DESCRIPTION
In conjunction with designing the Survival Shovel the Hekler'Kok design team began work on a similar yet different tool that could be marketed alongside the shovel. When debated began on what type of tools they would base it off of they came to the decision that the machete would offer the best amount of both versatility and the space for additional tools. The decided on re-using the same materials they had used in the shovel, Quadanium Steel for the blade and Plastoid for the grip, for the exact same reason they were chosen before.

A self-sharpening sheath allows the blade to stay almost perpetually sharp even when not in use. A sawback edge allows for sawing. A machete edge allows for cutting through dense vegetation, or people. A wire cutter allows for cutting of wires, though not exactly precisely. A prybar edge allows it to be used to pry one crates, doors, etc. A glass breaker added to the pommel allows for breaking open windows or other glass surfaces. As an afterthought they also added in a measuring edge allowing for measurement of up to fifteen centimeters.
