- City Name: Formos City, sometimes referred to as 'Formosa' by locals.
- Classification: Urban Center
- Location: Formos
- Affiliation: Darth Strosius, Order of Wonosa
- Population: Moderate
- Demographics: Due to a long history of smuggler traffic, Formos City is fairly diverse with an assortment of various peoples commonly found in the Outer Rim. The rough percentages are: Human 35%, Various Near-Humans 35%, Zygerrian 5%, Twi'lek 10%, Keshiri 5%, Noghiri 5%, Zabrak 5%
- Wealth: Medium, housing the planet's main spaceport as well as being the capital city of the world ensures a steady flow of traffic and commerce both internal and external.
- Stability: High, although the city's new government is relatively recent their hardline attitude and law enforcement ensures that crime is kept as low as possible. Despite this the city has received quite a boost in terms of economic opportunities and support, meaning that public attitudes are fairly positive with a sense of cautious optimism. Outsiders are inspected pretty heavily but in general as long as they aren't criminals of any kind they have little to be concerned about.
- Freedom & Oppression: Law enforcement is swift and hard, cracking down on any sort of criminal activity without hesitation. Organized crime has essentially been eradicated for all intents and purposes and has left the city with only minor offenses which even then are committed occasionally rather than constantly. In terms of the actual oppression or laws though the city isn't too different to most others, the enforcement is simply far more aggressive and swift. Citizens have much of the same freedoms and quality of life as would be expected from any typical civilized world with just a handful of additional laws relating to Sith matters being respected and upheld.
- Description: The vast majority of Formos City lies within the bed of a canyon, with homes and businesses stretching across the valley formed by the walls and some auxiliary buildings lining the top of the canyon. The city can largely be split into three distinct districts which can all be discerned fairly easily due to the differences in architecture and composition, the industrial sector which is laden with pipes and factories, the residential and commercial area which is the largest of the three districts, and the spaceport which the commercial hub of the city.
Formos Spaceport: The spaceport serves as Formos City's primary asset and source of interest, with the city essentially just cropping up around the spaceport and slowly developing over time. It's far from the largest in the galaxy of course but offers some fairly expansive warehouses and plenty of landing pads to facilitate trade of all kinds with various vessels. True to its origins as a smuggler hub it is also relatively fortified and somewhat militarized, offering an easy base for military and security assets alongside civilian and commercial use.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Largely evolving from the initial spaceport as it was frequented by more and more travelers and smugglers, Formos City was simply a byproduct of steady traffic. Warehouses and businesses based around trade and ships, both illicit and legal, would be the first to appear and would soon be joined by homes for those working in said places as well as lodgings for travelers that simply visited the spaceport. Over the years Formos City would grow into a town and then a city in its own right but it was always regarded as simply an extension of the spaceport for the most part, most if not all of its commercial and industrial efforts focused on supporting the trade income with some minor businesses for the locals and travelers to make use of.
As various powers would come and go for the world the city would steadily grow and shrink depending on the circumstances, usually just used as a base of operations for whomever had the most control over the spaceport at the time. In more recent times it was unclaimed by any one power and would simply act akin to any normal city, albeit one with a focus on scum and villainy due to a high percentage of smuggler traffic and spice trading.
This would all change when the Order of Wonosa began making their power grabs however. As the cult took more and more settlements the city itself was left alone for the most part, too populated and well defended by the various gangs and groups that called it home. The cult's war on smuggling and criminal activity did have an effect on the city however, gradually depleting the criminal population by simply not allowing them any access to the smuggling operations which were their lifeblood. Once the organized crime had been reduced and the city was without proper leadership now that the gangs had either moved on or been killed in skirmishes with the cult, the Order of Wonosa would begin making their bid to claim the city.
They spoke to the people and offered them the aid which they had been lacking now that no smuggler traffic was keeping the spaceport profitable, instilling in the locals a sense of pride and belonging that had previously been lacking. This led to the people of the city wanting to improve it and needing support from the cult to do so, steadily becoming more and more reliant upon both resources and leadership in their efforts. Soon enough the city agreed to be annexed by the cult and became the shining beacon of the Sith Dominion of Formos as its capital, with industrial projects underway to turn it from a simple backwater town into a proper city worthy of being the world's capital.
