- Synthetic Power Crystals: The synthetic power crystals utilized by the HH-E01 were developed and designed by the Sictis Association. They closely replicated the natural matrices found in high-quality, naturally occurring power crystals, allowing them to act as a powerful energy source. These optimized the overall striking power of the emplacement.
- Enhanced Energy Coils: HH-E01 emplacements made use of a series of improved galven coils designed by the cooperative's Xi Charrian engineers. Their esoteric design and material composition improved the energy regulation of many Hune-Haor weapons, decreasing charge-up time and subsequently improving rate-of-fire.
- Stabilization System: HH-E01 emplacements featured an individualized, comprehensive stabilization system developed by the cooperative's Fondorian engineers. It consisted of a series of gyroscopic stabilizers, which in turn were supplemented by impact-reduction gel. This reduced the demand for targeting adjustments during the heat of battle and further improved overall weapon accuracy.

DESCRIPTION
The HH-E01 was the opening volley in Hune-Haor Engineering's catalog: an adjustable turbolaser design fit for any occasion. E01s were suitable for both planetary emplacements and capital ships.
It featured a number of proprietary subsystems: advanced energy crystals, specialized energy coils, and a robust stabilization system. These allowed it to significantly outpace competing turbolasers in several fields, though not without drawbacks.
The more significant weaknesses experienced by the HH-E01 were its power draw and the need for frequent reloading. Both posed enough of an issue that more specialized systems were often required to adequately compensate.
This ultimately meant that the E01 could only be mounted on planetary fortifications, military space stations, or capital ships. Land vehicles, even so-called mobile fortresses, were not compatible with the E01.
All Hune-Haor designs carried a fanatical attention to detail and dedication to quality simply not found in rival brands. This was, among other things, one of the benefits of working openly with the forge-cults of Charros IV and Fondor, and secretly with a cabal of Sith engineers, whose contributions were attributed to the Silver Shield Group's research and development team.
