Major Locations:
  • Agkadta Ruins - ruins of a huge alien-looking building which now only has walls up. Presumably, it once was a central building of the planet, maybe even belonging to the government of the native species. No clear evidence of it exists, though. The walls look like torns, just like most of the ruins of the planet, making some believe all of the former native species' buildings may have been inspired by flora.
  • Reamurdta Shrine - in the only forest on the planet, there is a shrine and a pathway leading to that. It is logical to think that the shrine is the only thing which keeps the forest around it alive. According to the few documents found about the shrine, the planet's native species thought it was the manifestation of the Force. Of course it's not true, but the shrine does release some Force energy (ripples in the Force, empowers Force-Sensitives)
  • Dterrora Volcano - Dterrora, the only mountain on the planet, is also the only surviving volcano on it. Just like with Reamurdta Shrine, there are some documentations about the location. The extinct natives of the planet thought the volcano was what would destroy the planet one day, and that's mostly what happened. It destroyed the powerful Agkadta formation, which caused the planet's species to fall. That accompanied with Yuuzhan Vong invasion granted the species to go extinct.
Culture: Nearly no information about the planet's culture has survived, but it is believed that the overall culture of the planet was just as religious as the Yuuzhan Vong and, at least for the most of the time, shared the hatred for technology.
Technology: There is no documentation of the planet's technological history, but it's assumed the planet used biotechnology similar to those of the Yuuzhan Vong.
History: As there is nearly no information about the planet's inhabitants, it's nearly impossible to talk about its history. Some documents talk about the interesting language of the extinct species which may have took its final form at about 15,500 BBY and a few less about how the Yuuzhan Vong came to the planet. There's also a bit of information about the great Yuuzhan Vong and native species war which took place at about the same time when the rest of the galaxy was getting destroyed.

Yuuzhan Vong had just started their genocide around their galaxy, but one thing that kept them from destroying the planet of Egktraesta when they got to it (date of arrival unknown) was the fact that the two species were very similar and shared a common ideal of using only biotechnology. The two species even thought about going against the Silentium, but the native species declined of that proposal, saying they would join the Vong as soon as possible (which never happened).

The native species and Yuuzhan Vong lived peacefully until the day when the unnamed native species expressed thoughts about letting electronic technology to the planet due to the understanding that standing against technology was pointless and their own biots were old and outdated. At first, Vong expressed their hatred for such an opinion and demanded the planet's government to not let standard technology coming to the planet happen. But the government did allow that, and the rivalry between two species rose.

At first, the war was more like a simple argue between to species, but as neither of them decided to let go of their opinion about what was going on, the Vong declared a war on the native species. They fought for nearly two years, the war ended with the Dterrora Volcano erupting and thus, the central point of the native species being destroyed. The Vong gave the species a chance to surrender and live, but the native species didn't want to take the chance and fought on.

The war was truly over when Vong had destroyed the whole native species, making them go extinct. As there was nothing keeping the species on the planet anymore, it was left behind with all of the desolation. And until then, there has been nearly no activity.

However, it has been told there is some abnormal movement going on on the planet, making some assume the native species isn't completely extinct, but has been living underground for centuries.

Notable PCs: None
Intent: Netherworld event

This looks good, mostly however from the information the Vong's technophobia came after the war against the admonitor and silentium which is when they began their genocidal campaign of their home galaxy. I would like more about why this group of vong that came were peaceful.

Added this. I hope that should clear these things up a bit.

Your dates are going to need some fixing, remember this is the vong's galaxy and all the stuff they did was in the past... really really long ago in the past.

If you want to have dates, this was the war that drove the vong.
