STANDARD FEATURES
  • Phrik-A hull with FM-001 Laminate and FM-002 coating to provide great all around protections. This hull construction provides a well rounded protection that gives this ship solid protections from multiple damage types.
  • Deflector Shields are standard quality giving the ship adequate protections from blaster and mass driver fire.
  • Chaff and Flare dispensers give this ship counter-measures for enemy missiles used against this ship.
  • Onboard life support system doesn't require a space suit rated flight suit to fly the vessel, one is recommended though in case of cockpit breach.
  • M-2 14mm Heavy Machine Guns have access to belts featuring a 1:1 ratio of Armor Piercing-Incendiary rounds and Anti-Shield 14mm rounds.
  • Rapid Fire Heavy Laser cannon serves as a backup weapon when the M-2 runs out of ammo.
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • MLMS Zeus allows for the programming of smart ordinance to engage targets with advanced targeting. This allows for advanced launch and pre-programming routes for the missiles before engaging targeting systems. This allows for missiles to be given targeting information, sent on a flight path especially off bore, and then engaging seeker heads once they reach a preset destination. This also allows missiles to be launched from the ship, to wait for the enemy ship that's chasing your ship to fly past, and then engage its own engine and seeker head and engage the enemy vessel.
  • Eagle Eye targeting systems allow for multi-lock technology to be utilized and gives the pilot the ability to lock and form firing solutions based on velocities and flight path of their own ship, and direction and velocity of enemy ship relative to them-self. This allows for artificial lead to be generated even based on visual/laser rangefinder targeting alone, however radar/lidar based along with other detection and tracking technologies to form a better and more complete lock. This allows for the ship to get targeting solutions even while under full spectrum jamming.
  • Internal Ordinance bay is configurable to carry standard ordinance like Proton Torpedoes, Proton Bombs, or Concussion Missiles, or can be configured with a MLMS Zeus to carry SIM-series of missiles.
  • 3 Micro Isotope-5A Reactor powers the 3 FIE-1 Repulsorlift/Thruster Engines, giving this ship a massive thrust to weight ratio, especially when it's in Aerospace Superiority mode.
  • Whole cockpit ejection system allows for the ship's cockpit to detach and serve as a life pod in case of catastrophic failures.
STRENGTHS
  • Fast and Maneuverable: This star fighter has one thing in the spades, and that's power to weight. This thing has not one, not two, but three Light Engines with their own Micro Isotope-5A Reactors to power them. This ship can not only move, it can pull Gs with ease. So much ease in fact it will overload its own inertial compensator with ridiculous ease forcing any pilot to have G-suits incorporated into their flight suits, and to receive special training so they don't black out when they do massive pulls of G's. And sure this thing can be flown by humanoid droids, but lets be real, any pilot worth their salt will beg you to fly this thing. So why not let 'em.
  • Adaptable combat load: This ship features an internal ordinance bay with a variable launch system allowing for it to carry a mixed payload of missiles, proton torpedoes, bombs, or even just concussion missiles. And with the MLMS Zeus you can program your smarter munitions to take full advantage of your targeting systems. So whether you need to scramble Space Superiority assets or ready your fighters for high speed runs of close air support, this fighter can pull it off.
WEAKNESSES
  • Reliant on Ordinance: This ship relies on its missiles or bomb payload to deliver the aggressive and highly effective performance against most enemies. That means once this ship delivers its payload, it's essentially now relegated to a Space Superiority role. Without any dedicated anti-capital ship weapons, this ship can't carry out effective capital ship attack runs. It can out maneuver or out speed most other fighters in the air/space combat role, but once the ordinance is gone, it's gone.
  • Protective coating messes with Force users: This ship has a FM-002 coating that utilizes Synthetic Yorik Coral. This stuff definitely messes with most force users, meaning that it's a little disorienting for those who haven't trained with having their sixth sense of the force being forcefully taken away from them. This fighter definitely makes force using pilots have to rely on their more traditional senses than their force ones. So if you plan on hopping into one of these, and are a space wizard, I'd get some training in before hand so that way its not so rough. And bring a barf bag.... or three.
DESCRIPTION
With the advent of the expansion of The Dire Wolves Mercenary Company, this required that the company now has access to Space Superiority/Multi-role Fighters. This fighter is the result of Freebirds Industries bid into that program which is a purpose built high speed, high maneuverability, highly aggressive aerospace frame that takes the operating MO of TDW and personifies it in a fighter. This ship is aggressive, it's adaptable, and it's able to take the fight to the enemy. This ship is able to adapt to whatever situation you put it into, and while it's more reliant on internal ordinance than your standard fighter, this also gives it an unprecedented versatility. Force users be advised though, the anti-corrosive coating of SYC will mess with your senses. So you might want to train a bit before using this.

My only suggestion here would be on the weakness that mentions Force Users. I would reword this to reflect that this interferes with their ability to connect with the Force and not their normal senses which makes it sound like they can't use any of the five senses. The Monster The Monster

Fiolette Raaf Thank you for your review and for helping me make this clearer. I edited the text to say this instead clears throat "This stuff definitely messes with most force users, meaning that it's a little disorienting for those who haven't trained with having their sixth sense of the force being forcefully taken away from them. I hope this is better. Once again thank you much for your review!
