GENERAL INFORMATION

Media Name: Decree for the Resettlement and Beautification of Moridinae
Format: Like all other Imperial documents it is written on Firmiplast for the initial document and then distributed by Holopad
Distribution: Unlike the prior Decree of Eradication, the Decree of Beautification is not widely distributed at this time: only going to various bankers, bureaucrats, and the desired individuals to repopulate the planet once it is properly Imperialized: though it is not particularly classified, merely deemed unnecessary to be distributed to the wider public as of the current time.
Length: Short
Description: Lirka, being the old woman she is, has become much more apt at planning ahead in her “old age”: using this time while the genocide of all the disloyal people of Moridinae is committed, she prepared a document for the future of the planet alongside the same degree that would shake it too it’s core. In the typical coin-flip personality of the Sephi, it is immensely kinder than it’s brutal sibling-decree, in essence creating a “Thustra” like world for Lirka to rule over. The Beautification Decree, in essence, divides the planet in two. One half of it being used for mining, slave camps, and other various nasty and unkind things: all while sealed away. The other half is to be a pinnacle of the arts, and half a pleasure planet at the same time: with grandiose displays of exotic alien architecture combined with the stark brutality of Imperial design, to turn “Mandalore” the homeworld of the strong and honorbound Mandalorian warriors, into Moridinae: a world for rich old bureaucrats vacationing, and artisans to perfect their craft.

SOCIAL INFORMATION

Author: Lirka Ka, much like the prior Decree relating to Moridinae, is the ultimate author of the Decree of Beautification: though just like the more genocidal of the pair it has travelled through the upper echelons of Sith-Imperial command for approval, especially that of the Dark Council
Publisher: Office of Imperial Truth
Reception: Without the Decree of Beautification being given out to the wider public, there hasn’t been a particularly large amount of reception: though it had been generally fairly mixed, anyone versed enough in Galactic Cultures can tell the Sephi Governor is trying to turn Moridinae into her own personal bastardization of Thustra: despite this fact, a moderate handful of the people the Decree has been sent to have been supportive of it’s attempts to entirely and fundamentally reshape Mandalore, a final spite to those rebellious forces that infest it.

FORMAT INFORMATION

The Decree of Beautification is close to a short addendum to the Decree of Eradication for the preparatory measures to create the new and glorious Moridinae now that Mandalorian influence is on the swift track to being removed, it was given out in addition to the Decree of Eradication and then just put into the Imperial backlogs until it was time to reveal it to the general public

EVENTS

Event Name: Decree of the Eradication of Disloyal Persons of Moridinae and Surrounding Worlds
Links: Decree of Eradication
Overview: The prior Decree to the Decree of Beautification, the Decree of Eradication was the document that ultimately doomed the system of Mandalore and nearly all of it’s people: the sister document to the Decree of Beautification, the two were written in tangem during Lirka Ka’s brief self-imposed exile from society within the depths of Fortress Imperious. The Decree of Eradication would be implemented approximately a week after the Battle of Mandalore and would start a viciously cruel annihilation of those peoples who had remained noncitizens within the Mandalore system, with the Decree of Beautification made as the measures on how to remake Moridinae, and to an extent the surrounding systems, in a new Imperial image

CONTENT INFORMATION
  • Article 1: Resettlement
    • Upon completion of the Decree of Eradication, displaced loyal citizens are to be given the option to stay on their new planet of lodging, or can return to repopulate the new Moridinae
    • Former noncitizens who assisted in fighting the Barbarian Rebels back from Moridinae shall be granted an estate, if they so choose.
    • A call will be made out to have as many artisans and craftsmen repopulate the planet in place of the cleansed savages, priority given to the fine arts and the wealthy before shifting over to commoners.
  • Article 2: Division
    • Upon resettlement, Moridinae shall be split into North and South Moridinae: Southern Moridinae is to be devoted to the civilian population, whilst Northern Moridinae shall be granted to mining, slave camps, and military assets: including but not limited to The Dark Legion
  • Article 3: Southern Moridinae
    • All remaining settlements created by the savages in Southern Moridinae are to be obliterated and scrapped for the construction of new Imperialized settlements. Alien architecture is encouraged.
    • A College of Fine Arts is to be made within the new capital, and shall be the focal point of the Capital: so as to remove all prior pretenses of the Savage’s culture
    • No Graug elements are to be allowed into Southern Moridinae, they are to be purely regulated to Northern
  • Article 4: Northern Moridinae
    • Ultimately, Northern Moridinae is to be granted to Dark Legion/Graug elements: but they will not be given free reign within the Hemisphere
    • A Legion/Sith Training Facility is to be built within Northern Moridinae for missions into this more untamed part of the planet, Gruag are given full permission to assail these training missions out into the planet
    • A border will be placed between Northern and Southern Moridinae, focusing around main checkpoints and the gaps between them patrolled by Droids and various repulsor craft: done so as to prevent Graug incursions into Southern Moridinae, any Graug that refuse to accept the border and attempt to cross despite warnings are to be immediately terminated.
    • Major military manufacturing centers will be placed within Northern Moridinae so as to prevent excessive waste reaching Southern Moridinae

HISTORICAL INFORMATION

While the vile annihilation of the remaining Mandalorian people was plotted, a devious though albeit kinder document was written alongside it: the Decree for the Resettlement and Beautification of Moridinae, a fine way to show the duality of Moridinae’s Governor. Ultimately, the Decree of Beautification was a simple addendum to the Decree of Eradication detailing Lirka’s plans for Moridinae in it’s post-Mandalorian state.

It had an essence half turned into her own Thustra, though lacked much of what the Governor truly desired for her distant Homeworld: mainly due to some internal biases towards the less long-lived species of the Galaxy. And by Sith suggestion the Northern Hemisphere of Moridinae was to be entirely devoted to the Graug, much to the quiet disgruntlement of Lirka, and with that suggestion that she could not quite refuse the Gruag were in essence given the ruins of Northern Moridinae whilst the South would be entirely reforged into her image: though making the most of Northern Moridinae’s new desolate state additions were added on to make it the center of “old Moridinae”, not to say it was anything close to Mandalorian, instead it barely if it all felt major changes than since the initial Imperial occupation, dotted with factories that burned with the fires of war, rumbling mines that tore gashes into the earth, and slave camps where hope was entirely and utterly obliterated. All while the Graug were left, for the most part, to their own devices. So long as they did not breach Lirka’s prototype for the “perfect world”.

With this in mind, it is to no shock that the Decree has turned the two halves of the planet into things that are nearly unrecognizable from each other: with the most intense of precautions made so that neither side can truly interact in any major sense, treated almost exactly like they were two separate planets. Save for the Training Facility placed within Northern Moridinae, maybe a slight stab to inflict Lirka’s revenge on the poor poor trainees sprinkled within Imperial Space: though it is more than just mere spite, for it is both the Sephi’s attempts at having additional tests of the mettle of the Empire’s armed forces and a way to gift at least some bloodshed to the Graug inhabiting her world.

I'll be doing this review for you. There's just a few things that will need to be addressed.

1. Missing Template Field.

In this section, you are missing the required Image Credit field. Even if this field is not applicable to the submission, the rules state: The entire template must be used in your submission. The template's base fields are not to be changed/removed/altered with the exception of a Force Nexus. If a Planet does not have one this can be removed. Otherwise, If the field does not apply simply state "N/A". Additional information and fields may be added if desired. As such, I will need you to include Image Credit: N/A in this section.

2. Relevant Links
Links: N/A

Please include a link to the planet Mandalore. If the name "Moridinae" is intended to refer to that planet, it would be advisable to call attention to that so that the reader understands the connection between the two.

Author: Lirka Ka, much like the prior Decree relating to Moridinae, is the ultimate author of the Decree of Beautification: though just like the more genocidal of the pair it has travelled through the upper echelons of Sith-Imperial command for approval, especially that of the Dark Council

Please include a link to your character sheet here for reference as to the author.

Those are my thoughts and I look forward to yours in reply. Please tag me when you have completed your edits.
