Under the continued blaster fire from Shai, Valery managed to land the kick that disarmed Kranak. Several more bolts had struck her body, bruising her badly, but adrenaline and fighting spirit were at such a high point that she pushed herself through — there was no longer any perception of pain, and she wasn't going to stop until she physically couldn't stand and fight anymore. Perhaps a first sign that she was adapting, but she knew there was still a long way to go.

Having been pushed on the defensive, Kranak took a stance very similar to those she learned in her Bakuuni Hand training, while Shai stepped back and went for a cigarette. As tempting as it was to throw some comments at the Shistavanen, she decided against it for now and focused purely on going after Kranak, who now decided to push the offensive as well. Right as Valery threw a powerful swing down, however, she felt a surge of danger coming from Shai.

From the vambrace, a spray of carbonite was launched her way, and in her attempt to dodge it, she gave up entirely on landing her attack. Kranak exploited this perfectly, side-stepped her attack, and took hold of her weapons. In what to her felt like clunky armor, she struggled to maneuver and she had forced herself not to draw on the Force for everything. So she tried to think her way through the situation, but ultimately failed and watched the hilt of her weapon drop to the ground.

"G-gahh..." she gritted her teeth and tried to resist the choke-hold he was attempting to gain on her. With a burst of Force-augmented speed and strength, she attempted to use the abruptness of it to pull herself free and turn around to launch her knee up into his gut. At this point, it was up close and personal only, and she was going to fight until either one of them was down on the concrete floor.

Patiently weathering the Master Jetii’s unrelenting fury, the giant expected the opportunity to strike back at her to come to him in the form of the Jetii over extending, or falling prey to momentary fatigue from the relentless assault. He did not expect the Wardog, catching a smoke on the roof of the structure, to create said opportunity. It came down to him in the form of a cryoban shower, intended to spray down Valery. Sensing the incoming danger in the middle of delivering a strike, the moment’s hesitation from her side had granted him the opportunity to carry out his counter-attack.

Quick on his feet, the giant side-stepped the incoming saber with a well timed dodge; swiftly grasping her lightsaber wielding hand with his right hand, a delighted grin emerged from his scarred features as the Jetii’s purple bladed saber disappeared with a faint woosh; the hilt clattered on the ground with a metallic jingle after falling from her grasp.

Wasting no time to carry out the rest of his attack after successfully disarming his opponent, the giant manipulated her forward momentum against her as he twirled her around and placed her into a rear choke hold; Kranak’s left, mechanical elbow began fastening tightly around the Master Jetii’s throat like a python, intending to bite down on the arteries of her throat to knock her out cold.

But the Jetii, fighting like the cornered prey she was, broke free from the giant’s iron-like grapple after a few moment’s struggle, seemingly with renewed and increased speed and strength; much to the giant’s surprise. Turning around towards him on her feet at the blink of an eye, the giant could not assume a defensive stance fast enough to block the lightning fast knee driven up to his gut where he had no form of armor to block the incoming strike. To allow him ease of movement in combat, there was a considerable gap in his armor between the lower part of his chest plate and the buckle of his warbelt; his lower abdomen.

He clenched his teeth in a natural response to the throbbing pain he felt on his abs, but an audible indication of the hurt escaped his lips not.

Forearms raised over the chest underneath his chin once more, the giant was forced onto the defense once again; not so fast to unleash a torrent of attacks, the man would take a moment to familiarize himself with her attack pattern; although quick on her feet, her unaccustomed nature to the armor she wore was weighing her down slightly.

Flashing a smile invisible to Valery from underneath his armored visage, the giant gently tapped the heel of his left boot onto the floor; the three inch vibrodagger built into his boot’s sole emerged from its housing on the toe of the boot with a metallic rasp of its razor-sharp blade. In one swift motion, the giant threw a left side kick at her midriff with the intention to drive the blade into her flank. If successful, the giant would then follow up his initial opener with a series of hooks and jabs, targeting vulnerabilities, but prioritizing her eyes, neck, her solar plexus and groin.

When the choke hold broke, Valery was able to catch her breath but showed no sign of weakness to her opponent in the form of expression changes or exaggerated breathing. Similarly, the knee she planted in his gut to retaliate was bound to hurt, but he showed no sign of it bothering him either. It brought a brief grin to Valery's face, as she realized that it was likely they had both been bruised and maybe even broken something, yet nothing stopped them from fighting on. In training with other Jedi, she could never push herself this far against them, nor could she expect them to do it — the training was a lot less risky, and while it was still effective, she was starting to grow fond of the Mandalorian way of training.

Now with Kranak on the defensive again, Valery unleased a barrage of measured combinations, ranging from simple one-two strikes like a boxer would, to testing his defenses with a few powerful kicks. But as it went on, she began to notice that the fire in her movements was fading out slowly. The armor was weighing her down, she had spent a lot of energy at this point to keep up with two incredibly skilled Mandalorians, and she was doing her best not to rely on the Force to fix anything for her. This fight was coming to an end one way or another somewhere in the next few minutes, and she was going to do her best to make the most out of it.

But the flow of the fight sadly turned against her.

With a powerful kick, her left side wasn't just bruised this time — she felt a sharp pain and realized a blade had punctured her side, drawing out blood to weaken her further. It caused a sharp breath to leave her lips, but she was given no time to recover. A quick follow-up strike connected with her head, staggering her and causing another wound that sent a stream of blood down her brow and over her right eye. Another connected with the other side of her head, dazing her further and setting her stumbling back. But a final kick aimed at the groin really hit hard and caused her to fall over, and onto her back.

However, it had sparked something else as well.

A powerful desire to get him back for it had fueled her body to ignore the pain, and so she rolled over and suddenly exploded back towards him, not with anger, but definitely with a fiery passion in her. Another series of attacks were aimed at him but with more speed and strength than the minute before, and to finish it off, she aimed an uppercut, not at the liver or stomach, but straight for the crown jewels, hoping to force his body to bend forward from the shock of pain. If it worked, she'd reach for each side of his head with her hands, augment her forehead and finally greet him back with a powerful headbutt.

She was bleeding heavily at this point, in the face, her mouth, and her body, but she wasn't going to stop until she could no longer move.

Shai cringed as Kranak let loose against her, taking her shots without so much as a flinch. The blade from his boot didn't escape her sight, though she couldn't help but feel bad for the Jedi as Kranak rang her bell properly. With one final kick to her groin, Valery crashed into the ground. For a moment, Shai wondered if that was all it took to knock her down.

She was pleasantly surprised.

Valery got back up and retaliated against Kranak with powerful, swift moves and finally a kick that earned a loud "Oof!" from the Shistavanen as she brought a fist up to her mouth. "Luckily you already got kids, huh Kran?" She snickered as she tossed her cigarette into the rubble, her gaze focusing on Val's wound in her side as the Wardog subconsciously licked her chops. With a smell as good as that, she couldn't stay out of the fight any longer.

"Come on, Val. You tired already?" She spoke up as she jumped off the pile of rubble and landed a few steps away from her with a loud, metallic thud. "Take that sun bonnet off, I wanna see the fire go out." She growled with a roll of her shoulders. As a taunt, she used her whipcord to pull her fallen lightsaber to her hand and toss it back to the woman, but Shai remained unarmed as she closed the distance between them. "You're gonna need that, Master Jedi."

Her jetpack came to life and propelled her towards the Jedi, fists at the ready to continue the fight. With lethal efficiency, Shai hurled powerful punches at the Jedi while using her thick vambraces to block any retaliation from her. Though she relied a lot more on ducking and weaving around the woman's attacks. She wanted to teach one final lesson, though the context would have to wait until after she was conscious again. Moving like someone carrying significantly less weight, Shai pressed the attacks, targeting her head and the wound in her side with her powerful attacks.

A bright smile emerged from the Mandalorian’s weathered, and scar riddled visage upon feeling the sensation of his left boot vibrodagger running through the Master Jetii’s flesh that followed right behind in the wake of his kick. Removing the blade as quick as he had driven into her flesh, the giant of a man then commenced his counter-attack against his opponent, exploiting the opening he had created for himself that allowed to dish out the punishment she had wrought on him while he was in the defense; he felt the bone crack under his armored gauntlet as he threw a powerful left jab at her visage. Witnessing the woman visibly staggering in the wake of the powerful strike, the giant granted her not a moment’s respite. Winding up another strike, the giant mercilessly went on to follow up his jab with a powerful right hook; driven straight into her left temple, the blow had her involuntarily stumble backwards a few steps.

Her currently crumbling defense mustered to protect her visage to intercept the giant’s future strikes and blows as a reaction to his attack pattern, her midriff and below were left open to attack; swiftly identifying the gaps in her defense, the giant pressed on his attack, landing a swift, punishing right kick on to her left groin; a brief chuckle escaped his lips at the sight of the Jetii falling onto the ground. The pair of dark brown eyes looked at her with a glint of expectation from underneath his glowing white visor. They had traded merciless blows back and forth, but was this going to be what had brought her defeat?

Was she going to raise her hand, and yield?

The fire burning within her pair of orange eyes as she rolled over on the ground before getting back up to her feet stated otherwise, much to the giant’s liking and respect. The Master Jetii’s gaze did not convey anger, but something else he could not perceive at the moment. The Vizsla heartily chuckled at the sight, giving her a brief, approving nod of his head as he deceivingly assumed a defensive stance for the moment. Approaching him swiftly to strike, the giant had made the mistake of attempting to feint a right jab and hit her with a left uppercut in truth, as a swift jab landed onto his side, punching some air out of him; despite all her injuries and the punishment her body endured, she reposted with the kind of speed and strength that was two fold of what she had displayed before.

Realizing his mistake, the giant mustered back to a proper defense, intercepting, blocking and side-stepping her strikes as best he could, but he could not intercept them all in time. The woman struck him like lightning. The giant’s bones underneath her hammer-like fists cracked, each blow that found its mark from the gaps of his armor caused a tidal wave of pain. Although the pain was currently bearable, with adrenaline and excitement of the fight running hot in his veins, he would feel its true ache and the toll of it all once the fight had concluded.

Falling to the same mistake as her, while trying to protect his flanks and upper body, he had left his groin unprotected, trusting the armor plates to keep him away from harm’s way. It would prove to be a costly mistake, as she feigned an uppercut to his gut, and changed its course right onto his crotch.

"Oof!" from the Shistavanen as she brought a fist up to her mouth. "Luckily you already got kids, huh Kran?" She snickered

Biting his lips to endure the pain, he could taste the acrid, coppery taste of his own blood on his lips as the blow staggered him. Falling to an involuntary crouch from the pain, the giant tried to get back up to his feet and fight on, but just as he was mustering the strength to do just that, the Master Jetii did not waste a second to get back at the Mandalorian greeting he had met her with before the fight; the armored, featureless visage of the giant recoiled back in response to her stern kov’nyn. With a red hue cast over his vision from the woman’s headbutt, he stumbled back a few steps while he rose from the crouched stance he involuntarily assumed from the kick to his crotch. The pained giant assumed a defensive stance once more as fast as he could afterwards, expecting her to press on her advantage over him; although he had endured pain far worse and fought on in battle before, this pain was of the kind he would not forget so fast.

<”Arghhhh…”> a pained groan escaped his lips as he momentarily disengaged from the brawl as the Wardog descended down upon her with her jetpack after tossing the Jetii’s saber at her, taking the heat off him for the moment. <”It looked that bad, huh?”> The man heaved a sigh as he watched the fight between the two unfold, looking for an opening to get back into the action and support his comrade. <”She’s got one hell of a fighting spirit, got to give her that!”> The giant joyfully said with a hearty chuckle in between bated breath; his stamina rejuvenated, with the pain becoming more bearable with each passing second, the giant got back into the thick of it.

Aware of his comrade’s position in the brawl at all times, he positioned himself clear of Shai to allow her ease of movement for her, and placed himself to the side and rear of the Master Jetii in hopes to stretch her defenses, hoping to enable both himself and his comrade to get through her defenses easier. Attacking when the flow of the fight allowed him to do so, the giant would return her fury in kind with a torrent of attacks of his own, aiming for her lungs, stomach and kidneys this time.

The fire that had ignited after being kicked in the groin shifted the tide of her little clash with Kranak, and after landing several powerful attacks, she managed to land the hit against his crotch that got him to stumble. The headbutt that followed smeared blood over his helmet, but the augmentation she had used prevented a concussion for herself, while a lot of force was transferred into her opponent's face. Now was the time to follow up and bring him down, but before she could, a familiar voice called out to her.

"Come on, Val. You tired already?" She spoke up as she jumped off the pile of rubble and landed a few steps away from her with a loud, metallic thud. "Take that sun bonnet off, I wanna see the fire go out."

"Not before I burn the fur off your face," she hissed back, and rather than accepting the lightsaber to be used as a weapon, she clipped it to her belt and gave Shai what she was asking for. Around Valery's fists and arms, powerful flames ignited, and as the first of the Shistavanen's attacks were launched her way, she began to block them with incredible heat being forced against her opponent each time there was contact. In between her blocks and parries, she tried to land fiery punches against the woman, hoping to give her a piece as well after having hit Kranak in the nuts. But as was to be expected, she was finally losing the fuel to keep going.

More strikes were landing, bruising her body, breaking some ribs, and especially a hit against the bleeding cut in her side really knocked her back a few steps as jolts of pain rushed through her nervous system. Just in time for Kranak to recover as well, who joined in on the beating. She was bleeding heavily, in pain, and struggled to fight back, and so she decided to unleash one last attack against the two Mandalorians. One that wouldn't be able to take them down, but one that represented much of who she was.

With a loud and powerful scream, both arms extended to the sides, and the air all around the three ignited in flames that were promptly directed to slam into the Mandalorians with incredible force. Their armor was more than likely going to protect them to a large extent, and so they'd come back to beat her down, but if they didn't push through the fire and flames, they were going to consume them.

Shai's eyes widened for a moment as Valery's arms and fists erupted in flames, earning a precious second or two for the Jedi to score a number of hits against the Shistavanen. She knew the danger fire posed for Xyoz, and she wasn't under any impression that it would be any different for her... but she wouldn't back down now. Her armour was heating up with each block or punch from the Jedi, though Shai didn't let up for a moment as she attacked her opponent.

<”She’s got one hell of a fighting spirit, got to give her that!”>

"This is nothing." Shai growled through the fighting, more for herself than them. "I want to see those eyes. I want to see Empress Teta's flames in them." She snarled, hoping to get into the Jedi's head as she used the heated vambraces and gauntlets against her. The Wardog certainly got her wish, though, as Valery unleashed a wall of hellfire against the two Mandalorians. Perhaps she made it a little bit too personal...

A pained howl escaped Shai as the flames enveloped her, setting her mane and fur aflame across her head. The howl cut out for a brief second, before the Wardog's demonic form burst from the flames with a snarl, a heated glove reaching out to grab hold of the Jedi's neck around the cortosis-weave body glove. Crimson eyes, splattered with burst vessels, glared at the Jedi with a mix of pain and feral hunger. Shai let loose with her free hand, punching at Valery's face and side before she would attempt to throw her at Kranak.

She backed out and dropped to one knee almost immediately after to pat down and kill the flames across her head and neck. Once the last of the flames were gone, the seared flesh started to mend and the fur grew back, though she continued to clutch her head with clenched eyes.

Although alarm bells started to ring inside the giant’s mind for his comrade’s well being as Valery’s fists and forearms were suddenly set aflame as bright as a midnight pyre, the Vizsla appeared to be not taken aback in the slightest by the woman’s unexpected feat in the Force, similar to his comrade’s reaction at the sight of her display. He was, however, aware of the danger the fire posed towards the Wardog and her kind. In hopes of breaking the Master Jetii’s focus that enabled her to set her fists aflame, the giant quickly coiled back his right fist in preparation for a stern jab, intended to strike the woman on her right kidney as the Wardog held most, if not, all her attention.

"This is nothing." Shai growled through the fighting, more for herself than them. "I want to see those eyes. I want to see Empress Teta's flames in them." She snarled.

But just a moment before he could deliver the brutish blow he had intended for the Master Jetii, the Wardog muttered a taunt at her, which Valery responded in kind in the coming moments. Her action spoke louder than a smart retort possibly could; the woman let out an ear splitting scream that boomed inside the room; a massive, invisible, yet all too real and perceivable hand that followed in the wake of a maelstrom of red hot flames that had suddenly appeared out of thin air, and engulfed all three of them in a ring of fire, had thrown him against a wall across the room with considerable force, flying through the flames without the flame retardant fabric of his clothing catching fire; the kinetic impact gel between his the armor plates at the back side of his armored cuirass had hardened, cracked and crumbled to dust, taking the brunt of the impact as the giant flew through the wall into the adjacent room, landing on his back on the rubble strewn floor.

With not even a pained groan escaping between the man’s bloodied, gritted teeth, the giant brushed off the pieces of debris strewn over him as he stood back onto his feet, and sprinted back into the fight with all due haste as the piercing, pained howl of his friend reached his ears; the piece of rebar jutting out from his midriff did not register during the heat of the moment, as adrenaline coarsed within his veins.

Uncaring of the ever present danger the ring of fire posed to him, despite his fireproof armor and clothing, and wholly unaware of the rebar slick with his blood that pierced his flesh from back to front, jutting out from his midriff, giant jumped and leapt forward towards Valery with all his strength and speed he could muster, intending to tackle her to the ground. If successful with what he sought, the giant would try to keep her pinned down on to the ground by sitting on her torso, severely limiting her movement in doing so, and would bring down his punches crashing onto her already battered visage without showing signs of relent or fatigue, in an attempt to knock her out cold.

Only the inferno lashing out at the Mandalorians and ruins around them was as intense as the look in Valery's eyes. The pain, the suffering, and memories that rushed into her mind after Shai's comment fueled an attack she would have never been able to create in her current condition, but now it was ready to consume everything. The shistavanen's head was set on fire, Kranak was launched back and suppressed by the flames, and Valery, while in control of herself, had no intentions of stopping.

But through the raging flames, Shai would finally be the first to strike back, and after grabbing hold of Valery's neck, several punches connected before she was shoved in Kranak's direction. The fire around them now remained, but without the Jedi's control over them, they began to violently and chaotically swirl around the three, only burning them more if they got in the way. But, at last, Kranak recovered and through his own pain, charged at Valery to knock her down to the ground.

With the large man on top of her, and several punches connecting with her head, Valery lost whatever strength she had left instantly. Blood rushed out of her mouth through a few coughs, but finally, she blacked out completely, leaving the two Mandalorians in a burning street with a now severely injured Jedi Master, who was not going to wake up easily anymore. Despite the armor, despite the change of fighting style she had imposed on herself, she had given her all and fought until the end.

Now her recovery laid in the hands of the two warriors who had worked together to bring her down.

The Jedi was finally subdued, but the flames still spiralled around the two of them with no indication of dissipating. Shai had hoped that it would cease with Valery getting knocked out, but she was sorely mistaken. As she opened her eyes and looked around, the heat still washed over her as the flames came dangerously close to setting her on fire again.

Moving with renewed urgency, she tapped Kranak against the head and motioned for him to get out while she picked up the Jedi and threw her unconscious form over her shoulder. Only once they were all out of harm's way, far away from the flames, did Shai drop her to the ground with heavy breaths. New embers licked at her mane as she glanced up at Kranak with a tired smile. "Holy kriff, that hurt like hell..." She muttered with a heavy breath. Though as she focused on Kranak, her eyes went wide as she jumped to her feet and rushed over to him. "Dude! You okay?" She asked him urgently as she yanked his helmet off and studied the piece of rebar sticking through him.

"Holy kriff, dude... Y'all are both karked up." She muttered as she tried to think of a solution. With the immediate danger to both his life and Valery's, the Wardog was left with only one option to at least get them both patched up enough to get out of the training area. She yanked off a vambrace and a gauntlet, bit into her wrist, and shoved the fresh wound against Kranak's mouth as she yanked the rebar out of him. "Drink up and don't think about it." She ordered him with a serious glare. Once she was sure he had enough, she reopened the wound and did the same to the unconscious Jedi on the ground.

Her blood wouldn't heal them up entirely, but it would at least close the wounds and stabilize the two of them enough to comfortably get to a bacta tank. "Let's get out of here, that fire's scaring the hell outta me." She grumbled as she heaved the Jedi off the ground once again to carry her out of the training area while she held an arm around Kranak. The scent of their blood was intoxicating, being so close to the two wounded people. Her stature betrayed her as she blinked and shook her head, her gaze looking more like she was sitting with a meal in front of her than a person as she glanced up at Kranak. But she pressed on, holding it together for just long enough to hand them over to the medics outside before she rushed off...

One punch after the other, uncaring of the ring of fire expanding towards the other rooms in the structure they’ve brawled in, the giant’s unrelenting blows only came to a halt when the Master Jetii, pinned underneath the Vizsla, moved no more; his drawn fist suspended mid air as he halted, restraining himself, preventing himself from getting carried away more as the giant gazed down upon her battered, bloodied visage. She was no longer moving.

The man’s eyes underneath the glowing visor widened in growing apprehension at the realization of the situation. She was no longer moving!

Coming to his senses, the giant attempted to lower his helmet mounted Macrobinoculars as he slid off of her to her left, getting off her as the crumbling and cracking of the shifting rubble in the wake of hurried footsteps reached his ears. The Wardog was at his side not soon after, tapping the side of his helmet. Turning to look at her visage, the giant only then realized the loud crackling flames that engulfed the building. The giant gave a silent nod of his head as the Wardog picked up Valery’s unconscious body and threw her over her shoulder.

With the simulation coming to an end automatically, signaled by a series of sharp whines in short intervals a few moments after they had sprinted out the building; the fire prevention equipment in the simulation room kicked in not long after to douse flames of the structure caught on fire, and prevent its spread.

"Holy kriff, that hurt like hell..." She muttered with a heavy breath.

Crouching beside the Master Jetii as the Wardog set her down in between heavily bated breath, the giant lowered the Macrobinoculars, turning on its built in medisensor with a wordless command. In the process of performing a quick scan to get a better understanding of the injuries they had wrought on her body, the giant gave a silent response of acknowledgement in the form of a curt nod at the Wardog’s words as she spoke.

Though as she focused on Kranak, her eyes went wide as she jumped to her feet and rushed over to him. "Dude! You okay?" She asked him urgently.

In the middle of diagnosing and identifying the full extent of her injuries, the giant was forced to look away from Valery’s unmoving, unconscious body and at the Wardog’s visage; the Shistavanen’s voice trilled with genuine concern as she rushed towards him. <”What..?”> Kranak muttered a bit weakly; although he did not notice it at that moment, the volume of blood he had lost from the obvious injury in the form of a piece of rebar jutting out his abdomen, was starting to take its toll on him, even though the foreign object embedded into his flesh slowed down the bleeding to an extent.

The heads-up display of his visor before his eyes disappeared as the Wardog yanked off his helmet. Trailing right behind the pair of red eyes that glowed with a glint of concern, the giant finally discovered the culprit behind the rising sensation of fatigue. <”Aahhh,”> the giant groaned under his breath as he drew his right hand onto the rebar, grasping it gently. <”Looks like I'm awarded another medal,”> the giant quipped with a grin, looking up at the concerned Wardog before him.

"Holy kriff, dude... Y'all are both karked up." She muttered.

<”Yeah, no kidding,”> The giant muttered as he turned his gaze towards the Master Jetii’s unconscious body; the crimson blood covering her features, as well as the fiery orange of the dying out flames in the distance by the ruin of a house, began losing color in the giant’s vision. <”I’ll be fine, we got to make sure she’s okay,”> the giant muttered as he reached for a single use bacta auto-injector from his IFAK pouch from his warbelt. He just needed a bit of bacta for his processing implant to kick in and heal from his injuries.

As he popped the cap covering the injector’s needle with his thumb, a surprised expression emerge from the giant’s bloodied, battered visage at the sound of razor-sharp teeth ripping away at someone’s flesh; turning his gaze to the Wardog, the giant was taken aback at the sight of the Shistavanen ripping out a chunk of flesh from her own wrist.

<”What in Death’s name-”> his words were cut short as the Wardog simply buried his mouth into the fresh, bleeding wound. His eyes widened in confusion; struggling for a brief moment to try and pull himself away, the giant ceased his attempt at her words as the Wardog only seemed to be pressing his mouth over the injury more firmly with the attempt.

"Drink up and don't think about it." She ordered him with a serious glare.

The giant hesitated only for a moment before eventually carrying out her command; it wasn’t the serious tone of her voice, or the glare that convinced him, but the fact that he had gotten to trust her with his life over the years, the way she trusted hers with him in return. Just as the giant began drinking the blood from her wound, the Wardog pulled back the piece of rebar with all her strength; the giant coughed in pain and gasped for air as the pain washing up all over his body felt like strangling his lungs. With a sickening, meaty swish, the rebar slick with his own blood came loose, leaving a see-through hole, two inch in diameter on his midriff.

Enduring the pain as he raised his right hand, he firmly clutched and pressed his hand onto the exit wound on his midriff. Without an apparent issue, the giant drank the blood gushing and flowing freely from the Wardog’s self caused injury. Drinking blood… the sensation was odd, something he was certainly not used to, nor was it something he intended to get used to it, but he did not get queasy from drinking the thick crimson fluid either; he had eaten and drank things that tasted far worse than mere blood during his survival training course in the Union Army, after all.

The Wardog’s firm grasp faded away only after she had made sure he had drunk enough. Allowed to pull himself back, the giant watched her bite off a chunk from the same part of her wrist again, only to force-feed her own blood to the Master Jetii. He hadn’t understood what she was trying to do at that moment, but he did venture the idea it was for their benefit; an attempt to stabilize them perhaps? What other answer to that question would there be under this circumstance, anyway?

He was aware of the regenerative capabilities of her kind, of the Sangnir, but he did not know drinking their blood helped with healing an injury they had.

Pulling his hand away from the exit wound to take a look at his injury, the giant was genuinely surprised to see the injury showing telltale signs of regeneration, but it was slow. Guaranteeing the regeneration, the giant jabbed the needle of the auto injector in his left hand at his gut, and pressed on the plastoid cap at the back of the injector; the chilly, serene and relieving sensation of bacta coarsing through his veins relieved him of the throbbing pain that washed over all across his body a moment after. He drew the needle away and chucked the spent auto-injector onto the ground afterwards.

Shifting his gaze at his wound, the giant heaved a relieved sigh at the sight of the injury healing right before his eyes; the torn flesh and tissue reconstructed and reconnected, leaving only a faint scar in the same diameter as the rebar where the injury once was.

A new ‘medal’ he’d bear with honor.

"Let's get out of here, that fire's scaring the hell outta me." She grumbled

Reaching for his helmet thrown at the ground earlier, the giant slipped it on as he pushed himself off the ground back to his feet while the Wardog threw Valery’s unconscious body over her shoulder. Feeling dizzy from the volume of blood he had lost, with color still lacking from his vision somewhat, the giant did not deny the Wardog’s offer for assistance to walk. Not leaning on her heavily still, they made their way out the simulation room, headed for the infirmary nearby.

The macrobinoculars still lowered and on medisensor mode, the giant shifted his armored visage at the Wardog’s, taking a look at her, even though he knew she had healed from the injuries Valery had wrought on her body, at least mostly.

It was around then he noticed an oddness in her, the way she looked up at him; the strange glint in her eyes. She looked at him the way one looked at a delicious, appetizing meal, with a hunger to satisfy.

He understood what was going on.

<”Hey,”> the giant raised and pressed his mechanical left hand over her chest plate, bringing her to a halt. <”Why don’t you head home? I’m feeling better now. I’ll get her to the infirmary to get her patched up,”> the giant said as he reached and pulled the Master Jetii’s unconscious body off the Wardog’s shoulder. Holding the injured woman in his arms, the giant continued to speak. <”Go get some rest, take a hot shower and relax. I’ll give you a call in an hour, keep you in the loop as to her medical status,”> He tried to convince her; his words sounded more like an order than an advice.

Where they were going to admit Valery for treatment, there would be more injured warriors healing there; that meant more blood. The Wardog, although very much the same person from before she was taken away during the Battle on Roon, her nature was changed. She craved blood, and was tempted by it. People still hadn’t taken kindly to her presence after everything that went down, and if she could not contain her desire for blood and tried to fulfill that craving in an environment that only tempted her more, that would only make things worse for her.

The giant would turn around and continue making his way towards the infirmary at a brisk pace after the Wardog left them. From there it didn’t take him long to reach the infirmary and admit the incapacitated Master Jetii for treatment of her injuries. The giant would remain in the medical wing for a few hours, monitoring her treatment himself after getting a blood transfusion to replenish the volume of blood he had lost.

Keeping himself busy as he monitored her condition, having notified the Wardog of her improving status in the first hour of the Jetii’s admittance to the infirmary, the giant began analyzing the holo recording of their training session, taking notes onto his datapad.

Despite the serious injuries, it was a rather eventful and an educational experience over all, for the three of them. They had revealed the Jetii’s strengths and weaknesses to her during the fight, as they got a good measure of her capabilities.

They would have things to discuss once she woke up, healed from her injuries.
