STRENGTHS

Why won't you die?: It can survive massive organ damage or loss, keep fighting even if half it's head has been blasted off, or a broken neck, As long as a quarter of its brain is still intact with most of its head, it will regenerate completely in eight hours or less (This can lead to interesting situations if it is cut in half length wise, as the two halves will grow into two separate biots), making total destruction of the brain and body a necessity to kill it for good. It's flesh and bone is able to resist Magnetics, Ion or EMP, Gravitic weapons due to its Dovin Basal Heart, Acid, Cold and Hot Temperature for brief periods, Bio Weapons, and due to its genetics getting mixed with Ysalamiri, the Force to a very high degree

Aggressive Negotiations: Exceptionally skilled Diplomatic Programming means it can engage in high level talks with other diplomats or merchants, and is programmed in more than 10 million forms of communication. It's natural beauty right out of the factory and natural charm, charisma, ability to pick up on social cues quickly, and wit increases chances of successful persuasion by a vast amount

Protector: Programmed to represent and protect House Io on a universal basis to the best of it ability and to never betray the House's objectives to conclude a negotiation successfully, with stringent secondary programming to prevent such a scenario, which requires it shut down until manually rebooted if faced with such a conflict. This programming is so ingrained into it's very mental and cellular architecture that it cannot be removed or reprogrammed, even with the Force, without causing failure of the entire unit. Deadly: It is still a Nuetralizer, despite it's main functions. It is very capable of killing a single opponent, and more than capable of killing an entire squad or two (or three) of elite Commandos if pressed. With a heart that enables it to generate minor gravity swell in a seven meter radius around it, wolverine style hardened bone claws that are so naturally sharp they can tear through conventional heavy armor due to tiny organs in the claws that act as vibration cells when extended, and an organ in its throat that allows it to project a continuous high damage Ion beam for seven seconds before needing 14 to recharge, give it a deadly additional set of advantages

Modular: Capable of accepting both genetic and cybernetic upgrades, including including ones that radically alter it's appearance. (Stealth/Anti Stealth upgrades will require a separate sub)


WEAKNESSES

Microwave: Microwave weapons scramble it's databases for ten seconds, heavily stunning it

Paddle Beams: Paddle beams slow it's healing rate if struck and heavily stun it for a few seconds

Blasters: Blasters tear through it easily after a few shots

Slugs: Slugthrower slugs do the same

Perfection: Magnetic weapons scramble it's databases, and heavily magnetized surfaces will cause it's flesh to adhere to the surface unless it's disabled

Vibro: No resistance to Vibroweapons

Flame: Can with stand flame and incendiary weapons for only a short time before it starts to burn

Cryo: Cryo weapons and low temperature environments cause it's outer skin to harden and shatter, reducing it's speed and maneuverability

PERSONALITY

Friendly, Witty, Charismatic and Charming in the extreme, it's a master of putting others at ease or asserting it's hand in negotiations, and is always patient and Friendly with everyone it meets and interacts with.

DESCRIPTION

The Diplomatic Nuetralizer Model 1 is a special purpose HRD built for high level diplomatic talks with potential allies and negotiations with known enemies. Although deadly like every thing bearing the title Nuetralizer, it's meant to de-escalate and avert hostilities first and Foremost...violence is, after all, ideally a last resort.

But if it must be...it might as well be a last resort it is actually good at...

    Flight capability: A built in micro repulsorlift device enables it limited high speed flight capability with an operational ceiling of one thousand meters and a flight time of 42 minutes (28 if carrying two people along) before it needs an hour to recharge
    Long reach: Built in tactical tractor beams in it's hands enable it to grasp and tractor in small to medium objects even if over 70 meters away

Why won't you die?: Holy crap is this thing hard to kill. It can survive massive organ damage or loss, keep fighting even if half it's head has been blasted off, a broken neck, even friggin decapitation. As long as a quarter of its brain is still intact with most of its head, it will regenerate completely in three hours or less (This can lead to interesting situations if it is cut in half length wise, as the two halves will grow into two separate biots), making total destruction of the brain and body a necessity to kill it for good. It's flesh and bone is able to resist Magnetics, Ion or EMP, Gravitic weapons due to its Dovin Basal Heart, Acid, Extreme Temperature for brief periods, Anti Vong Weapons, and due to its genetics getting mixed with Ysalamiri, the Force to a very high degree
This is not a unique droid with extreme resistances, please reword this to just being tough to kill. You can use Magnaguard rules if you want but you cannot let them grow into two separate people.

Again, Resistances we decided as a whole not generally allowed as of recently. Vong is a series of Kinetic and Energy with nothing to special and is under the Classification of organic which...does not work. Microwave is literally radiation in a nut shell so bouncing off each other.
 
Okay.

Still continuing edits, but have altered the Why Won't You die strength's to be somewhat more in line with the General Purpose Nuetralizers, and have set it's strength speed and Reflexes to the requested numbers, and have switched it to Mass Produced, Listib Hibin Listib Hibin
