around 3 in the morning which thankfully meant the majority of people in the apartment building were asleep. The Jedi breathed a small sigh of relief that meant that the landlord-
"Rent!"
"Fracking hell!" Jax heard the door open behind him revealing an old man with white hair and blue eyes staring at Jax and Jairdain. "Mr Davos," Jax said smiling. "Good morning shouldn't you be getting your beauty rest?"
"It's hard to sleep," he replied in a thick accent. "When I have a man who doesn't pay the rent."
Because BB-12 is always draining Jax's credit and bank accounts, this left him with little credits to pay the rent. Of course this doesn't suit well with a stingy man like Davos, who would often hound him for rent daily. "Like I said I'll give your credits," Jax gave a nervous laugh. "I just need a little bit more time."
"Time?" Davos gave dark chuckle which sent a small shiver down Jax's spine. "This time you have, can I spend it? And who's the girl wrapped around your arm don't tell me you going to have her stay with you."
"She is not well," Jax replied inching his way towards the door. "She's just going to rest for a few hours now if you excuse me I'm very tired and I would love some sleep."

Leaning against her date like a drunk woman, Jairdain allowed him to guide where they were going. Up some stairs in a place that was dark in her Force vision. So much happened here that Jax might not be entirely aware of everything. Muttering under her breath about feeling a recent murder and the loss that the family was feeling for it. Their desire for revenge and the sadness that clung in the air around them.

Just as she sensed some relief in Jax, a booming voice yelled at them. It demanded rent quite loudly and they had no choice but to stop and address the situation. Not the best thing to happen to a sick woman but she would go with it. With the Force being as elusive as it was, Jairdain was not at all confident she would be able to keep her normal illusion about her body for very long.

Taking in a deep breath and keeping a hand on Jax to support her, she appeared to look at the man speaking to them. Gulping just slightly, she started to reach into her bag for some of the credits she had won earlier at the casino. Unfortunately, her stomach decided to heave itself up.

Pulling the bag to the mouth, she vomited into it and fell back against Jax.

"That should cover the rent. I'm going to lay down now. Good night!"

At this point, her energy left her in one last wave of being dizzy and she fainted into the waiting arms of Jax.

Jairdain lumbered towards Davos handing him the winnings they've earned at the casino. "Wait Jairdain I-" Jax was about to say but she threw up in her bag as he leaned against Jax. "I like this woman," Davos staring at the credits with approval. "I much rather her than you she knows when to pay the rent."
Disappointment was etched across Jax's face, he wanted to use those credits to buy Jairdain a nice dress or maybe a necklace. "Yeah so we good for the month?" Jax asked catching Jairdain into his arms wrapping her tight like a mother clutching a child. "For now," Davos said. "Don't try to hide from me Jax, I have ears of a gundark and eyes like a rodent."
As he closed the door Jax immediately entered his room carrying Jairdain into a bridal carry. He was greeted as usual to a flood of candy wrappers, beer bottles and pizza boxes. BB-12 was no doubt having a party while he was gone. "Fracking droid," he mumbled carrying Jairdain towards the chair and placing her down.
"Hey," he whispered brushing the hair from her eyes. "Are you okay? You need some drink?"

It was a good thing Jax was there to catch the falling woman or she would have been on the floor of the hallway. She did not hear any of the conversation between Jax and Davos nor did she probably need to. The next thing Jairdain knew was coming to seated in a chair.

Shaking her head slightly to try and clear away the dizzyness she still felt, she ended up making it worse. Resting her head back against the furniture, Jax carefully brushed some of her stray hair out of her eyes and offered her a drink.

This time, she was smarter and did not change the position of her head.

"No thank you. Maybe just something to wash this gross taste out of my mouth and a blanket? It was hot before but now I'm feeling cold."

Her body said the opposite though and the glow of sweat covered her forehead. Shivering a little, she rubbed her hands over her arms and any hope of keeping an illusion about herself went away. Blinking up at him, her cheeks would color slightly and those dim eyes appeared to look at him.

"I'm sorry if you don't like my eyes. Right now, I don't think I can keep them hidden. Thank you for bringing me here. What is that smell anyway? I can't quite figure it out."

Jairdain was getting delirious, Jax could sense her weakening as he traversed through the sea of garbage that BB-12 created. It was more cluttered than usual and it was mostly full of..... oil cans? What the frack was BB-12 doing while he Jax was away? The Jedi gently placed Jairdain on to his couch while he placed his hand on her perspiring forehead. "Damn Jairdain," Jax gasped. "You are burning up and you're delirious like I said I may prefer the violet eyes but you're beautiful either way."
Jax then hurried over to the refrigerator nearly tripping on a red ball. "Where the frack does BB-12 buy these things?" he grumbled opening the door. The refrigerator was full of sweets and a week old steak that Jax cooked. BB-12 claimed that he was going to eat but of course he didn't. "Water is gone....." Jax said rummaging through the items. "All that's left is that Big Chocolate Slurp BB-12 has been sucking on."
It was a chocolate shake that BB-12 purchased from the fast food restaurant called: The Big One. The Resturant mainly served Burgers and Fries but it was their milkshakes that they were known for. BB-12 would always order the Hutt sized drinks which were as big as Jax's head, taking the drink he hurried towards Jairdain placing the straw to her lips.
"It's not juice," Jax smiled nervously. "But it'll have to do."
Jax then grabbed a blanket that was hidden beneath the thrash and threw it over her. "Yeah it smells like oil," Jax frowned. "I'll check it out."
He had a bad feeling about all this.

While Jax was busy finding her something to sip on, all she did was shiver on the couch. Barely hearing what he was muttering about, Jairdain held a hand out and as a way to get her mindless thoughts out, images flashed across her palm. If he was paying attention, he would catch glimpses of her past.

Her days with the Sith, with her family as a little girl, the life she had at school, and how the kids made fun of her there. Then happiness settled in and as he came back with the drink, he would see what her life had been like as a mother and Master. One thing was missing from these rambling thoughts that were on display. Her husband did not appear in any of them.

As he distracted her from her memories, she reached out for the drink. Took a sip and then spat it out on the floor. Coloring a little, she handed him the drink back weakly.

"Just needed to get the taste of the vomit out of my mouth."

Hearing his answer, she snuggled down under the blanket and closed her eyes.

"I won't take up much room, dear. Just make sure to keep the kids out of my hair while I meditate..."

Snoring took over as Jairdain was able to find some form of restless sleep while she was ill.

More of Jairdain's past flickered in Jax's mind as soon as she touched him. It was mostly her childhood memories, her life as a mother and a married woman. Jairdain was happy and content which was a far cry from what Jax experienced ever since Master Oda died. The raven haired beauty mumbled something about keeping the children out of her hair while she meditated which caused Jax to raise an eyebrow. "She's clearly delirious," he said as the noise from behind the door became louder and louder.
"Get some rest Jairdain," Jax mumbled frowning, what the frack was BB-12 even doing in his room? Navigating through the sea of garbage caused by BB-12, the Jedi open the door only to see BB-12 hopping around with three fembots who were rubbing their bodies close to him. The music became louder as Jax stepped in but he closed the door using the force so Jairdain wouldn't hear what he was about to say.
"BB-12!" Jax yelled immediately the music stopped playing, the female droids immediately dropped out from Jax's bed while BB-12 gaped at him. <Jax!> BB-12 beeped. <What are you doing back here so early?!>
"Because I want to," Jax said sarcastically. "I pay the bills you pompous ass! It's my place! Now what are these Droids doing here?!"
<Just having some nice R and R Jax,> BB-12 said motioning the female droids to leave. <It was all nice until you had to ruin it.> the Droid raised his cord at the fembots signaling them to call him some time.
"Don't blame me you lust filled bucket of bolts!" Jax retorted. "I can't leave my home for five minutes without you doing something stupid!"
<And I can't have fun without you pissing it away!> BB-12 beeped. <The ladies and I were about to have happy hour! I fracking hate you Jax.>
Jax nearly gagged at what BB-12 said. "I'm glad I stopped it," he said. "I don't even want to know what mess you'll make on my bed."
<So how's the date?> BB-12 whirred. <Did that Jairdain chick cuck you?>
"Well the thing is," Jax said. "She's here."
<What?!> BB-12 beeped. <Why you bringing that Witch here?! Has she been checked for magic?!>
"Where the hell did you come with that?!" Jax growled. "She's sick and needs to rest!"
<I dunno Jax,> BB-12 beeped. <She sounds like bad news, cougars like her can be bad news.>
"And where did you get this information?!" Jax said crossing his arms. <Oh Stacy told me,> BB-12 responding. <While she was feeling my->
"All right I don't want to hear this chit!" Jax raised up his hands as he exited. "I need your help BB-12, analyze what's wrong with Jairdain."
<I'll do it,> BB-12 whirred. <But I must warn you, this witch could be the death of all of us.>

While Jax was dealing with his droid, the sick woman fell into a restless sleep. Jairdain felt the world slipping through her fingers and she tried to bring herself back down to the ground. To keep life from moving so quickly then a thought passed through her ill mind. She should just let it all slip away and then she could see her future.

What might have been minutes, hours, or even days, she rested on the chair in the apartment. At times, she would shiver and at others, she would kick the blanket off in a hot sweat. There was a fog about her mind but she could hear the conversation going on between Jax and BB. Felt the vibrations of the fembots leaving and then she was alone again.

Not entirely alone but she felt that way. Wanting to be close to Jax for some reason, she wrapped herself up in the blanket he had given her and stood up. Walking in her sleep, she followed their voices.

"Bad news you say? I'll show you bad news!"

Under normal situations, she would not be able to understand what the droid was saying. In her current state, she could somehow. When Jax told him to check and see what was wrong with her, she held up a hand for the droid to inspect.

"Alright, doc. What's wrong with me? Don't worry, pal. I ain't going to hurt you...yet."

"What!?" Jax and BB-12 turned around to see Jairdain still sick but pissed off on what his Droid just said. <She can understand me!> BB-12 beeped rolling behind Jax. <The Witch is using her magic!>
"Or she just understands droid," Jax sighed crossing his arms, that's enough time in the slush for him. "Jairdain you should be resting and I apologize for my droid here. He can a little cantankerous at times."
<Bullchit,> BB-12 beeped. <This Witch is needs to be sanitized and put on a stake! Palpatine made a huge error in killing all Witches on Empire Day!>
BB-12 was a Droid who had no problem insulting those who would dare interfere in his gluttonous habits. Given how Jairdain reacted to BB-12 this would end in nothing more but disaster. <Hey lady!> BB-12 whirred rolling towards her. <First thing I need to do is to prove that you're not a witch! Now why don't you get me some nutritious Beer in the fridge? It'll heighten my senses.>
"No it won't," Jax growled. "It'll just frack up your already messed up motivator."
<Quiet organic!> BB-12 beeped. <Let the Droid master race conduct this test! Now do as I say Jairdain or you're a Witch!>

"I'm not using any magic, you cheeky, bucket of bolts!"

Under normal circumstances, Jairdain did not understand droid speak in any manner. She had even said this before to people. In her current state, though, it was clear she could. Maybe hidden deep within her mind, she could and she just didn't know how to access these memories when she was well.

Either she didn't hear Jax or chose to ignore him, she turned to the droid and raised a hand. Unless Jax stopped her, she would lift the droid up with the Force and bring him to her. Her other hand came out to lightly touch what would be his head and a small electrical jolt would be applied.

"They didn't all die. Sanitize me if you dare, droid. I'm harder to kill than I look. Now tell me what's wrong."

Entirely ignoring the order placed by BB, she waited for him to run a scan on her to see what she was ill with.
