What's really embarrassing is when you come to find out that you're so used to these problems that you missed something really simple and silly in those 50 troubleshooting steps.Akio Kahoshi said:I love tech support people, I get to deal with them constantly at work.

"Okay lets run through the fifty trouble shooting steps."
"Already done them all."
"Well we have to do them over the phone."
Seriously, I call some of these things in two or more times a week. After awhile, you learn when somethings really broken.
