GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Group Name: Cultist Gladiatrixes
  • Affiliation: House Io, Cult of The Brain Demon
  • Classification: Master Sith Swordfighters, created from long lived Swordfighter Fragments
  • Description: Cultist Gladiatrixes prowl the battlefield, seeking entire communities to slaughter singlehandedly. They specialize in Corrupting and then training both Jedi Guardians and Jedi Weapon Masters, and possess hidious magic that allows them to copy the appearance and personality of absorbed victims for a short amount of time, and other deadly tricks. They occasionally serve not only as elite bodyguards to high ranking Cultists, but to high ranking, though perfectly ordinary House Citizens. They have a higher chance of participation in high level rituals, but also can serve as particularly deadly infiltration units

  • Specialization Function: These warriors are sent to create terror through uninhibited slaughter of both fringe and major population centers solely through the use of swords and the Dark Side, softening up a populations will to resist, and corrupting any Jedi Guardians or Weapon Masters they come across. They are oddly perfectly affable and friendly to House Citizens, and not seemingly just in a sense of knowing what side their bread is buttered on, but actually unprompted friendly, despite having a bloodlust that would put most psychotic killers on Death Row to shame. If no Cultists, other allied Force Users, or Chaplains are present, they automatically are the highest authority of a given group of House Citizens in a pitched battle
  • Force Abilities (Force User Units Only):
Force Rage (Expert)
Tear Knowledge (Expert)
Force Drain (Expert)
Force Sense (Expert)
Force Lightning (Knight Level)
Force Crush (Knight Level)
Force Fear (Expert)
Sith Magic (Knight Level)
Sith Alchemy (Expert)
False Light Side Aura (Expert)
Dark Healing (Expert)

Strengths:
  • Montoya: Extremely Skilled in the Use of Alchemized Swords, these Shi'ido Sithspawn are more than able to duel even highly skilled fighters using only their swords and have a solid chance of coming out on top . Fighting primarily with Sith Swords, they fully as capable as a lightsaber wielding Jedi. They are equally skilled at using Lightsabers but employ them much more rarely in battle unless they are a particularly long lived Gladiatrix
  • Advanced Mage: Possessing a horrific level of Dark Side power, these warriors, like the Cultists they are spawned from, have a limited ability to absorb the essences and Tear Knowledge of particular victims, such as Jedi, and imitate them almost perfectly for a period of 24 hours, before they "forget" who they absorbed. This allows them to get potentially terrifyingly close to their enemies while wearing the equipment of their most recent victim. Only true friends/loved ones of the victim would be able to sense anything truly amiss, and their skill is such even a Jedi Master may be potentially fooled for a significant period, due to them subconsciously using False Light Side Aura while imitating a victim (Particularly skilled sense users can, even at Padawan rank however, potentially detect them). They also have a great command of draining life force, to the point it's potentially difficult for even Jedi Masters to resist. They are able to use alchemy to create new Sith Swords, and Sith Magic to grow a copy of their own selves slowly over the course of a year normally if planted in a Dark Side Nexus (Time may be shortened depending on the strength of the Nexus: Planetary Scale Nexuses may shorten the Growth time by two thirds it's length) as well as cast basic versions of Classic Spells. If fatally injured they can keep themselves alive for up to an hour while looking for a victim to sustain or restore themselves, but will be very weak in this state and potentially easily killed, especially at a distance
  • Durability: About as strong and durable as a Wookiee at full health, they become even stronger after immediately feeding for a short period of time by double that amount, and become a very lethal hazard in a Dark Side Nexus, as their flesh becomes difficult to damage with anything less than a full lightsaber strike, Armor Piercing Rounds, High Powered Blaster Bolts (Like Explosive Bolts) and even then it likely won't do much damage, at least at first. Overwhelming kinetic damage (something very heavy) is a good option in that situation, as their Brain is still delicate and just as susceptible to concussion as any other.
  • Glamour: They take the appearance often of extremely beautiful humanoid women of exceptional physique in somewhat revealing clothing. They have a very good chance of persuading the opposite or even the same Sex to do as they want them to do, and they succeed at it so often they themselves occasionally are surprised by their success rate
  • Commander: When not terrorizing innocent people they serve as elite body guards and ritual participants and are often trusted leading House Citizens in a manner almost akin to a Jedi General
  • Corrupter: They are devious experts at corrupting Warrior Jedi, playing on inherent aggressions and subconscious hate and rage towards opponents: More than one Jedi Weapon Master has been lead to damnation by these freaks. If they successfully corrupt one, they often make it their personal responsibility to train the corrupted as their new master, turning them either into a Sith or a mere Dark Jedi as the Corrupted pleases: It matters not to the Gladiatrix which path they choose, as long as it serves the Dark Side or just spreads suffering in general. And they can be surprisingly available and willing to provide counsel to one they corrupted even decades after doing so
Weaknesses:
  • Feeding: No less free of the need to inflict constant suffering and death than their lesser counterparts, differentiated only by the longer timespan they can go without it, their need for constant cruelty is so great that they start to waste away if they have not committed an atrocity at least twice in a week, and will literally rot to the bone in twelve days if they have not fed on anyone. This slows dramatically however if in a strong Dark Nexus: a Planetary one means they can go a month without feeding. This means they are deployed very sparingly on the field, and degenerate rapidly without a nearly endless supply of victims, meaning Sith Magic must be used to preserve them in a Dark Side Stasis when not in use
  • Force Light: Exposure to a strong enough manifestation of Force Light for an extended period of five minutes can cause exposed skin to burst into flames and their Sith Swords to start disintegrating. (Lesser Manifestations however can still heavily weaken them immediately after, causing their skin and muscle to slowly start falling off the bone if they don't feed and soften them up for a follow up attack) Getting hit by a particularly powerful manifestation of Electric Judgement (Preferably from a master, Lesser Manifestations of such can still blast nice sized chunks off of them) can make them outright explode into a disgusting mess of white Blood and yellow organs if they do not block it with their sword, which can suffer chipping damage on the spot where it was hit, thus compromising the blade's integrity. However, Gladiatrix's armed With Lightsabers are highly experienced and can survive both techniques, being able to survive up to three powerful blasts from Electric Judgement unaided before they literally fall apart dead like wet clay in front of their killers, or could grind the Judgement with their lightsabers for a short time while they come up with an escape plan or counter attack.
  • Replacement Problem: Converting a Swordfighter Fragment to a Full Gladiatrix (Or regrowing said Gladiatrix from a sample of their flesh within a Dark Side Nexus is a taxing, year long process. A catastrophe on the battlefield would be all it would take to make the loss of even one felt for a significant time after
  • Nullification Resin: This substance is extremely poisonous to them causing their flesh to break down and degrade into a soggy mess within minutes, killing them completely if they do not immediately find someone to feed on to give them the strength to purge it from their system. Getting covered in the stuff would break them down into a disgusting slurry in seconds.
  • Telekinesis: A significant weakness of the Cultists, transferred to these warriors, is an inability to use telekinesis without the aid of the Dark Side, and only in limited ways like crushing with the Force, which takes significant effort and leaves them exhausted, and can only be focused on one person at a time.
  • Enhancement: Force Rage is the only method of increasing their strength, speed, and durability, for a period of four minutes. They cannot use Force Jump and Force Speed (Though with Force Rage they can create a crude imitation of both in that state, due to the sheer increase in physical prowess). Using Rage weakens them heavily for a short time, and his their only means of increasing their durability momentarily outside of feeding on the Force or being in a Dark Nexus: They are VERY MUCH easily injured as anyone else otherwise and if they use it more than four times without feeding in between, they start to decay, getting worse and worse, and more emaciated looking the more they are forced to resort to Rage to win. By the twelfth time they use it without any feeding, they are basically a bag of bones on the verge of death
  • Null: Force Voids and null Fields generated by Ysalamiri completely compromise their ability to maintain any shape, breaking down into a nearly helpless mass of unrecognizable flesh in a dress that starts to rapidly decay
  • Armor: Their armor is thin and easily pierced, meant more to help them focus the dark side than actually protecting them.
  • Berserk Button: Go on. Take their swords away. It's to them what the One Ring is to Gollum: They will freak out if their swords are taken from them and go missing, becoming physically and even mentally weaker without the weapons they are bonded to, having a one track mind to retrieve them, almost like they are drug addicts and the swords are their "fix". For this reason, it is a crime for House Citizens, on pain of fines or imprisonment for up to two years, to take a Gladiatrixes swords from her, and that's if the Gladiatrix doesn't get infuriated enough to kill the offending citizen themselves...even though they themselves would be executed for killing a Citizen.
  • Limited: Their knowledge of the Dark Side, while significant, they are subconsciously "programmed" to not seek out more knowledge than what they have, so they do not threaten the sovereignty of true Cultists
  • Range: Completely lacks ranged weapons, often requiring the Force or their swords to do damage, a far away enough attacker can strike with near impunity
  • Resurrection Weakness: They can't resurrect on their own, without extended dark rituals and a Dark Nexus, and retrieving their remains if slain is not always a guarantee, especially if the enemy is smart and thorough. It is highly recommended to use acid, fire, or disruptors to properly dispose of Gladiatrix corpses
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Particularly long lived Swordfighter Fragments that survive multiple battles are something of a rarity. When they survive past a certain point, the Cult begins discussions to reward their perseverance, using even darker magics than what were used to originally make them to reforge them into something worse. These devastating Swordfighters are a terror to the innocent, and the perfect bait to make warrior Jedi come into contact with the Cult. Perfectly affable and oddly sincere in their friendliness to House Citizens and allies, it is nonetheless made very clear that citizens are perfectly in their right to kill one if in a remote location with no immediate access to victims to preserve their own life. After all, everyone is friendly until the hunger starts...
