STRENGTHS
- | Ripping Talons | Thanks to the incorporation of ApexTech weapons, Dha Prudii is capable of tearing through armor with its large talons with relative ease, tearing through ground vehicle armor, starfighter hulls, and especially infantry with relative ease compared to that of lightsabers. This in combination with its complement of high-powered, high fire rate weaponry allows for Dha Prudii to shred its way through the battlefield.
- | First Strike | As its name might suggest, Dha Prudii has been modified from the base Preserver class Basilisk to be more agile and maneuverable than before along with additions to materials used in construction to make it virtually invisible to most sensors and from a certain distance invisible to the naked eye. This allows Dha Prudii to take enemies by surprise and to pursue/escape hostiles as well as fade from sensors and sight.
- | Blitz Strike | Dha Prudii is designed to be a far more agile and stealthy Basilisk War Droid, and as such much of the traditional defenses used in the base that it was based off of have been sacrificed in favor of more combat and utility. As a result, Dha Prudii is not meant for extensive or heavy combat support, rather coming in for quick and rapid surprise strikes rather than full-frontal assaults like most traditional Basilisk War Droids.
- | Cloak | The nature of Dha Prudii's cloak is largely based around its coating in the form of the specially designed Chameleon fabric that is used to visually hide it. Extensive damage to the surface can render this visual cloak ineffective while excessive damage to the structure or warping of the underlying coating and metals can render its radar concealment also ineffective.
DESCRIPTION
Dha Prudii, or known in Basic as Dark Shadow is Careena Fett's own personal Basilisk War Droid she had modified and fabricated to her liking and specifications utilizing a base created by the Sons of Mandalore. Dha Prudii unlike most Basilisk War Droids is oriented more towards stealth, a trait shared with its rider, and is capable of taking the skies by storm to unsuspecting hostile fighters in the air. Utilizing specialized fabrics, coating, and materials, Dha Prudii is capable of masking itself from both line of sight and sensors even while moving at high speeds, the only indication of it being present is the metallic screeching it emits.
Dha Prudii's combat functions despite the sacrifices to its weapon and defenses are nothing to be scoffed at either. Its offensive weaponry is capable of ripping through starfighter hulls as well as armored units and infantry with ease, especially given its stealthy nature allowing it to fly in and take enemies off guard for rapid disposal.
Careena is particularly fond of it design and function, having utilized Dha Prudii to supplement and support both herself and her brothers and sisters in arms on the battlefield. Where one is to see Careena, Dha Prudii is likely nearby, watching and waiting for the call of its rider to strike.
