Voss
Temple Courtyard
0700hrs

When life brings new challenges, new aspects and theories one should always familiarize and remaster the basics. The roots and foundations that make them who they are always need to be worked upon, advanced and adjusted with the fluidity of the universe itself and the force. Always changing, manifesting and evolving. An Open mind, free and relaxed soul are an asset to the progression of a ever growing roots of one's foundation. This is why you would see the likes of Jue Yaun, a warrior monk and student of life, revisiting the teachings of the past.

Breath in, Breath out, repeat

Jue sat cross legged in the middle of the temple's courtyard. The moisture filled air of voss was alien to the jedhian, a welcomed new experience for the young man who spent a life time breathing dust of the arid cold climate of Jedha. Even the planet's gravity was a strain and took time to acclimate to standard gravitation pull for Jedha was just a small dessert moon and Jue had never ventured off world till the day Arisa had come and collected him. This was life throwing new challenges at him and he was ready.

Breath in, Breath out, Repeat.

The meditation was a way to clear his mind and soul and ready himself for the days activities. He was a new comer to Voss and to the Order. Had not made any relations with his fellow peers, but time will fix that. He was a humble man, approachable and always open to meeting new people. Its why he was an effective preacher of Whills. Curiosity will bring them to him, that he had no doubt in.

Breath in, Breath out, Repeat

Jue took a long deep final breath to his self imposed meditation. He enjoyed the new sensations of Voss, the smells, the moisture the noises of life. IT was a rich moment for him, empowering him with joyful motivation and the confidence in the belief he was on the right path to his higher learning. He open his eyes, gazing all that was around him. The green plants in the courtyard and off in the distance the trees that covered the mountains. Birds could be seen above and heard squawking and playing the songs of their race. Jue slowly stood, his feet bare and his body covered in a simple white monks robe.

He began to slowly move his body and limbs through the forms of his martial arts. Stretching his muscles, getting the blood running with each precise and methodical action he took. Foundations, was like meditation in the repetitive nature. His body needed to acclimate to Voss and he could not find a better way than Martial Arts to accomplish such task. His movements would slowly get faster and more focused and elaborately exotic in the complexity of the art. Some would see him as practicing, others may see him showing off. Either-way, it will draw attention and attract his peers to him and entertain the possibilities of connection.

When it raines, it pours.
Samara Raine was walking back through the temple courtyard from the greenhouse where the apprentice healer of [member="Valae Kitra"] had gone to check on the medicinal plants growing there when she spotted a new face doing what looked like a meditative kata. The teenage padawan knew of another Jedi Knight who performed something akin to this, but had never herself done anything like it.

A bench was soon found amongst the tranquility and beautiful surroundings nearby. The honey blonde didn't mean to stare at [member="Jue Yaun"] as her sea green gaze took in the young man dressed in a simple monk's robe. He was mesmerizing to watch move through each level. Samara soon closed her eyes after a few moments of observation as she sat there, then drifted into a light meditative state as well.

She felt the familiar Light side of the Force tentacles wrap her in a warm, welcoming embrace. It was soothing to the young padawan's mind, body, and soul. There was so much to do and learn to become a Jedi Healer not to mention a Knight. Samara hoped she was meeting her master's expectations, and those of the Silver Jedi Order, with all her hard work and dedication.

Dagos had woken up this morning feeling the desire to move. He wanted to leave his room and find something, anything to do. His Master, Jairdain, had been missing for several weeks and Dagos had yet to really latch on to any other senior Jedi. He'd spent some time staying near Arisa, the GrandMaster of the silver order to which he belonged but he knew she had a padawaan of her own so he'd still kept himself fair distant but still, he found unlike in the past where he would shut himself in and away from the rest of the order when his feelings became too much, now he sought out the company of others. Hoping that having people around him would force him to continue training and becoming a man worthy of the title Jedi Knight.

Dagos wandered around the temple a bit. He found something to eat and stopped in one of the libraries but he did not linger long before once again taking off down one of the corridors looking for...something. Eventually his walking took him near the courtyard where he found two other padawaan deep in meditation. For whatever reason the sight made him smile and the scene appeared to be very inviting so he went and he joined them.

He dropped down to his knees somewhere in between the others who were already there, trying not to get to close to either to disturb them.

Hello. He said to them telepathically offically announcing his presence.

Yuroic had decided to spend time in the gardens that were flourishing on Voss, during his one of his walks through the nature he spotted Dagos sitting with Samara, a Jedi he recognised as Valae's Padawan, he met them both first time when construction the gardens. Close to them was another man, one he did not recognise and he was performing a kata in a meditative state. It was interesting to see how different people found ways to relax and go into meditative states. His arms crossed as he just stood and watched them go on with their calming ways before deciding to join them.

Wearing his new dark Padawan robes, with a long dark green cloak, he wandered into the outer edge of the group before dropping his cloak to the floor. Standing near the new person, he studied the kata for a few moments, unfamiliar with it, it was not a Jedi Form so it must have come from his people. That peaked Yuroic's curiosity and he wanted to know more of the man's people and possibly learn these katas for himself. Perhaps it could be useful in combat one day. For now, he left the man undisturbed and fell into his own meditative state. Feeling the flow of the Force, surrounding him, all around him. It was in every small creature to the largest tree, he had even felt the Force within a planet before. Once he was calm and his breathing slow but regular, his body moved in a steady pace, performing Niman, the sixth lightsaber form. His new preferred choice in combat, his movements were swift and decent. He was still learning and it would be years before he was a master but he was determined to learn and become ever stronger in it.

It had been some time since Nagate had interacted with his fellow Jedi. Secludig himself to his chambers most days he was on Voss and when on mission, he hardly spoke even in the presence of his allies. He'd taken a stroll through the courtyard between the archives and his favorite lunch spot. He paused a moment to observe the strange and intriguing nature of the practicing Jedi.

He was nearly the opposite of Nagate, white clothing, inviting posture, no hair. Nagate wore his mask, typical black attire and coat, with a full head of midnight black hair. He turned and approached the gathering that was already blossoming.

Nagate moved in at the edge of the creation of a circle around the foreigner. He removed his mask and took off his jacket. Revealing his saber and vibroknife both sheathed in shoulder holsters.

"Young Jedi, I'm Nagate. Your technique is amazing, care to teach me a thing or two?"

Jue did not need the force to sense the three beings nearby in varied states of curiosity and meditation. He could see them with his naked eyes as he worked through the choreographed Tao lu (Kata). He heard a faded voice in his head, a greeting of hello. One of the padawans were practicing Telepathy, an experience that Jue had not felt before, his thoughts being invaded was intriguing and troubling at the same time. Nearly broke his concentration at the task at hand and almost stumbled. Seems there was lots to be learned from these Jedi, that he knew and such excited him with the prospect.

The young monk righted himself, his brown eyes gazing upon those that had come forth. He simply clasped his hands in what looked like a prayer and bowed his head towards them in his gesture of greetings. " I am Jue Yaun" His humble soft voice introduced himself to all four of them.

It was Nagate that garnished his full attention. His curiosity was on the Jedhian's martial prowess, given that the taolu was more then not foreign to the Silver Jedi Order. But he was certain that the concept and philosophy was the same behind the routine. He wanted to be taught a thing or two...... To Jue that sounded like a challenge or a initial call to spar. But since he was the foreigner to this world it was best to clarify the man's intentions before making assumptions.

Jue lowered his hands, sliding both into each of his robe's sleeves and clasping his own wrists. "Pardon me Nagate are you looking for theory and philosophy or a physical lesson?"

[member="Yuroic Xeraic"] [member="Dagos Terrek"] [member="Samara Raine"] [member="Nagate Hei"]

Nagate returned the bow with his hands by his side, never bending far enough to break eye contact with Jue. As Jue posed a question to Nagate, he took a moment to ponder his response. Not sure if he'd come off as a challenger or an interested pupil, he cleared his threat.

"Well, sometimes the best way to learn is through the practical application of theory." He gave off a smile that was meant to disarm any hostile intent he'd let on.

He took a few steps closer, a breeze rolled in, swaying his hair, messing the natural way it lay. He took an offensive stance. Left foot forward, angling his shoulders away. Taking an opening stance of Form Two, the Way of the Ysalamir. His left hand nearly straight out, palm up and open. His right arm bent up towards his head, palm down and open. It looked odd without a lightsaber, but it had all the same aspects without a blade.

"I'd like to see your theories first hand Mister Yaun."

Voss was perhaps one of the most beautiful planets in the galaxy, The presence of the Force was strong here as it coursed through Nia's body. The Padawan had ditched her cloak this morning as she made her way to the temple courtyard and saw the Padawan Yaun was collective and in balance with the Force.

Nia too felt a spiritual connection with it, only with her it was more intimate as she closed her eyes along with a breath escaping her lips.

Valae drew in a deep breath of the fresh air, for a moment she closed her eyes. When she opened them again, her gaze was drawn in the direction of the courtyard. At the same moment, she honed in on a collective presence -- very strong in the force. Her boots carried her along the path, and she paused at the edge of the courtyard. With a smile on her face, she observed the scene. There were several padawans gathered here, perhaps the second "padawan pack" to form here at the Silver Temple. However, there was once Knight among them, Nagate Hei.

This is nice, she reflected silently.

Among the students, she could see her padawan. She was glad that Samara was socializing with her peers, it was important to form bonds here at the academy. Without the support of her own friends, Valae knew that she wouldn't be where she was today. She recognized all but one, and her chestnut gaze lingered momentarily on a young man in long robes. At the present, his hands were tucked into his sleeves, and he was engaged in conversation with Knight Hei.

She gave the group a tiny wave, as if to say: 'Hello there, don't mind me.'

Walking along, she took a seat on a nearby bench. For the time, she would simply observe. She liked to see the students interacting this way, and did not wish to interrupt.

Mabbik eyed the fight from where he'd been sleeping. Tucked under a bush with his fur turned a light shade of green he was quite hard to see. Of course he was also practicing dampening down his force signature and not so much disappearing as much as just fading into the background. It was quite hard to spot a small pebble in a fast moving stream. Not the strongest in the force to begin with his pulling back from it and letting what currents there were flow through him without drawing upon their power far lessened his effects. Remaining very passive in one of the strongest light side areas in the galaxy meant that he would just be passed over by those who were to focused looking for slightly stronger areas of force sensitivity.

Eyes half closed he watched the padawan practice with himself. Watching as more arrived and sensing their presences. It was interesting being an observer and not actively becoming involved. He was an instructor for padawans, teaching combat and how to fully trust your instincts and channel the force. A small opponent like Mabbik could be exceptionally difficult to counter unless you knew how to properly fight with the force as an ally. Standing up he stretched and his fur rippled into a shade of dull white. Stepping out onto the edge of the wooden rectangle that marked the dueling ground for individuals he sat and watched. "Now padawans, do you wish to conduct this duel against each other or would you wish to both cooperate to defeat me. I do wish to see what techniques this new student of ours has."

Never Underestimate a Good Bottle of Whiskey
Today was a day Jerit just wanted to go out and meet students. He had been isolating himself in his room recently, meditating and self reflecting. That is what all he did when he came from battle or training. But today he wanted to do something different. He walked out of the temple and toured the outside world of Voss. It was a nice place to learn in. The atmosphere was nice and serene. He breathed in and out. Jerit felt the air make its way into his lungs until he let it all out. It made him focus. He walked over to the courtyard and saw a gathering of Silver Jedi. He recognized his master, [member="Mabbik"], [member="Valae Kitra"], and others.

He telepathically said hello to his master, letting the tiny creature know his apprentice was at the gathering. He sat next to Valae on the bench.

" Hello there, I heard you were promoted to master. Congratulations on your achievement! "

Natesh stretched his body as he does several times a day. He stretched his right leg so that his foot was above his head. Then, he did the same with his left leg. A few minutes later, he got dressed in his robes and left his room, and started exploring the new temple. He had just arrived yesterday, so yeah just about everything was new to him. He took his time walking the halls, trying to memorize them. As he passed a window, Natesh looked outside and saw that it was a warm clear day. Perfect! He thought. He was just tall enough at 3' 7" where he could see the sky and the tops of the trees.

The short Amaran loved sunny days, as long as it wasn't hot. His dark-grey fur can have him overheat easily. Once he was outside, he took a deep breath. The scent of flowers and even the scent of several other Jedi caught his attention. He didn't know anyone other than the grandmaster of the order, but he want to change that, somewhat. Quickly getting over his momentary hesitation, the young padawan walked around the temple slowly. The area around the temple was full of nature which greatly pleased Natesh and gave him heightened peace.

Once he got to where the others were gathered, he paused to watch. Even though his connection to the force wasn't the strongest, Natesh could tell there were a few stronger than the rest. He continued forward and went a little to the side. Once he got a good position, he sat down to watch.

Alana was wandering the Jedi Temple of Voss, it's been a couple of days since the Jedi master Arisa Yune gave her the invitation to join the order after their unexpected meeting in the outskirts of the planet, the opportunity to redeem herself, to have place in this galaxy, but still the young Twi'lek was scared, she fear that everything would repeat and she'll end up alone again, Alana took a deep breath and try to make those thoughts aside, fear gets you closer to the Dark Side and she didn't want to go back to that path.

The Twi'lek found herself in the courtyard watching what she thought be a monk ( [member="Jue Yaun"] ) it was doing a type of meditation, she found it interesting and later other jedis join him, sitting around the monk or talking to each other, she thought this was the perfect moment to introduce herself to her new companions, again Alana took a deep breath and relax before walking towards them.

"Good morning everyone, my name is Alana Vettry I'm... I'm a new Padawan and I hope we can get along and work together in the future" said while making a bow and then smiling at them

Yuroic pulled himself out of the meditative state he wandered into while doing his Form practice. When he opened his eyes he was surprised to see how many new people had arrived, missing much of what was said before. He did catch Alana's greeting and nodded his head to her. Speaking in Basic to avoid having others think that he is trying to be secretive with his words. Greetings Alana, I am Yuroic. Pleasure to meet you.

Seeing his Master with her friend Valae, he bowed his head to them both and moved away from the monk as he seemed pre-occupied with another, someone who wanted to learn the kata the monk was using. Jumping onto a rock, Yuroic took his seat and watched, eyes ready to study and think on the uses of the kata. It would be interesting to see who came out of the fight on top, the Jedi or the monk, or just to see how close the fight could be.

[SIZE=10.5pt]Finished[/SIZE] with her morning intel briefings with the Rangers, Arisa would make her way to the main temple courtyard to join her fellow Jedi in exercises, dressed comfortably in grey and black sweats. There she would quickly pick out her apprentice Yuoric, along with several new faces to the Silver Order. As she moved toward the courtyard toward Yuoric, she would exchange several greetings with initiates and Jedi all around.

[SIZE=10.5pt]"Morning Yuroic," she said, giving him a pat on the shoulder. "And to you as well, Alana." [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]She had brought in the young female Twi'lek to the Silver Temple herself after a chance encounter in the midst of the Voss wilderness. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]"I haven't gotten any training in today, why don't you join me for some exercises? We can run through some lightsaber forms and TK (telekinesis) practice."[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]She looked over at the other Jedi nearby, like Jerit, and a new canine initiate (Natesh), even over to Valae chilling on the bench in the distance. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=10.5pt]"You're all welcome to join in, as well."[/SIZE]

James walked the grounds of the Voss temple, enjoying the sites and sounds of the old land. He'd come here to access the archives, make copies and add them to his own archive. James was compiling as much knowledge and artifacts he could get his hands on. He felt it was better to go to the source of the current Jedi on his quest for knowledge.

Walking towards the sounds of a gathering of Jedi, James witnessed one [member="Arisa Yune"] with a number of Padawans, it was good to see the Silvers flourishing again. He decided to make his way over and observe. Maybe he could catch a few new techniques or something.

All the nervous feelings of the Twi'lek disappear when [member="Yuroic Xeraic"] and [member="Arisa Yune"] greet her, looking at the people around her she knew this was the beginning of something good "The pleasure is mine Yuroic!" Arisa ask her to join in some exercises, something simple lightsaber forms and telekinesis.

Alana smiled and took some distance "I would love to Master Yune, let's see if I remember the basic" the Twi'lek activate one of her sabers and with a deep breath assume the opening stance of the third Form of lightsaber combat, Soresu, holding the Lightsaber at her back and horizontal while her left hand extended and parallel to the blade.

Losing is tempoary, giving up is permanent.
Sky'ito walked around the grounds of the temple, feeling a bit awkward and unsettled. Though she had nothing against the Silver Jedi and greatly respected their stance on fighting the Sith threat head on, the same could not be said the other way around. Past experience with silverr Jedi never really ended well, and although she tried to remain nuteral in the force the dark side had a slightly greater pull on her than the light, which sometimes lead to misunderstandings. Despite this her prsuit of knowledge took priority over whatever possible issues that took place in the past, having spent enough time around Sith and learning their ways a change was needed and as such she was here on Voss seeking anything new to add to her family archives, as well as personal learning.

Coming further into the temple she felt another neutral force user, easily standing out from the group light side Jedi not far away. The man in question [member="James Mathison"] was tall and bald, looking like they were reasonably experienced. It appears she was not the only one here in serch of knowledge, though if it was for pseronal use, or if he was from grey order remained to be seen. Coming closer she too nocticed [member="Arisa Yune"] and some other padawan's mediating and discussing things, perhaps she would think about joining them. Recent activities plagued her mind, and clearing them would be very benifical to help keep her neutral stance, though for now she kept her distance.

Viathae Qarmast

Mandalorian Exile Jedi of Clan Qarmast
To spread the Mandalorian teachings in the most peaceful way possible was easier than trying to figure out how to do so.

Viathae with her Mandalorian skills and her training as a Jedi, stepped forth into the Temple Courtyard in her Mandalorian armour, carrying her helmet next to her, as she saw the Padawans training. As a skilled Jedi Knight, Viathae felt it was her responsibility to train other Padawans. Having no Padawan of her own however, it was quite difficult to see which ones would need training. She never had the experience nor honour to have a Padawan, but it was not going to stop her from meditation. Either or, she glanced at the apprentices and Master Yune. Viathae thought it would be quite great to actually do a few exercises considering that some of them are doing it.

"Good day, Master Yune." she said to Arisa, nodding. "Fancy seeing you here."

As James watched the Master Jedi [member="Arisa Yune"] begin some techniques with a group of Padawans, his attentions were pulled to a familiar sense. Another here was not Light sided, nor Dark, but in the middle like James was. It wasn't hard to spot her, using Force Sight helped.

"Apprentice, join me would you?" He held out his hand near his side, offering her the spot next to him. Standing room only.

Upon offering his company to the young Jedi, he saw a familiar armor design approach. Mandalorian, strange creatures, with all of their talk of honor and glory through combat, his travels had shown how far they'd fallen from that mantle. Maybe this Mandalorian Knight was here to return to those roots. Jedi weren't seen as warriors of high revere, but as honorable combatants who showed grace and elegance in battle. Maybe this Mandalorian wished to learn these things to bring home to her people.

His eyes watching every Padawan at once, he witnessed the young [member="Alana Vettry"] enter Form III. Her stance was off a bit, needed some refinement but he'd let the Grandmaster work on that, he wasn't officially an instructor here, wasn't his place.
