Fiora Holdings Corporation, often nicknamed simply as 'FIORA,' is a mid-sized intergalactic conglomerate that focuses on the production and distribution of alcohol, cigarras and armaments. The business as a whole is a subsidiary of Moonveil Inc, a wider holding company where Marcella Fiora , the CEO, holds the position of 'Director of Acquisitions.' As a result of this pairing, FIORA has a considerable amount of income at its disposal and a considerable amount of opportunities available for sales and expansion.

As part of the partnership with Moonveil Inc, the majority of its staff are recruited from the lost, poor and homeless of the planets the company operates from. These individuals are offered employment, trained, fairly paid and housed as part of their employment contract, meaning all products sold by the Fiora brand are high-quality and fairly produced.

The Fiora brand is separated by four divisions, Fiora Cigarras, who manufacture and sell a variety of Cigarras and Vaporizers, Fiora Vintners, who produce and sell alcohol, primarily fine wines, Fiora Defence Systems, who manufacture high quality armaments, and Fiora Interplanetary, a subsidiary of Fiora Defence Systems who manufacture affordable & robust starships. All products are quality-assured by a team of Moonveil verifiers who ensure that the products produces are consistently high-quality goods.

As it currently stands, FIORA is separated into four divisions, Fiora Cigarras, Fiora Vintners, Fiora Defence Systems & Fiora Interplanetary. Each division acts independently and do not interfere with each other, their only link being to the holding company. Fiora starships are produced exclusively by machines within specialised factories on Coruscant & Denon with minimal employee oversight for quality assurance, safety and security. Once manufactured, the ships are then distributed amongst third party stores for sale or delivered to customers via HoloNet purchases. All starships sold by Fiora Interplanetary Inc. are marketed as high-quality, affordable starships and are readily available for multipurpose, personal use. They are fairly paid and well-housed for their efforts. Droids are utilized to the fullest extent in the production of starships, to keep costs and unfair treatment to a minimum.

Around 80% of FIORA's staff are recruited from those who are lost, poor or homeless, in an initiative set by Moonveil Inc to give opportunities to those in-need. These individuals are picked, trained, fairly paid and well-housed for their efforts, offering a multitude of incentives for consistent work. The other 20% are selected via a fierce interview process that selects the best, most suitable staff~ management, sommeliers and engineers, to name a few.

The Fiora brand was created by Marcella Fiora as a way to provide passive income to fund her endeavours and to produce products for herself and 'The Family.' Initially, the company started as Fiora Cigarras, then Fiora Vintners came along to produce alcohol, followed by Fiora Defence Systems, the arms manufacturing arm of the Fiora brand. As the company is a subsidiary of Moonveil Inc, it closely follows the initiatives and strategies set out by the company, being one of its primary investments and subsidiaries.
