Why was he here again? Oh right, the Supreme Commander wanted everyone to be here for the unveiling of the AT-HO. He heard rumors of it but had actually seen it, apparently they used the old AT-AT he and Commander Milo found underground to make to the frame of the walker. He was excited but he was also terrified of what it could do. If the stories were true about the AT-HO it would be able to destroy almost all opposition that the First Order had.

The AT-HO was to mark a new level of warfare within the First Order.
It was designed to march upon the enemies of their ideals and crush them with armoured might. Or at least that is what the Supreme Commander had been told by the team of Eriaduian scientists working on it. They were all dead now, along with half of their planet. A shame, but necessary.
The framework had indeed been taken from an older relic, part of an AT-AT from the Galactic Empire of old.
Recycle into the new, yet keep the appeal.
Aram liked the concept.
Hopefully so did everyone else.
