Honestly two factors came into play, One is that I forgot that we were still under the silence thing. 2. The control tower has been destroyed at Kira Vaal's location. This means the players can't disable the collars en masse and that the foreman can't detonate them either.
Q: Are there any other vectors left for the players to disable ALL of the slave collars at once?
