STRENGTHS
  • Heavy Duty: Unlike it's older brothers, the Lionheart was designed for the best of the best. It's weight is off put by the internal exoskeleton, allowing the commando full range of movement, while also allowing them to carry much heavier loads than your average trooper.
  • Built for Space: Unlike the Nemean, while designed to deal with space, the Lionheart was specifically designed for it. With it's multitude of movement options, the Lionheart is designed to allow Commandos to board enemy ships almost entirely on their own
  • Heavy Hitter: With it's integrated shoulder mount for GADF weapons, Modular hardpoints on the gauntlets, the GADF commandos are comparable to Mandalorians in their versatility now.
  • Sealed System: The Lionheart, as a result of being designed for space combat, is designed more like a space suit. Thus, it's completely sealed, allowing it to be mostly immune to chemical attacks, as well as allowing it to work underwater.
WEAKNESSES
  • Not a Starfighter: Despite it's many advantages in the vacuum of space, the Lionheart doesn't act as a replacement for a real vehicle. Starfighter blasts or anything heavier, will shred through the armor like paper.
  • Weight: The armor suit is quite heavy. In the event the suit is disabled or the strength augmentation otherwise made to fail, it is rendered immobile if under gravity.
  • Dead in the Water: While it's designed with plenty of EMP protection, directed high power EMPs can overwhelm the systems, and leave your commando a big paperweight.
DESCRIPTION
"Learn from the past, it'll save your life."

The GADF Commandos had long relied on tech from the last war, and Si Tech saw that as a problem. While the ACEVAS is still a marvel of engineering, Si Tech saw to building an upgrade to this system. Taking inspiration from the Republic Commandos of the past, Rara threw the book at making a highly mobile, heavily armored suit that would allow GADF commandos to go anywhere, and fight anyone. While it still holds the same downsides of any powered armor, the Lionheart is designed with heavy powered systems, allowing the GADF Commandos to be the best equipped units in the military.
