Heavy Metal Abraham Lincoln [Black Sun Dominion of Sleheyron]

Before she could get a word out to tell [member="Cypher"] next time she would give him more of a warning. Now wasn't the time, as it wasn't long before this feeling that was creeping up inside of her came to be known. Oh you got to be.... As one of the Magnaguards came after her, only having a half second to put up her lightsaber. Coming to block it was upper position. Both hands upon the jewel handle, muscle straining upon her upper and lower arms. In a wide stands to have a strong base she took, to counter the move to the the lower part of the staff being brought at her then the upper again. Only moving backwards to get a stands. Spinning around to a place upon which could better counter. [member="Cypher"] [member="Rasho the Hutt"]

Nolan jumped off the hangar cliff, down at the droids, Kath Hound blasting away at the commando droids. He continued falling past the droids, 100 meters down, he activated his jet pack and slowed to a stop just before the ground. He looked up at the hangar, walked towards the military port, cleared a path, boarded a fighter and took off to clear the skies.

"You men take the one on the left. I'll deal with this one myself". Cypher's men broke off to finish that droid, which should be fairly simple with their concentrated firepower. The one he decided to take on his own would be quite the challenge, but one he'd test his meddle on. Breaking right along with the droid his fire continued but missed its mark every time. Weaving round his shots and using the pillars as quick cover. It angered him a bit the abilities of this foe, but it was no Jedi, so it would fall soon enough. Quickly he found himself out of ammunition. Stopping to reload the Magnaguard took advantage of this to attack. Cypher backpedaled as it charged. He'd one gun loaded as it took the first swing. A miss for his flesh but the unloaded gun was knocked from his hands. "Kark". Another swing he dodged by barrel rolling right and behind a pillar. Recovering up on his feet from the roll he dashed for the next cover. A weapon down he was left with just one... And how could he forget, he had another. 'The saber'. His hand reached for the near forgotten weapon. Novice though he be it would be his saving grace.

Hacker lowered himself and stepped aboard the lift. Sometimes it sucked being so big. Had a lot of benefits too; but good or bad he must live with the way he was born. Ordan asked him about the walker he sent off to attack the snipers. And in fact he hadn't heard squat from him. "Nothing. Maybe he's dead. Maybe he's just occupied, or maybe he did it already. Cause damn if I know". The lift continued up towards the top, they'd have an excellent vantage point over the battle. He asked yet another question, one on his preparedness when they arrived. "I have lived over four millennia. And been through more than near any other alive. If I'm ever unprepared now, I've probably slipped into another bout of insanity and gone off for tea". Hacker laughed well from his answer, maybe it would unnerve the man too.

LOCATION: A couch nowhere near the action watching a holofeed.
OBJECTIVE: Watch an opposing Hutt's Operation go down the refresher.

Gordosa, crimelord, Hutt, entrepreneur and leading supporter of En Pee Cee inc, sat on his couch watching the Black Sun syndicate completely dismantle a opposing Hutt's operation. Gordosa was so happy he wanted to jump for joy, but Hutt's jumping was a little out of the question so he wiggled instead.

"Bah bah bah another one bites the dust. Ba bah bah bah another one bites the dust. And another one gone, and another one gone, another one bites the dust. Hey I'm gonna get you too. Another one bites the dust." Gordosa sang as he wiggled his woggle.

"Master Gordosa?" His Majordomo said, "should I get the bubbly?"

"Most pleasing." Gordosa replied as he did the Hutt rendition of the running man

With the force almost used up getting them there nothing left for her to give in strength or was there. Letting the rest of what left of the warrior with in out for one last war cry. I will not let some no good... feeling herself give way to the rage of the warrior heart. Finding herself able jump higher with the abilities not to before.

Taking her saber into blocking as if not form of all was being used. Finding herself in a flip, then using the force to pulled a bolted chair at the assassin droid. Once again she was on the offence seeing the men of this one now looking at her move. Locking on both sides of the pike only to find herself, get brushed by one side, but keeping her wits about her. Coming her feel that had just enough to finish off the droid letting herself take one of its leg off. Then finishing spending like a top, as she did so working into a postion one that could see that there was a lot of flexablity to her coming to take off the other leg, and arm, only to find herself. Standing over what was the dead droid. Her eyes upon the one that was lift after all no one help her on hers. Her chest was heavy raising and lowering. @Cypher @Rasho the Hutt

The metal footfalls of metallic foot cuffs betrayed the Managuard's advance. Cypher raised the saber to meet eye level. Patiently waiting for the distance to close. His tongue darted out to wet his lips. Sweat beaded down his brow as time worn down. The battle having taken up a good portion of his stamina. But there ain't no rest for the criminal. Cypher swung down the saber as he rounded. Withholding its blade until he was in sight. Crimson plasma came alive and hissed in anger to our foe. Pistol arm cocked up back against his coat the trap set. Plasma met Phrik, eye met robotic optics. The Electrostaff held back the saber but left defenseless as its focus was on the Forcer weapon. Blaster bolt after blaster bolt warped, sparked and pelted the IG-100. Its old frame no match for his MP-77 Heavy Blasters multiple rounds. A saber and a blaster were deadly in their own right, but together they proved a devastating combination. A well learned lesson for the Underlord to use in future combat.

A few slashes for preventative measures ensured tinny here wouldn't rise again. Limbless droids are best defenseless droids. Cypher departed his dispatched opponent to rejoin the others. Maya had destroyed one of them, the other lay a ways down mostly obscured in his line of sight but that would mean his men gunned it down with all their fire. "Is everyone all right"?

When he said asked the very question if "Is everyone all right"? Still breathing at a rapid pace, standing up straight, giving him a wink as smirking grin broke to her lips. As she looked around for the first time. Seeing the men of his getting busy on handling some of the stuff that left in this place. Now came the real task that was to locate what they had been searching for. Are you sure where the droid center command is...oh wait must be with those killer droids ....there.

Looking at how they had to tare them a part, even then there was still sparks coming from her with the wiring. Once again having to call upon her powers only to find out that her lightsaber form needed a lot of help. Making note that she needed to find a good teacher some day, it really wasn't very important right now as she had survived that all that counted right. Does this mean I get a bonus when this is all done? Putting her hands on her hip, as she walked towards [member="Cypher"] giving a hard look at what was left.

"Ahh, we'll see about a bonus. But I've no doubt this operation is already over budget. Damn droids and that Hutt. So you get a loose maybe. But future work looks to be quite possible". Cypher's saber was still wooshing about through the air in a light manner. Never bothering to turn it off. "Now lets get the rest of these droids offline". A quick gander over his shoulders and some spinning about revealed no big fancy computer. But there was another door of thick metal in the back, and coordinates [member="Mr. Ash"] gave which the soldiers compared to put it behind it. "Well, no way of blowing it open without taking down the palace. Think a saber can cut through Maya"?

Maya couldn't help eye him on how he was handling the saber he had in his hand. Knowing that this wasn't something he had been trained to handed. Can I ask you something, Mr. Cypher can you make sure you don't hurt yourself with lightsaber. Before she could talk some more about the lightsaber in his hand. Speaking about the location of the super computer that control all the droids. Going up to the door itself finding herself looking for any kind of way in. It was thicker then any other doors. Putting hand upon her hair taking down her own one this was going to take both of there lightsabers she was afraid. Only to cause herself look at him stepping up to him Putting her hand upon his hand as she spoke to him. Here you going to have to hold it like this, let the blade do the work don't force it, just let it do what its suppose to do. ...Here watch me... even those truth be told she had never done this before, where was that Hutt when they need him.

With a snap hiss her was on the yellow blade glowing brightly creating shadows of light upon her pinkish skin. Looking over to him, as she let the tip of her blade go into the door, before started to move it in one direction. You start over here, we work our way to each other. Just was her own personality give him a wink to him. Making sure not to over heat her core in her light saber, knowing if she rushed it could over heat the saber and boom. Freynk and his walker had finally begun to get aquainted and the controls were a little more clear. He pounded around the perimeter. The walker's blasters fired red bolts of energy as he encountered droids a'plenty.

"I hate Taungsdays." He said to himself as a heavy battle droid fired a grenade at him.

Freynk fired at the droid but the grenade turned out to be a small grade ion model and he lost his systems briefly. He kept fighting but anymore of those and he would have to *gulp* get out of the walker.

...it wasn't entirely reassuring to know that Hacker had no idea how the Walker they had contacted to destroy the sniper positions had fared but if the man had turned up dead at least he'd be able to distract the droids long enough that someone else may have been able to take advantage of the opportunity. Ordan was, in actuality, quite focused on the task at hand and seeing as how he hadn't formed any solid personal connections with anyone he was working with yet he wouldn't have felt extremely bad if the Walker pilot was discovered among the deceased after the battle. There was much time to mull any of this over before the elevator doors had opened wide however the laugh that Hacker had given did unnerve Ordan slightly, the thought of such a large alien being mentally unstable was something he'd rather not have to contend with in the long term, but when the doors came over he squeezed the trigger on his Heavy Blaster Pistol regardless...

...the first Droid dropped lifeless after the blaster had targeted his head and damaged it beyond immediate repair and from there Ordan had rallied and stormed into the room beyond the elevator while calling out...
"Come on Hacker! Kill em all!"...before diving behind cover and picking his shots as he looked over. The Elevator had taken them right to the top of the refinery tower which Ordan had suspected would be a control level that might allow his companion to slice the system and switch off the Droids that were still defending the area but before that had any chance of being done they'd need to destroy their opposition here. It was to dangerous to fire his Grenade Launcher in the confines of this level with all the equipment around them which is why Ordan had to rely on his Blasterr Pistol now. Not the best situation to be in...

...he kept popping out of cover and making quick shots with his Blaster Pistol, squeezing the trigger liberally, sometimes he'd drop a droid and other times he missed entirely but Ordan kept up the pressure. He didn't look to see how Hacker was doing assuming that the alien was downing as many droids as he was if not even more. After he'd fired a few more shots Ordan would duck down behind cover again and mutter...
"Should have brought a few more troops. Hell with it."...he changed the energy cell on his Blaster Pistol having already spent one in all of the firefights that lead up to this before he'd even jumped into the troop transport that took him to the refineries. When his Heavy Blaster Pistol was loaded again he'd have popped up from behind his cover, which seemed to be a control terminal of some sort, and down another droid with a carefully placed shot to its chest...

"Yeah lets scrap em in to bits"! Hacker opened fire in to the crowd of droids. Who so kindly returned the favor. Bolts of burning particles flew out of his guns and tore in to their ancient hulls. They failed so easily, hundreds of years these machines must have existed. Oxidization had weakened them. And the weak are killed by the strong. Hacker took cover behind several layers of piping. "Hah, to think Ordan these droids may have fought the Republic nearly nine hundred years ago. Surviving all this time only for today to fall to someones guns. A large stretch of time to wait to be destroyed". His HUD whirled with hit boxes, accurately placing shots in the target zones to fell another. "Little droid fishies in a barrel".

Cypher observed the technique she used and mirrored what she did. "Right, lets cut her open". The blaster he held was stowed and his left hand took the handle. With the opposite hand his palm rested on the back of the saber. Cypher raised the blade and slowly began pushing in to the metal blast door. It was slow even just making the first pierce in to the metal. Whatever material this was made of it was incredibly dense. He wouldn't relent though, slowly he pulled down the saber. Lower and lower the cut went, until finally reaching a good distance for the makeshift door way. ten minutes had passed though, and they still needed the horizontal cuts. "I hope if I ever have to do this again the door is only a quarter inch thick and not three feet thick or whatever this really is". Cypher pulled loose his saber. He repositioned back at the top to make the third cut. Sparks flew as he began working; the heat had him sweating too.

"Turadium," said Rasho helpfully, examining his own lightsabre. He made no move to help cut the thick blast door. Cypher seemed to have it under control, and Hutts weren't exactly known for putting their shoulders to the wheel.

[member="Rasho the Hutt"] [member="Maya Whitelight"]

"Turadium eh? Well remind me to cut a fething chunk off this door and toss it in to a star. Ya know, for good measure and to show my disdain for it. Well the door specifically". Cypher grunted as he pushed a little more on the blade. "Where did you even go Rasho. I hope it was important since you literally flew and left us to deal with whatever may have been down here".

"A Sith Lord is omnipresent," said Rasho loftily, "alongside omnipotent. Oh, shove over."

His immense sabre hissed to life, and he budged Cypher out of the way.

"Lignan crystal. Faster-than-average cutting power. Not by much, but enough."

The crimson blade sank into the thick turadium.

...while taking cover Ordan would have heard Hacker give him a brief history lesson on how old these droids might have been, nine hundred years was a long time, but the reality was that the Enforcer didn't care how old they were as long as he and Hacker could turn them into metallic bits on the floor. He'd come up from behind his cover again, firing his Heavy Blaster Pistol, and down another droid, then a second one after that, before ducking down behind cover as the ancient droids returned fire on both Hacker and him. There couldn't have been to many of them left seeing as how the return fire was becoming less and less, sporadic really, and a lot of that had to do with Hacker who was lighting up more of the automatons than Ordan at this point...

...waiting while Hacker took a few more shots Ordan would have eventually come up from behind cover again except this time he thrust his left arm out instead of firing his Blaster at the droids. When his arm whipped out a burst of telekinetic force would have surged outwards from his palm striking several droids that were bunched together into one another and throwing them onto the floor of the refinery. It wouldn't actually destroy them, Ordan wasn't extremely well versed or powerful when it came to the force, but throwing the droids off their feet was enough to make them easy targets without as much a worry of them returning fire on the man.
"You said it Hacker!"...yelled Ordan..."Just like fish in a barrel!"...he'd squeeze the trigger on his blaster again and drill a few shots into the fallen droids to ensure they were nothing but a scrap pile of broken parts. After he'd finished he'd go to duck down again when he realized there wasn't much return fire coming back at them and he'd stay standing...

...moving cautiously Ordan came around into the open before calling for Hacker...
"Look around and see if you can find something to slice the droids on the lower levels Hacker. It's time to end this and give our men the win."...then he'd begin surveying the refinery control panels in the room looking for anything that might give them the edge. Ordan didn't know much about this refinery but according to the devices he saw it was still running at a reasonably efficient rate. Shrugging his shoulders he'd patch back into the Arceneau comm link..."This is the refinery team checking in. We've about wrapped everything up here. All troopers commence clean up of any resistance."...a bit premature perhaps but he could sense an imminent victory when it was about to happen...

As she had take to the bottom, only to be greeted by a large green blob. Having her blocked into place at the time as he took the high ground. Giving him a bit of her own look. Or just... oh who am I joking with.. let just get get this door cut through. As she worked on her own end of the cutting task, not carrying to be so close to him.

Even so letting the warrior she called upon before letting it slip back into its cage deep with in her. Using her own breathing to the fact at how bad those hutt smelled up close and personal. Got this part done, you w... keeping her tongue about her now, as to see the postion that she was in. Giving a smile as if nothing was wrong at all after all this was the task that need to be complete, she would do so and get paid or she hope so.

Yes, staying silent would work in the favour of [member="Maya Whitelight"]. She and the other Mandalorians -- @Nolan Detta, [member="Kable Detta"], [member="Ordan Vosk"] and the rest -- had just earned fifty thousand apiece, a princely sum. Such were the benefits of working a liberation mission for a Hutt lord, rare as that case might be.
