    • Tenkaichi: THe shining capital in an oasis in the largest desert. With gleaming towers and buildings and the golden palace where the leadership of Frisal reside.
      • The Golden Hawk Throne: Shining and pure.... the ancient throne of their people has been moved and placed over a stone of legend. THe emperor sits absolute over the people but he is kind while firm.
      • The Invisible Bazaar: A massive bazaar where anything and everything can be traded or bought... and one of the rare permanent hubs for the invisible economy where credits, planets, ships and even more are traded like water.
    • Frisal Diplomatic Offices: Created to handle the many offworlder accounts and shipyards. The primary authority when it comes to enforcing Frisal rules and regulations for the visiting governments that use their shipyards and resources.

    • Crown and Spears Hall: Built as a universal hall for traders and merchants. On the world it allows many along the trade spine to better handle their cargo and credits or convert them as needed.
POPULATION
  • Native Species: Loirbnigg
  • Immigrated Species: Human
  • Population: Heavy
  • Demographics: Human
  • Primary Languages:
  • Culture:
    • Polite in many ways to a fault.. they love meeting new people and hearing the stories that they bring with them. From traders and merchants to royals visiting and many more who come to just check things out or try to make trade deals. THeir politeness and laws are tied to it with many laws and regulations about rudeness, accusations and courtesy that is required at all times. With harsh penalties for breaking the rules up to public executions and banishment. While rigid they are not without consideration and can forgive to a point but continued rudeness can result is harsh punishments.
    • IN terms of art they are different... semi permanent inks that will wash off after several months after often used and their bodies are the canvas with artists regarded for their skill in conveying it. It is not uncommon for epic tales to come out across several subjects detailing scenes. Guilds and houses generally having their own artwork designed among themselves.
    • Shipbuilding is highly skilled and regarded... an artistic design flare to it as dozens of families that work and employ in the various yards compete with different styles of building. The various groups working to make contracts and competing with each other in business. Discouraging wars among the houses and clans directly it is better to be able to beat your rival with your skill and for duels of honor among clans a formal declaration of intent is only polite to issue.
    • Reforms: Considered a barbaric practice by many in the galaxy. The government of Frisal builds its military two ways, criminals looking to reduce their sentences and war slaves. The act lessens the need and stress on their own numbers and is meant to have a psychological effect as captured soldiers are made to fight their own people or criminals who are more expendable can be sent into dangerous situations. With biometrics on their weapons, killswitches implanted as well as often there being little choice left. Enemy combatants if they survive are given a chance to become citizens and make a life while criminals can reduce their sentences to being free with enough work.
GOVERNMENT & ECONOMY
  • Government: Monacrchy
  • Affiliation: Atrisian Commonwealth
  • Wealth: Wealthy: One of the larger allies of Atrisia and within the Commonwealth seen as a shipyard. Dozens of them are throughout the system for the worlds of the Commonwealth and each are rented to produce for different worlds.
  • Stability: High: The emperor and empress are well loved as they bring trade and credits to Frisal and its people, keep the water flowing in the deserts and have commerce as needed. Jobs from the many different shipyards for unions and
  • Freedom & Oppression: Controlled freedom, while they have freedom to express themselves they are largely organized as a part of a trade spine in the galaxy. Seeing millions of ships... commerce from around the galaxy. THey adopt and adapt but they aare usually putting forward some of the best manners. TO the point they are often regimented in enforcing it among the citizens. Being impolite, being rude, being loud is discouraged and can be punished with some forgiveness for offworlders the first time but for those who have visited more than once they know the rules and regulations and harsher punishment can be done.
MILITARY & TECHNOLOGY
  • Military: A mixture relying on their own defense force combined with Commonwealth ships from Atrisia. To defend the shipyards that function across Commonwealth space.
  • Technology: Galactic Standard on par with Atrisia using fabricators and dimensional engineering. With emphasis on shipyards and developing vessels for many worlds within the Commonwealth that don't have the means and handling the contracts that Atrisia can't fulfill because of their own obligations.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
THe Kingdom of Frisal began several thousand years before the formation of the Old Republic as two things. It was first visited by early Atrisian explorers and in the beginning stages of their own space race. The proximity to the Atrisi system gave it the best access and the two became allies in trade between their worlds. WHen Herglic traders found them it slowly developed more and more and the worlds developed together joining the Republic eventually as many other worlds did. Massive trade benefits as well as developing worlds. Frisal being closer to Atrisia and in the region closer to the trade route made it ideal to act aas a HUB world that would be able to send and filer some traders coming to Atrisia and then later the other worlds of the commonwealth itself. The worlds within the area being added and brought under their banner as they could share some resources, information and strengthen each other against pirates.

The centuries with the Republic were largely uneventful. THeir world changed, some kingdoms rose but most were brought together with the advent of space travel. They were no longer dozens of nations fighting over resources... they were a planet in the vastness of the universe and they were small. BEfore they had spent time with warlords and kings who enslaved each other but now there was a danger of others coming and enslaving them by stealing their people away. THey needed to be able to defend and they had the resources to do it. Becoming one of the Commonwealths primarily shipbuilders they worked with their allies the Atrisians to develop contracts in the core worlds and the deep core itself. Expanding themselves outwards to the system. Retracting when the Gulag plague took root in the galaxy and decimated the population. Many of their plans were put to the side while people were being worked on and attempted research to the plague was being done.

The recovery efforts of the plague after first infection were to stabilize the world. With many worlds cut off and communications in a blackout. THey pushed to re-establish their shipyards to make exploration craft and if anything get visitors back home who didn't have the means.. then to secure trade and supplies. THey rebuilt themselves rejoining Atrisia in communications as they were one fo the closest and it would take less time. As one of the Hub worlds for the planets that had been deeper in Commonwealth space they served a greater purpose. Supply lines between the two worlds were set up and secured, recovery efforts with the other worlds and repairs to their communications systems were needed. Ships to defend from possible raiders and trying to contact the larger galaxy.

The years since the plague has seen more.. with the Republic they were ignored and left alone... under the Atrisian empire they were largely there... the Fringe, First Order barely cared about them. It was beneficial as groups like the CIS were able to use their shipyards and later the Alliance would mostly just ignore them. Allowing the Commonwealth to largely function on its own and among its member worlds they would be able to distribute the newer technologies that they developed and reverse engineered. Improving drastically starship production which led to more contracts which improved drastically the economy and prosperity of the world. The Royal family of Frisal working with the emperor and empress to continue to improve as more and more diplomatic ties were established with a Sansin prince being married to the eldest daughter and effectively binding the two worlds in a more permanent union.

The Princess Junko and Prince Shoma working with them to continue to improve many of their terraforming and envirnonmental control efforts only went further to making it a stronger bond and economy growth solidified business dealing as Atrisia and Frisal could fulfill larger contracts faster together with additional shipyards being built for them to do smaller and independent ones.
