Personality: Corvinus is a well read man who can be both soft and hard spoken when the time calls for it. Truly he is a diplomat at heart and shows the proper respect to those who are above him, but he is never afraid to speak his mind to anyone and will offer words of wisdom to even the galaxy's most intelligent beings. He is also firm in his belief that the Sith, Jedi and Imperial Knights will always fight and that the only way for their to be true balance is if a organization of force-users dedicate themselves to merging the beliefs and create a new sect that will take over the realm of force users. He is firm on the stance that no other major force organizations can exist aside from the Templars but he is fair in his dealing with them, they conform to the ideals or they are to be destroyed.

Corvinus was born to the House of Palpatine (by way of Ken Palpatine) during the rule of the Fel Dynasty and before the rise of Darth Krayt. During his time the Palpatine's were nearly all extinct and their noble linage on Naboo was shaken by the acts of Emperor Palpatine and the Galactic Empire. Though the family still had immense riches, people did not take kindly to the surname Palpatine and thus Corvinus never used his last name or simply went by his alias Severus Coligus. During his school years Corvinus never brought friends to his families estate for fear of being ostracized and outcast by the rest of Naboo society. Instead, he was prone to staying out with his friends and causing mischief and hassle around Naboo's population centers. His friends loved him and he always turned out to be the leader of the pack and his cunning kept them from getting contacted by law enforcement for months and even years on end.
All throughout his teenage years, Corvinus rebelled against the ideas of nobility, respect and decency that his father tried to instill into him and instead focused on personal freedom and the life of a man unbound by rules. During this outburst of rebel activity, Corvinus was able to duck the police and stay out of any heavy spotlight. His good luck streak finally ran out, however, when he reached highschool and began to participate in substance abuse (particularly spice). Within the first few months of his abuses beginning, Corvinus found himself completely addicted to the spice and was stealing his father's things just to sell and pay for the drugs. During one such deal, Corvinus was tricked into buying spice from an undercover Naboo Police Officer and was arrested. The subsequent trial brought to light the origins of Corvinus being a Palpatine and thus the jury took no pity on the young man.
Corvinus was sentenced to one year in prison and a two-thousand credit fine, which was paid off almost immediately. His father expressed deep disappointment in him and his friends all left him on account of his family heritage. Before long, Corvinus found himself a lonely inmate in a Naboo prison with barely a person in the galaxy willing to even come visit him.
Three months after his initial imprisonment Corvinus was brutally assaulted by two inmates who discovered that the young rebel was apart of the Palpatine lineage. They attacked him from behind with a shiv and proceeded to beat and stab him while he screamed in pain on the ground, only stopping when Naboo Police Officers heard the noise and came to apprehend the suspects. Corvinus's injuries were so bad that he was forced to stay in the prison infirmary under bacta care for almost a week and then was still confined to bed rest. It was only then that Corvinus truly began to regret the decisions he had made and where it had all landed him, but he wasn't his father and he had no interest in following the path he had tried to set out for him.
His remaining prison time was served out mostly in his cell where he read through books on the galaxy's greatest artists and most famous art forms, history and even some books on various galactic religions. Nothing he found was enough to satisfy him, he was an independent and very free soul that was now constrained by the realization that his current path would lead him down a path he didn't want to follow. By the time he was released from prison, Corvinus was completely lost in life and had no idea what he was going to do. His father insisted that he come back to the family estate and continue his education, but Corvinus refused. He didn't want to go back to his childhood home, not for awhile at least, so he took what money his father would give him and set out on a soul searching journey throughout the galaxy.
Corvinus's travels took him all around the galaxy from Coruscant to Korriban in the search of something that he could dedicate himself to. During the Second Imperial Civil War, Corvinus took a great interest in the Jedi, Imperial Knights and the One Sith. After seeing all of them in combat, Corvinus was driven to discover everything about their culture and bring himself closer to his ancestry which everyone else seemed to despise. Corvinus studied everything in public record about the Jedi and found himself captivated by their sense of compassion but hated their lack of personal freedoms and their strict codes. He then moved on to study the Imperial Knights and fell in love with their drive towards action and their militaristic all-business look at bringing about peace but questioned their uncompromising code and their strict rules. Finally, he looked to the Sith and found their freedom of will and use of basic organic nature in their power to be amazing but hated the way they conducted their business and what they stood for.
Corvinus would dedicate the next two decades of his life to studying and understanding the cultures of the three and their histories. Then, after living a simple life on Hapes during his studies, Corvinus returned back to Naboo after not seeing his father for the whole duration of twenty years. Upon returning, Corvinus and his father had a long discussion about the history of the galaxy and the cultures of each of the organizations that Corvinus had researched. During this conversation Corvinus's father admitted to his son that he was a force sensitive and that Corvinus too was force sensitive. Corvinus was shocked as he had no idea that he was adept in the force and was disappointed that he had spent so long studying the ways of the galaxy when he could have trained his own force powers instead.
Corvinus thought about dedicating more years of his life to studying, but his father convinced him that he should forget about becoming a dedicated force wielder for any faction and instead practice on his own time while still doing something to help society. Corvinus agreed with his father who soon found him a job teaching children about fine arts and the history of the galaxy, including history of the Jedi, Sith and Imperial Knights.
Corvinus spent the next four and a half decades as a teacher, practicing the Dark Arts of the force in private. His father had already died by this time and this left Corvinus with enough money to live a happy life without ever needing to work again, but he enjoyed teaching the young. He had become highly opinionated about the darkside and lightside of the force and believed that the Jedi were too strict and soft, the Imperial Knights were too militaristic and the Sith were too greedy. Corvinus came about to eventually believe in the creation of a new order that combined the virtues of the Jedi with the militarism and honor code of the Imperial Knights but the raw power of the Sith.
He believes that all of the force organizations of his time need to be converted to his new way of thinking or else the galaxy will never know true peace. His practices in the darkside soon intensified and after inviting his neighbors over for dinner, they accidentally stumbled upon a Sith scroll that he had been studying. The city was in an uproar and soon false rumors of a new Palpatine Sith arose, forcing Corvinus to flee his own home world. Everywhere he went he was forced off planet and soon enough there were even bounty hunters looking to collect his head for a massive bounty. He was eventually captured by a bounty hunter who had been paid to capture the old man, but Corvinus fought back with all of his might before being captured and brought before a wealthy member of a rival noble family on Naboo. The family did not wish to kill Corvinus, but they were not willing to set him free either.
After weeks of thought, the family decided that they would freeze Corvinus in carbonite and send him to a remote planet and thus they could convince themselves that it wasn't truly murder. After freezing him in carbonite, the rival family paid the same bounty hunter to dump his frozen body in a dense forest in the Pii System where no one would think to look. The bounty hunter disposed of him there, leaving the old man in his frozen tomb to be discovered by the CIS much farther into the future.....
